How do I cancel an order?

Orders placed on cannot be canceled online. You will need to contact your account manager directly to update, edit or cancel an order. If you don’t have an account manager with CDW, please contact Customer Relations. Once placed, your order is processed right away. For that reason it’s possible that we've already shipped the order to you. In that case, you will need to follow the CDW return procedure.
