Not Happy
USB did not work. Customer service process for replacement took several days before they provided a label for me to return. I was also informed that TP Link reserves the right to replace with a refurbished item.

Malfunction
Every time I clean the junk out of my computer and shut it down, Later, when I get back on my computer, I have to reinstall the link. It is like I never installed it at all. Why??????????????

Malfunctioning internal network adapter
This inexpensive external (USB network device finally fixed the long-standing issues with my internal network adapter not working properly! (FYI: when I called tech support the rep wasted a LOT of my - and her - time with useless "troubleshooting", and never mentioned the possibility that an available external

Network Adapter
My old network adapter began to operate intermittently. I found the TP=Link Archer T3U Plus working at USB 3.0 at a fair price on the Dell website. It came with an installation disk and began to work without fail. I am glad to recommend it if you have a spare USB 3.0 port.
