Love this bag! Closest thing I can get to perfect.
Durable, organized, and versatile. I have had it for a couple of years now, and it has held up well. For one night or two, it is always my go-to to and if I fly, it is my personal item. Great Laptop Backpack
The backpack is lightweight and compact. It holds my 16" laptop, plus charging cords. It is comfortable. The bottle pockets are nice.

Great but not perfect
This bag ticks a lot of boxes: lightweight, water bottle holders, luggage passthrough, separate laptop sleeve, etc.. The organization is great overall, but not perfect, with 2 major flaws: 1. The main compartment is in the front. Therefore it has a tendency to fall to the front. The side compression straps help

I was looking for a hybrid backpack for short 2-3 day work trips that would help me eliminate the need for a roller bag. This backpack has exceeded expectations - laptop/iPad/documents are well-protected and the luggage area is accessible and well-designed for a couple extra changes of clothes. Additionally, other features like the sunglass protection pocket and dual water bottle holders are very nice, plus lots of small zippered areas for important and small items. This fits fine under a seat on a US airline. Being able to eliminate the roller bag for short trips is huge for a variety of reasons and well worth the price point for this backpack. It is also durable and sturdy.

My only real complaint is that the safe zone for sunglasses is a bit too big and eats up a little extra space you could have for clothing. If Thule ever discontinues this bag I hope I find out before they are all gone so that I can have an extra for if I ever wear mine out!
