The card reader arrived and was quickly installed. The OS immediately recognized the item and I was able to use it immediately without loading any drivers or software.
Used this when building a computer
It was easy adding this card reader to my desktop. My motherboard didn't have enough 3.0 slots but I was able to get a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter and it works pretty well with the adapter. It fits perfectly in one of my 3.5 hard drive bays. The transfer speed is great for my purposes.
