Firewall available. IP hidden VPN is available. Internet security is available. Email scanning and vulnerability scan is available via internet. These are the key features which makes the tool more reliable and useful.

Cost of the subscription could have been a bit low at corporate levels atleast.

We have recently evaluated and onboarded Trend Micro ServerProtect solutions for our cloud workloads from the cloud native solutions . The primary evaluation parameters for the solution were cloud agnostic and costing

We had onboarded the solution seeking vendor support and have recently started exploring the features.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to configure and set things up and powerful when it comes to protection. It is lightweight and is used all over the place without any performance impacts. Easy to integrate with our internal applications and customer service is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password reset policies are slightly not user friendly.

It makes it easy to not have to be concerned or worried about our server protection, firewalls and cloud protection.

Nothing major, but would like to be more informed of the depth of protection included in updates.

This product makes it easy for an experienced or non-experienced user to maneuver around in. This is one of the most helpful options this software contains among others in its. Contacting and looking for assistance is no problem the staff gets back to you as soon as they can. Answering all questions and giving you the assistance you deserve with any issues that may come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and other options should be a little clearer. The deception of advertising a product for free then adds other non-accessible options without being clear on the exact features you will be receiving for free makes this application very unhelpful. The one feature that makes this application just like the others is the forever downloading of application as you click on the features that are no accessible.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how efficiently it protects servers from bad elements (malware, worms, MIM attack, intrusion, identity theft, web based attack, dark web etc..) and centralized management/reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
i want to share one experience i faced, when i upgraded servers from windows lower to higher version then it failed to adapt (thouh in place upgrade). later it stopped working and when i tried to repair it did not work so ultimately i had to remove everything and install but it was not easy. Point here is unsinstall/cleanup is not easy (1 click solution should be). it binds several registry entries and many times that failed to clean.Customer care also not responsive enough

The solution has a high detection rate, although it can be deployed in hybrid environments, today the trend is to centralize in cloud consoles, be careful with that because the roadmap is to integrate all de the products in one single pane of glass but with increasing cost. Ease to use, and ease of implementation. Currently the product has been renamed Workload Security
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a strong migration from old consoles to cloud consoles, this can cause some problems in the learning curve. Depending on the modules deployed, the agent load can be high.
