Bezel does not functionally work with 2022 model
The bezel they send does not have the sensor circles cut into the bottom even though the picture on the website shows it. If you have the 2022 or later version of the 65 inch frame (LS03B series) you need this in the bezel or you can’t use the motion sensitivity sensors. The bezel they send is only “functiona

I bought the white bezel with my frame TV and it arrived broken. I haven't been able to get a refund or get it replaced. So disappointing! Piece of cheap plastic and terrible customer support.

If you have the 2022 or later version of the 65 inch frame (LS03B series) you need this in the bezel or you can’t use the motion sensitivity sensors. The bezel they send is only “functionally” compatible with the 2021 model. If you are paying $2000 for a frame tv and $200 additionally for a bezel you should be able to use all the functionality you are paying for. This was very disappointing. And the process to get someone on the phone to address this with was impossible.
