Poor product
All 4 sides arrived broken. Only 1 of the 4 broken pieces wasn’t completely broken apart. There was no damage to the box, so that tells me they were all shipped broken. The customer service was poor. They can’t guarantee a refund.

Check Your Order on Delivery - Bezels Came broken
last november, we purchased a 65" frame tv and bezels but couldn't install them due to house renovations. when we finally mounted the tv, two bezels were broken out of the box. despite contacting support outside the return window, we only received a 10% reorder discount with immediate purchase required. we reor

Not Samsung Quality
cheap flimsy plastic attached with equally flimsy fasteners. making the corners look solid needs a lot of nudging and patience. to avoid fracturing the plastic, you'll need to remove it before moving the tv. from a distance it passes as wood, but this is not the samsung quality we've grown accustomed-to. worth
