The picture quality is terrible in comparison. If you like crystal clear ultra-high HD, stay away from this model!

Only found out well after the fact that because it was used at a business, it was no longer under warranty, so they would not repair. So what. A TV is a TV. They obviously do not stand by by the quality of their product. My MiL uses her TV way more than this TV was used. Customer service was poor. Would not buy in the future. We'll be replacing this with a more reliable brand.

Problems: Dark scenes were too dark to see, even with controls turned up. TV would not turn off. I would turn it off and go to bed and in the morning it would be on. So I turned it off and it turned itself back on after 30 seconds. Had service come out 3 times. They finally took it for 3 weeks and left me without a tv. 3rd problem. I switch from a recorded program to live TV and I get a loud cracking sound. Still have it.

This was with the TV speakers only. With Bluetooth earbuds, it's still fine at any volume. It requires a power cycle to recover audio when it happens.

Service came out and told me it was “normal temperature changes”, but it gets louder and more frequent the longer the TV is on and you can hear it over whatever you’re watching. Everyone online that’s experienced this says it’s a power supply issue, but Samsung service tech told me it’s “just how the TV is”.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SAMSUNG IS GARBAGE I bought this TV from Sams Club in Mayaguez Puerto Rico on Dec. 23rd, 2023. Worked fine until 2 days ago when the backlighting failed. Tried doing a cold reboot with the assistance of Samsung Support chat and the screen is still black. Can hear the sound and when I shine a flashlight on it you can see the images very faintly. Samsung offers a 36 month warranty for the United States but for some reason they only offer a 12 month warranty for Puerto Rico even though Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory. This is the 2nd Samsung TV I have bought in the last 6 years. Same model basically just from 2019 and the backlighting failed exactly the same as this one. Samsung doesn't care about their customers or the quality of the products they make. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG, THEY ARE COMPLETE GARBAGE!

Only issue I have is when my Google Nest Doorbell rings it takes over a minute to load the video feed. By then I have gotten up already to look through my peep hole to see who is at the door.

It even lets me use the remote provided to control certain gaming consoles. I have the 55" TV and it automatically picks the input and adjusts the quality/color based on the device connected to it. The TV also has enough connection ports to connect all your favorite devices. Love the experience, will stay with Samsung forever.

Samsung never disconnects with the internet. It updates fast. Doesn't slow down. I don't have to reconnect it constantly to the wifi. Updates on its own. I will never buy anything but samsung.

I'm on my 12th business day dealing with them. I was told 7 business days ago it would take 10-15 business days to receive said tv. Then they didn't have the replacement in stock, contacted me on a holiday, I responded immediately and didn't receive confirmation for 5 days. NOW Samsung care website doesn't reflect my delivery status anymore and is saying I just got approved. This is a joke. No you want to refund me, only the amount i paid, not including warranty. So noe im out $40 for warranty and responsible to replace my TV whenever they send me money. Or wait for them to choose a tv they have in stock and continue the run around of the tv not being there anymore and having to restart. I want my refund and warranty replaced. Why did i pay for a warranty if you wont replace it?? I bought the TV in April of 2023, it was manufactured in Jan 2023 and broke in June of 2024.

This is a plus because I work late and don't want to disturb my family while I work. I can also project my computer screen onto the TV to get an extra screen as I work in cctv review.

Although less than a month after purchase the backlight had burned out and would no longer illuminate the TV. It was past the 15 days best buy allows you to exchange unfortunately. Now I have had several Samsung Techs out to the house to correct this issue. The problem continues to exist, I have jumped through hoops with Samsung Support to get this taken care of, Dealing with cancelled appts, panel replacements etc.

I loved the way it made my gaming feel like it had made it finally to the next level...Madden looked like Sunday Football. The sound quality and other media options made it worth transporting a tv all the way from Georgia back to my home in Los Angeles. I Was skeptical that it was going to make it back safely, but when it arrived it worked perfectly. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of little issues. Right around the 13 month mark, (aka right after warranty expires), a big black/dead spot is developing on the screen. The hub is also wildly annoying to use, and loading gets slower and slower with time and each software update. HDR isn't compatible with a lot of streaming service titles, meaning you have to downgrade to hd / flatter colors. When HDR works, it's okay. But the colors often get very muted and gray. Not terrible, but really not a great tv overall.

I cant say to much about the speakers because we use a soundbar, but the speed of this tv is awesome when it comes to streaming from one provider to the next. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excited, then disappointed. I bought this tv just about a week ago. I was really excited to get it home and set it up. After all, a Samsung tv is a gold-standard TV. I paid more, for a smaller tv because I was tired of buying other brands like H*****e that failed after just a few years. My ecitement was quickly overshadowed by frustration. Boy, these Samsungs sure do railroad you fast into their model. Nothing is intuitive. If I use the featured uinversal remote, my Xbox comes on EVERY time I turn on the TV. (I did learn I could stop that if I just use the generic game console setting. There are home screen tabs I cannot delete even though I will never use them. But my biggest frustration is that there are only 2 weather apps available. The Weather Channel, which is a subscription service and some very basic app that doesn't do anything more than current conditions and even then only in celsius. Knowing the weather forcast is important to me, I don't understand why they don't have and can't get AccuWeather on this TV. It's on their website! And I have tried evey work-around I could think up. There are a few other smaller issues that come with producing a TV meant for an asian market, but Korean Channels are not going to be super useful to an American in the mid-west. The Samsung TV channels are put right in the line-up with your OTA channels. Probably won't buy another Samsung. But I will buy a Chrome Stick so I can at least use this TV in a way that makes sense with apps I like.

The clarity of the both television the picture is astonishing. I should know cuz when I say I just recently lost my glasses I'm inside it so I can't see far away but I sit back and watch a movie or play the game I can literally still feel like I'm right there in the movie like this day clear.

Now the images are so much clearer, and it makes the gaming/movie experience so much more enjoyable. The features are also amazing! Being able to log into my ps4 or switch is so easy. I'm able to select it on the TV, and it immediately starts. When I first ordered this TV, I was thinking about ordering a Firestick for it, but honestly, there's no need. The remote has everything. Granted, you can't talk into the remote to start a streaming service, but it's so easy to use that you won't really need it.

Not just that, the wireless display capability has almost no lag the human eye can catch (I’m talking close to the 30 ms range, while others have around 100 or more) . So why the 1 star review? Well it so happens this thing comes with a massive dealbreaker. Imagine watching your nice TV and suddenly out of nowhere a bluetooth pairing confirmation is splattered across your screen for you to confirm. This will happen every time a device with bluetooth detects it- and there’s no way to shut this off. It’s like finding a cockroach egg on top of your favorite ice cream. You can eat around it if you’re one of those who doesn’t care, but unfortunately every one I know isn’t.

Everything looks great on the tv, the two only things that I noticed on this model is the volume is a little lower than our previous Samsung tv even though I played with all the settings it’s still like a minus five volume lower. The other thing on this model design the stand are on the side and not in the middle that will easily fit our small tv stand so I have to buy a separate stand for it that I can mount on the middle of the tv. Other than that everything is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn’t even last a week Got it less than a week ago, and the TV is already broken. There are two lines through the screen, one horizontal and the other vertical. I have tried diagnosing the TV and I have experienced zero results. Judging by the fact the display is in new condition, it happened while I was watching FailArmy on Samsung TV Plus, and I haven’t even taken off the protective plastic (I WAS planning on mounting it to the wall), it’s a motherboard issue. Also, the remote has issues. The left button on the D pad sounds off compared to the rest. Besides of these fatal issues, the TV itself is good in some areas, awful in others. The display quality is good (although I have heard the reliability is awful), it has AirPlay, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and the speakers do not disappoint. Problems include an awful UI compared to other TVs, ZERO HomeKit support, 4 GB of storage, a questionably designed remote, and many other things I I can’t include because this review is already fairly long. If you are looking for a TV, you are better off buying mostly anything else.

I have had connection issues with the Wi-Fi in and out but not sure if that’s more Wi-Fi or tv. Not enough of an issue to look into further.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value and Clarity I use this TV for for my PS5 and watching movies. The games are crisp and clear really showing the what the graphics and and game play should look. In both my movie watch and game play the colors are vivid and pop almost as if they are coming off of the screen. The sound on the TV could be a little louder but since the TV is new I'm chalking that up to me having not adjusted the proper volume because my old Samsung was quite loud and I rember having the same issue when I first got it. I love that the TV recognizes the equipment I have attached to it and will instantly turn it on when I switch to the HDMI port it is attaches to. I would say this was a great purchase and for the $360 it cost me in one of the super stores the price could not be beat and the value is definitely there.

The picture is so crisp, detailed and full of rich color. The sound really blew me away when I was streaming music to the television. This TV's sound plays all types of music with great clarity and has excellent, deep bass you can actually feel when the volume is turned up. I hope to purchase another soon for my living room. Highly recommend this TV!

I saved every last penny I had for 6 months to go buy this TV then the wind blew my front door open and hit the TV and shattered the screen. I was and still am just heartbroken but for a week it was the best TV I've ever had. Now I got a borrowed 27 inch TV im using and it's just not the same not even close. I'm starting to save to buy another one in another 6 months or so.

Mostly I use it for viewing streaming movies, but it excels for the Blu-Ray and DVD disc titles I buy. As often or more, I use it as a display device for my 27" iMac, and for casting from iMac and my iPad to this 55" screen. I am very active with home/family/friends graphics-based projects on my Apple devices, and this set's 55" screen is --for me-- perfection for color matching and minute color/shape/shadow shade and tone nitpicking --like when designing my fauxe stained glass panels. I love this set, my 3rd Samsung experience!

It was easy to set up and the picture quality is good for it's price point. The remote control that comes with this model probably needs some thought and I may replace it. It looks very sleek and it certainly works but too many of the buttons have multiple functions or the functions require multiple buttons.

It support the steam link app so I can easily play my PC games and has Ethernet for excellent stable connection. Not to mention supports the plex app as well! The picture is great and looks so sharp and the darks get real dark that could be mistaken for an OLED. Love this TV and have no regrets with my purchase

Soccer games are great to watch on this TV because there is minimal lag when the camera follows the ball. It's realistic picture has you feel as if you are attending the game in real life. Samsung TV plus streaming is perfect with no lag and begs the question "Why pay extra for cable TV when this option is available. Also, Samsung TV's has ALL the apps you could possibly want. There isn't one app that I "wish it had", not one.

The beautiful display provides the best resolution for our family movie night and with the 55 inch display, the screen is big enough to give us a home theater experience. The kids love it because they can use the apps to go on Netflix and Disney+ for their favorite shows and YouTube for endless entertainment. My favorite feature though is the seamless connection it has with my other Samsung devices. Using my phone and tablet I can control the TV without using the remote. This is so helpful because that darn remote is always missing!

I have a 2018 4k samsung tv that cost 1800 when we got it. This tv is higher quality picture for vibrants. We watched one piece live action on both and the picture was better in the crystal. I know time brings tech advances. But main point is for 400-500 this tv is amazing. The apps built in, the speed of wifi connection and overall performance are top notch. Really enjoying it great addition to my samsung family.

Glad I did as this allows the tv to swivel. Wife finds the remote difficult to use in low light as she can't read the keys. I too find it hard to read.

The problem is being shown so many things that we don’t want. It auto plays the Samsung TV app all the time. We can’t remove specific apps. We cannot opt out of having our information sold on the actual TV— it directs us to the website. I’m very disappointed.

Customer service is terrible, I escalated the issue to CEO office but they’re just as bad if not worse, they have bunch of incompetent people working who have zero interest to help you. It’s clearly defective but no one cares. They keep sending technicians and you have to sit home for 3-4 hours to wait for them as they never give you exact time to just hear that it’s not fixed. And really how many times you can possibly fix brand new TV. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please don’t purchase it, I wish someone warned me as well when I was buying it. Whats worse is the experience and response you receive from Samsung. So unprofessional and unacceptable!

It can be a bit more washed in contrast in comparison to some other similar priced TVs I've owned, but it's still a very crisp and vibrant image. The smart tv app manager runs well. I don't like that some of the apps can freeze and the only way to restart them seems to be restarting the whole TV, but this doesn't happen often, maybe once a month. Otherwise the apps start up quickly and there's a good variety and selection. The integration with Luna and Gamepass are nice features to have, and run fairly well with very little lag on my wifi internet. I like that there is integrated bluetooth for connection to my headphones for late night tv watching so I don't disturb others in the house. I sometimes use an alternate smart tv dongle for certain apps that run better on their hardware, but I wish there were a way to better integrate the remotes to either control the dongle with my tv remote or the tv with my dongle's remote, but that's not expected

I watch alot of movies and watching this tv is like being at the theatre or on set. Also I play alot of games with my son and graphics on this tv makes for a totally new experience. Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Gaming Hub in the Main Menu Last week I purchased The Samsumg 55" Class Crystal UHD CU7000 / UN55CU7000FXZA It says it comes with the Samsumg Gaming Hub, but when I configured, the Wifi, my Samsung account, third party App and everything, There’s no Gaming Hub in the Menu, Just the search icon, and media Icon and App, but no Game icon in the left corner menu. Very Disappointing ??

Only problems I got sometimes is that the Smart Hub (home) takes a while to load up and move around the settings/apps. There are times where it also takes awhile for the WiFi to connect to the TV (but that could just be a personal issue). For gaming I'd say it gets the job done, and this TV also has a game mode for whatever console you connect it to. For my first Samsung TV I'd say it's a good product only minor things that could need some change/improvements but overall ill rate this product a 4.3/5. Haven't experienced any Major issues

Smart feature capability, easy and intuitive UI, plenty of video and audio inputs (3HDMI, VGA, Optical, etc.) And the picture is crisp and clear for a entry level 4K resolution TV. The Samsung pedigree really shines through with a sleek design that fits most any space you are allotted in your living room. The Smart Hub feature shows lots of relevant information including live channels, downloaded applications, even live scores for sport events taking place. The TV syncs seamlessly with all my other Samsung devices like my phone and wireless speakers and sound bar, which moves us into the only gripe I have with the TV. The speakers installed on the unit are located at the rear facing outward, and do not get much louder than an EV rolling down the highway during rush hour traffic in Los Angeles so If you want to actually hear the game on Sunday over your Great Uncle Louie yelling at the screen cause his team is losing, I'd recommend ANY exterior speaker setup, even a simple soundbar can make a world of difference. Overall though I have no other complaints with this unit, and I've had it well over a year and it still runs and looks as great as it did on day one!

My old Samsung TV from 7 years ago did not have this problem but I still love Samsung. I even have a Samsung phone.

The image is clear and the sound better than most TVs I've used in the past. The redesigned and modern remote control moved some of its basic functions to the TV, like the numbers to select the channels. I find this not practical. I liked the previous model better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Failed to turn on out of the box An electrical surge at the wall electrical socket damaged my Samsung Smart 55-inch HD television that had to be set aside and retired pending repair. It was a 2017 model line that served me well I had also purchased on the Samsung Direct Store. When the Samsung CU7000 arrived on August 25 out of the box failed to initialize and wouldn't turn on. The word "Samsung" flashed on the screen momentarily but troubleshooting detected a faulty Motherboard and Powerboard according to the Samsung warranty technician, this is the same problem the Samsung TV I replaced was having. Out of the box, it appeared I was sent a "reboxed" returned television, not a new one which would have worked. It will be almost a month after the August 25 delivery before I can enjoy my new (refurbished) television as the Florida service technician orders and installs replacement parts. I paid for a new TV but ended up with a refurbished one from the Samsung Direct online store. Returning it only offers a refund and I bought it with the Affirm payment plan and a refund would prove difficult.

I added a pair of wireless headphones and that was also easily added as an accessory. I would recommend this TV. I upgraded the size of TV from a 36" to the 55". I could not be happier. It was a smart choice.

My only complaint is that when I am watching a "dark" program it is so hard to see the picture. On settings it is at 50 for brightness so I can't lighten the picture. Other than that, the picture quality is the best. Is this a defect or the way it is. I bought it on 11-2-2022

There is a wide selection of apps and the Samsung Plus internet channels offer a great variety of free channels from which to pick. I would prefer a remote control that has the channel numbers, especially now that so many people view their local channels via antenna. The only other think I would like is for the volume to be the same on antenna channels and apps. I have to adjust the volume every time I switch between my locals and apps. My local channels’ volume is much higher than those on the apps. Other than that, I am very happy with this television and would highly recommend it.

It basically disappears because the frame is so small- perfect for integrating into any design style. This is our second, however, as the first one died within 7 months, but as a business it turns out we were only covered for 6 (rather than the 12 for regular consumers).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, Support Meh I purchased this TV for my bedroom January 15, 2024 and it developed a bad pixel with a horizontal and vertical line roughly three weeks. Samsung support was tedious to work with, had to submit several photos of the screen that clearly showed the defect but still insisted on an on-site visit. The local Samsung technician was also tedious to work with. They made an appointment I could not make and all attempts to contact them to reschedule failed. The tech showed up on the appointment day and I was finally able to speak to him by phone. He asked for a photo of the screen which I already provided to Samsung. He ordered a new screen based on the image, replaced it about a week later, luckily I was home when he said he would arrive. Screen looks great. I love the TV but the support is not the easiest to work with.

It advertises a true to life picture but in all the picture modes it's grainy, fast movement is blurry and at the same time there is an "aura" like wave around whatever is moving on the screen, mainly character movement and I've been playing with the settings that I understand and still haven't figured it out. If this can be fixed I'd gladly give it 5 starts because the gaming quality on a PS5 is pretty good.

I bought my wife a 55”, and a few months later she wanted a bigger one, so I bought a 70” during the sales of this point of the year. i then took her tv to be my gaming tv, set up in the same room. My biggest problem: the remotes are identical. By this I mean if she does something on her tv with the remote, it also does the same to mine. And vice versa. So now if I am turning mine on I have to do it by hand, and if she’s turning hers on, i then have to get up to turn mine off (if I’m not using it) or back on (if I was). Rinse and repeat this problem for turning the tv off. And, a secondary related problem, when the tv is turned off, it does not remember where I was. So I have to tell it what source to use, even though there is only one source for the whole tv (and I keep the tv off of the Wi-Fi). So when she turns my tv off while I’m using it, I have to turn it back on and tell it what source to use. This could be fixed by having two or three different remote “channels” so that we could differentiate between her tv and mine… I had remote control cars as a kid that you could do this with, and that was 30 some odd years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great New Experience I have had my 55" CU7000 for about a month and it is by far the coolest TV I could have imagined for the price. I had to get rid of my 6 year-old LG so I could download the MAX app. I bought the Samsung because I trust the name, the price was right, and an unexpected expense. One thing that blew my mind is the sound, right out of the box. The spatial sound is better than the Denon I used for my LG. The high frequencies seem to be coming from the ceiling and although there is no booming subwoofer, it is quite nice. The picture is fantastic. I'm not a TV guy and the LG I bought after not having a TV for 20 years. The idea of watching TV with no ads completely changed my opinion. TV ads are intellectually offensive to me and I threw out my TV in 1987 and never even thought about it again until a flat screen came along. I could not be happier with my new TV. And the picture.... I have never seen a picture with such intense detail and resolution. It changes the whole experience. Again, for the price, it's unreal. Had I ben shown the TV at a demo I know I would have paid much more for it. Now the downside: intrusive accounts requiring passwords to even turn the thing on. I had to acquire SIX new user accounts (Spectrum, Samsung, Samsung Service, Samsung TV, Netflix, and MAX) and passwords just to get the TV set-up and running. The thing is that you don't have a choice in the matter. Now that I am over that resentment I get to watch great movies and series on Netflicks, Amazon, MAX, with no commercials. That alone was worth the agony of setting up six new accounts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV, especially for its price point Had it for a couple of weeks now and I like it. All of it can be sorted under categories; good, bad, and ugly. GOOD: Its speaker and display quality is great, for being a mid range. It contains AirPlay, and looks aesthetically pleasing. It also contains Ethernet, which is a bonus not a lot of people are going to use. BAD: I don’t really like the UI. The cord is also fairly short, for a TV its size. Also, it doesn’t have AV ports (would be used a lot more over the Ethernet port). UGLY: Most competitors contain voice remotes while this doesn’t and is expected at this price point (you have to pay extra for the CU8000 [$100 more], pay $80 for a replacement remote directly from Samsung, or buy a cheap third party remote). AirPlay exists, but I had issues screen mirroring and there is no HomeKit support, unlike most competitors. Originally, I got a different unit, that broke after 2 days. SUMMARY: Great standalone TV, but it really needs plenty of work in the smart department.

This tv is pretty good for the quality. Though sometimes when I start it up I would get a glitched out display, I would sometimes have to either turn it off and or unplug the power cable completely and wait a minute to turn it all back on in order to "reset" it and get it back to its normal condition.

Pluses everything looks like I'm seeing in real life in real time. Only negative is one of my tvs doesn't like to connect to my wifi so it's hardlined to the internet. I wish I could download 3rd party apps that aren't on here though. Instead I have to use a firestick.

And now it is a hassle because they won't do exchanges. Just a return to rebuy. So I may be able to update my review in about 2+ weeks after the whole process of having to return it, wait for a refund then wait for it to ship again and hope it's not a defective product.

I discovered a glitch in an optional feature the tv offers, and the samsung technician told me to not use the feature and he considered the tv to now be working since I disabled the feature. I use a receiver and amplifier to power external speakers, samsung makes similar products to play movies in 5.1 and 7.1 dolby digital sound. The netflix app is supposed to play movies in surround sound using the ARC(audio return channel) feature, but the technician said to use the basic stereo mode instead. I'm perplexed as to how thats considered to be a functioning tv. The 2 previous samsung tvs I've had would play surround sound when it was available, this new tv stops playing audio when its surround sound. Ive had a pretty terrible experience because of this feature not functioning properly. I had a technician come to my house and witnessed the problem, they contacted another technician somone over the phone, who then communicated to the tech in my house to turn off surround sound and that will fix my sound problem. The tv has a glitch and now I'm going to have to spend my time testing out which samsung tv will allow me to use the surround sound feature.

The picture quality was a noticeable improvement over the earlier version of my TV. We do a lot of streaming and found it was easy to set up and arrange my services as well as on-air digital channels. Setup of the TV has become just a matter of following the on-screen instructions so anyone can do it. I highly recommend Samsung tv's for their quality and price.

It should have bigger buttons. It should feel like it can be learned by touch, but after owning this TV for 7 months, I still need to turn a light on to use buttons other than Power, Volume, and Channel. Those tiny little buttons that don't light up make this controller extremely user UNfriendly! TV is 5 stars, controller is 0 stars.

I’ve enjoyed it from the moment I plugged it in. I’m happy with everything about it with one exception. The TV has Samsung TV Plus as part of its programming. There are close to 300 extra channels that I am able to access through my home internet. However lately, these channels have been fading in and out. One weekend they were down the majority of the weekend. At other times the channels are there but the programming feature that tells you what you’re watching is not available. It usually corrects itself in time but it is a bit annoying when it is having difficulty. Other than that, it is a great tv and I would purchase it again.

Colors are vivid and lifelike. Smooth transitions with no lag or distortion. Blue light filtering at night is much appreciated. Image is crisp and clean. I’ve paired it with my Samsung sound bar and it sounds like you are in the scene. I will definitely buy this brand again, and I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great image/sound quality I had it since summer 2023 and to this day I’m still amazed by the amount of details when I’m playing my games (mostly use it for that). I give a solid 5/5 for hardware Software, it’s 4/5 because the minimum delay for the auto turn off timer is 4 hours (I’d like a custom option or at least 1 hour and if there’s a device connected, like my gaming console, it should stay on as long as the console is on, when I put the console to sleep mode or turn it off, the tv should take 10 minutes to turn off automatically. Apart from that, everything is fine. I didn’t expected less with Samsung anyway !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to setup and use, I love it. I use my new TV for everything watching my favorite movies and streaming my kids favorite shows. I also use the TV to stream music services while cleaning and love that it is so easy to use and the picture is crystal clear. The speakers are clear and it gives the impression and an experience similar to that of being in a movie theatre. My kids love the screen size, as well as the clarity and even believe that the screen is able to be used by touch. The remote is easy to use which is another great feature that makes this purchase a great choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broken TV and not so good customer service.. We bought this within a year ago and had to get it replaced. It started having internet connectivity issues and then it just wouldn’t power on one day. Samsung didn’t have a technician nearby to send out to inspect it so they “gave us the benefit of the doubt” and told us to schedule a pickup with a 3rd party. Then once it’s confirmed they have it back we get a voucher to be used at Samsung to get a replacement. Going on 4 weeks without our TV. Luckily we have another way watching tv but still frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CC not working on some channels TV worked fine for a while now it won't show CC on some channels. Spectrum checked their equipment it is fine. Have two Sceptre tv's CC works fine on all channels. Samsung tech support no help. TNT,Travel Channel,Motor Week,Magnolia channel won't show CC.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TVs! Minor issue I love this tv. It’s actually my second one, first one got damaged and immediately i decided to get the same one. Only issue I’ve ever had with these tvs is sometimes it gives you trouble about reconnecting to internet, all that needs to happen to fix it is connecting to something different like a hot spot and then switching back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faulty Samsung television 2023 cu7000 series I bought samsung 65” cu7000 series in December 2023. Today we are in March 2025 and the television is malfunctioning. It has a vertical red line. I called Samsung and was told, after they troubleshot, that I have to behave the television repaired as it is out of 1 year warranty. I googled Samsung television vertical line problem. Apparently, Samsung televisions have had this problem as far back as 2016. There is no excuse why they continue to manufacture televisions knowing this is a faulty issue. Don’t waste your money on this Samsung television.
