I like the sleek design on it
I like using samsung due to its fast OS but at the same time it comes with a drawback of not having all android apps available. For the price, I think the TV is worth it and serves best purpose. Nice colors, decent refresh rate and good quality sound.

Crystal 50 in HD Samsung television
It has a great clear very appealing picture. It's Crystal TV experience and the shape of it is awesome. I enjoy the highlights of the picture the sound the quality and overall experience of having a Samsung TV 50 inch Crystal UHD.

Worked for 24 hours. Thankfully return was easy.
It looked good out of the box. Mounted it on a wall bracket without issue. On day two of operation pixelated line was noticed at the top screen, then it went black. The return to the big box retailer was simple. Just a pain in the backside to get it all together for the return.

You cannot reasonably understand having all of your electronics being in complete synchronization and reporting back to you until you've experienced it first-hand. My watch connected to my ear buds and phone which is in complete harmony.with my Samsung 8000! It's truly revolutionary living experience. I am excited about upgrading my laptop and shopping for a refrigerator to help organize my grocery shopping. Go Samsung!

After researching some comparatives we settled in the Crystal UHD, 50" and are very happy with our choice. The colors are vibrant, sound is clear and loud if you want that. It is packed with all the Smart TV apps you might find yourself needing/wanting. It was very easy to setup after we logged into the TV and it installed it's mandatory updates.

There have been a few glitches in the middle of programming and on start-up but a power off to reset usually does the trick. I really like the thinness of this model; fits great on a swivel, corner mount for the bedroom. I would purchase the Frame TV next time or this model again. If you are considering this one, it is a good buy, go for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clarity and cool features We have a lot of Samsung products in our home and this tv fits well into that ecosystem. Love the smart things integration/notifications that interact with the television as it acts as a hub. PROS: - clarity - vibrant colors - viewing angles - light/dark room - useful/cool features - smart hub/smart things integration - pricing CONS: - remote is OK - default audio sometimes distorts (adaptive sound option seems to have fixed it) As for the tv doing tv things: The color does pop really well so we can choose to open or close the blinds without worrying about being able to see the screen. The blacks are deep enough where you feel your money was well spent but there are deeper blacks out there if you want to spend the extra money. The audio is great and certainly can get extremely loud if that's your taste. On the audio default setting, when using the firestick, we have experienced some distortion randomly where it almost sounds like it's underwater. Last night we changed the audio to adaptive sound (very cool feature by description) which immediately fixed our distortion and hopefully will resolve that issue entirely. Our tv is still relatively new so I am sure there are many other cool features we haven't got around to yet but I will say this tv was a well needed upgrade and we could not be happier. Would recommend.

The only issue I had was getting the tv to control my Apple TV. Would not control the box without programming each button (and then it didn’t do so great) everything else works perfectly

It had a scratch on the screen and I wanted a "smart" TV so I didn't have to buy accessories for streaming. This TV is perfect. I am able to stream from any of my streaming accounts. Its pretty quick to load when you open the app. You can personalize the homescreen. You can play games and watch YouTube. The TV is synced with my phone so I can view things I had already looked up on my phone on YouTube. I can also control the TV from my phone with smartThings. No need to search for the remote as long as you have your phone nearby.

One reason we chose it was because the sound is good enough that we don’t have to buy a sound bar. The picture is clear and bright. However, when streaming we’ve had some issues with the video glitching/being choppy - with multiple streaming services. This did not happen with our old 43”, and we used the same native Samsung user interface for both.
