HDMI's leave a lot to be desired. Picture is good.
The audio quality does not seem as good as my previous Samsung tv. When I switch from HDMI1 to HDMI2 there is no sound. I then switched the Roku to HDMI3 but still have problems off and on with sound and static. {At least 70% of the time} I have to unplug the Roku and plug back in, then it is fine. I did not have this problem with my previous tv.

Beautiful clarity and colors
I bought two and our household loves them. We'd prefer a little better remote but considering the quality we really have no qualms. Thank you Samsung!

Great TV and a Fair Price
It works great in my room, looks really high end. The sound quality is decent and fairly bright to watch when lights or sunlight is coming through, also gets dark too. Would definitely recommend this tv to anyone because it comes in different sizes.

Love this TV.
I absolutely love this tv. It has so many features that I wasn't even aware of when I bought it.That make me ecstatic that I did buy it. It has something for everybody in my household from gaming without a console through the T.V, To Movies and shows, All the way through to the internet, and all my social media, And anything else you could ever want to see. I also really love samsung t v plus, Since I've had my Samsung TV.I've hardly watched anything other than the Samsung t v plus there's so many channels to choose from. The picture on my TV is also amazing.It's like sitting there watching it happen in real life. I will never get in my life by any t v other than one from Samsung. Keep up the good work Samsung.

I use my TV for casual viewing and I've been a loyal Samsung customer for some years now. For an affordable price, this 'entry level' TV beats any I've had before it. Even a low cost Samsung product is miles better than the competitors.

Hate the remote!
It’s nice to have a larger screen so I don’t have to sit so close like I did with my 32”.
However, I hate the remote! I want a regular remote with buttons and numbers. I tried to find a universal remote to replace the one that came with the TV, but I haven’t been successful.
My Peacock streaming service does not work well with this TV. It freezes and I have to unplug the Tv to restore it. It only happens with Peacock. Everything else works as it should.

This TV replaced an older Samsung one that developed a problem. The Samsung rep on the phone could not have been more helpful. She tried to solve the problem ,unsuccessfully, so she recommended this 43" tv for replacement.
The picture is crystal clear as well as the sound . Any Samsung TV is a great product with an incredible back up service. When our older 55" (Samsung) TV develops a problem will be replaced immediately with a bigger and more modern one.

Great picture and sound
I had been looking for an affordable smart tv to replace an old tv. I have an older Samsung in our living room but wanted one for the bedroom. Found this one at a great price and have not been disappointed. It was easy to set up. Only issues the app pictures are on the small size and the remote is not very user friendly. Thinking about replacing the one in the living room with a larger Samsung smart tv as well.

Good TV, just right for my needs
This TV has a very good picture and good sound. I would like to have larger icons on the home screen, but it works well now that I have become accustomed to it. The 43 inch size is perfect for my TV table and the size of my living room.

Great picture
I have two of these. My brother bought me one and I liked it so much, i bought one for the guest room. Now, I'll have to save up for a slightyly larger one for the living room so that I can put one in my bedroom. The picture is fantastic!! Samsung TV app is also great! I've even purchased a soundbar for the living room (although I'm not sure I got the right one, but it works for me).

Samsung representative, don't under stand english
I have received a response to my review from someone at Samsung. I don’t think this person understand, I said I can’t control the TV with Google home application, he or she is advising to control other devices such sound system with the Tv. I also, know that the tv remote has no voice control. All my house automation is done using Google home application, I am not going to change that. They advertise that the tv works with Google assistant, that is not true.
Also, Samsung Smartthings, is only available on high end cellphone, not everyone has one. the response is Dump and stupid.

False advertising, does not work with google app.
If you don’t care using Google home application to control the TV, this TV has a very nice picture. Easy setting, great price. I am disappointed because now I have to operate the tv with its remote control instead using one Google home routine to operate the sound system and the tv.

This product is terrible
First tv the sound would turn off unexpectedly. They fixed that problem and it happened again 3 weeks later. They exchanged it for a new tv instead of fixing it again and the new tv smells like burning plastic after it’s been on for a while. Samsungs customer service is the worst. Spent hours on the phone with them trying to get it sorted out. Useless!

Small Room TV
We love all the options on this beautiful clear Crystal TV. It is in the bedroom and so clear and has wonderful sound. My husband is light sensitive so at night the controls were so easy to do a custom muted view! There is also a sleep timer. Extra bonus I can control the Samsung TV with the Smart Things app! It is so thin and easy to mount to the wall. To pairs to the Alexa app for voice control too! We are new seniors, so technology with Samsung is clear and understandable. We even have a Samsung Dishwasher that alerts me when it is completed. Highly recommend Samsung products and the 2023 Crystal TV.

The television in discussion is crystal clear as the name says. The graphics are lovely whether it's for gaming or just watching tv, along with sound. There's also multiple ports for attaching different games and/or technical gadgets (sound bars for eg.) . Being equipped with other Samsung devices also makes it convenient to be able to control the television from anywhere in your household. It being equipped with multiple streaming platforms is a big plus! Love it.

Not perfect but good
I like it work Seemlessly with my s23 ultra. But i wish the black levels was better ,and it had a 165 panel but it good for regular everyday viewing. Also I wish this TV had Dolby vision. All an all I would recommend it.

Great Picture, Sound and Features
I use my TV for streaming and gaming. The picture quality is amazing for doing both and with the most recent update, I can use the Xbox app to play my games without needing to move my system from one room to another.

So prior to the Samsung tv I was already sold by its easy and nice functions from my washer to my phone, you have always been great. Since I purchased my Samsung UHD I am a different person. rather not watch other tv's and I am not sorry. the quality of the graphics while gaming, the picture is a perfect view from any angle (even with the sun shining on it), its wonderful. the sound ....OMG... I jam out!!!!! Greatest invest meant ever.
Oh yeah not to mention with the Samsung TV & Samsung Galaxy device I downloaded the Free app and can enjoy my shows on tv while i'm on the go...

No voice remote? On a "smart" tv??
please tell me that i am missing something. i have had several samsung tv's. when i got this set up i had to go back and make sure i didn't order something made in 2005 on accident. is there really no voice option on the remote or am i missing something? i was going to buy a new smart remote with the microphone but based on what i am reading the cu7000 doesn't have that option.
i can add a roku but that sort of defeats the purpose of the samsung live stations. am i wrong?
also, the sound is not good but i haven't adjusted the settings so that could get better. very hollow, i have to crank it way up to get regular sound.
the mute button flashes which also drives me nuts. 24 hours out of the box i am not that impressed. i will correct my review if this is just me being a dumb tv owner :)

Amazing product, very clear picture.
This TV has an amazing visuals. It makes everything look clear and true to their colors. The home bar makes everything easily accessible and even shows you what your most recent show was (which can be helpful when you watch multiple shows on different services). When a port turns on the input will automatically switch to that port meaning you don't have to manually turn on the device and swap the input.
Overall amazing product that is good for everything from show, to movies, to gaming.

Great concept when it works
I use this TV in my bedroom for wireless streaming and it never connects to the wifi on the first try and constantly has to be rebooted. The apps for my streaming services disconnect as well and all passwords have to be re enabled which is extremely annoying. But once it is working it has a great picture and the sound is awesome even without a sound bar.

Good value for what I needed it for
I only bought this to serve as a TV, not for games or any other purposes, so to that end it was sufficient. The one disappointment is that there is not a wide range of perfect visibility when seeing the screen. If you are not pretty much dead center to the screen, the colors are faded and a bit washed out.

I bought this 43” because I saw the picture when it was on display and it is crystal clear..I love it…went from a 15 year old Vizio flat screen to Samsung…I don’t know why I waited so long! Excellent price too!

2023 model TV 2000 controller
Had this TV for 3 weeks this is my second Samsung TV to me there is no difference than my 8 year old one where is the voice command Alexa etc you call this a 2023 model it's missing the most important feature no upgrade from my old one still have to use to controller's use fire stick for command s and controller's this set is bad keep pushing Netflix button by mistake anyway to get voice wish I hooked up TV sooner didn't know best buy only gave you 2 weeks to return

Easy to set up & great picture!
We use our tv for streaming, using a Fire Stick. We have DirecTV Stream, and the picture is amazing! We already had the Fire Stick, but we didn't really need it for this tv, we're just used to using it, so haven't given it up yet. We also have other things hooked up to the tv, and I love that we can easily get to the FIre Menu. We could be using another device, and rather than having to change a source using the tv remote, we can hit the home button on the FIre remote, and the tv will switch right over!
Since my wife and I both have Samsung smart phones, it seems like they work very well with the tv when we want to share our phone screen on the big screen. This comes in very handy for live church services from the church's website.

Horrible remote
I bought aonyh ago. TV is fine but the worst remote on earth. No voice recognition. Volume is a toggle which I expect will break any second.

I use this TV at home.
Image quality is good.
It sometimes takes a lot of time to stream information from the WiFi, or just doesn't pick it up at times. I know is not the internet signal because I have tried with a different TV at the same time and the second unit doesn't show any issues.
Finally, the remote control could be more user friendly when it comes to streaming, or at least I find Roku's easier to manipulate.

The TV is great overall, it is big, and clear.
I use my Samsung TV mostly for watching videos, and playing on a console.
The features I like about the Samsung TV is that it looks so crystal clear, it elevates and even questions what my eyes are seeing.

Overall, this TV has exceeded expectations. Bought it ata bedroom TV. I've used a multitude of apps, including the Xbox cloud gaming. First time I played, it was very laggy. Now it seems to be far better.

Nice TV with good features
We watch movies and shows from our hard drive on this smart TV. I like the fact that it has its own wifi connection and Samsung TV channel options so we can watch programs that way also. We also have a ROKU connected for additional options. Adding a sound bar with base has improved our enjoyment.

Needed a new TV in our bedroom in our condo. We don't have a lot of wall space so this fit perfectly . The picture is perfectly clear, features and speed are amazing. Would definitely recommend this or newer.

I love that I can get into my some of my streaming services on my tv without having to put a Fire stick in. The picture is beautiful & I can attach to the wall or stand on a cabinet. I am able to look at pictures from the Gallery & I have access to the internet right from my tv also. You also have access to an e-manual on your tv. Just love my tv!

I like the Samsung TV. Nice picture. There seem to be a lot of features that I have to explore further. In the settings, like Smart Hub, etc. There are quite a few 'tools'. I like the Samsung movie channel, as well.
I appreciate the Samsung support phone numbers. It would be nice to have better tech support help in regard to the TV.

The color is amazing and simple to set up.
The sound is great ...... with the Samsung Soundbar - Better.

I watch the Samsung Plus TV shows for the most part since I like to stream my favorite TV shows such as UK Top Gear , and Classic movies, such as "Charade " or "Pillow Talk". The John Wayne movies are also good, such as " Island In The Sky".

The picture is Amazing!!
I am Samsung everything! From phones to gadgets. This tv has an Amazing picture!! Not like those other tvs that have the black lining outside the picture. It covers the entire screen. The sound options are great. I have a sound bar connected and it feels like I'm in the theater every day. Easy connection to my phone within seconds. And they last a very long time. I had my last Samsung TV for about 8 years until I purchased this one. The quality is impeccable.

The 1st thing I thought when I saw my ps5 displayed on it was "Wow, so much color and detail!" My games have never looked better and it's hard to believe what I got for the price I paid. The motion rate does an incredible job at making games and movies all run very smooth and clear. The size of the 43" TV is great for my personal use and it fits in my space very well. There's only one thing I wish they could update yet. I would appreciate if I could use the "Picture Clarity", aka motion enhancer in game mode. I have to turn off game mode to use it, which is not really any work at all, and my ps5 has very smooth graphics, but then there's the Nintendo switch that can sometimes only do 30 fps or so. I'd like to use all the game mode features including "Picture Clarity" if that was possible. It's a very smart TV too. Pairing my galaxy s22+ with this is super easy. It really does feel like a premium TV. The best that I've had so far! Good job, Samsung!

Buy anything else
Because it's "entry-level," Samsung has locked down some features that make this purchase infuriating. I was planning to use it in portrait mode, but they have disabled that in the TV's settings. While inconvenient, I figured it was no big deal because I could just tweak the software on the device connected to it... Nope! Changing any device to portrait works for a second, and then you can see Samsung's software distort and stretch the vertical image back to horizontal. The television is physically capable of doing portrait mode, but Samsung have locked it down so that you have to buy a more expensive model, despite not needing any of the extra features.

Very clear picture
This TV is in the bedroom and we watch tv, movies, and streams.
It's the perfect size for the bedroom. We can watch leisurely from the bed and not have to strain our eyes. And it has no problems loading any of the apps installed.

Great features
As a loyal Samsung fan this would be my 3rd one in the house and it's features are fantastic. They've revamped the remote control to make it much more user friendly, it connects with my phone app seamlessly. The picture quality is outstanding as well as the sound. Connection is super easy also.

The TV is great the pictures no matter what is streaming from my phone, a regular movie on cable, Netflix ect.
My only issue is the volume is a low I had to get a soundbar my first ever and it does the job.

I really like the ease of use with the smarthub and Samsung TV. It's a welcome option outside of streaming if I'm not really into one my favorite apps.

Toxic fumes
I bought this TV a month ago and am very disappointed. Every time my son plays his video game on the TV there is a terrible burning component smell coming from the TV. Had the service guy come out and said it was normal and nothing could be done for smell. My son smelling toxic fumes is not normal. Have had other Samsung products but might think twice before buying another

Have the tu7000 its been a good tv. Solid picture after sum adjustment. Been running strong since 2020. Only whish I could have afforded. A much bigger one say the 75 or 85 inch model.

That Blasted Voice Assistance
I bought this almost a month ago. The “voice guidance” is inconsistent and it drives me NUTS!
Upon startup, the artificial intelligence voice will loudly blurt out something like “HTMI ONE”. Who cares! ?
Sometimes it does, other times it doesn’t. It doesn’t matter what the TV volume is set at.
Sometimes when I adjust the TV volume, the volume will show up on the screen, other times it won’t. It doesn’t matter either way, but it should be consistent.
A Samsung “typer” explained how to get rid of the bulk of the “verbal IA garbage” but not completely. I’m considering trading it for another unit.
Otherwise I enjoy the TV and have a number of Samsung products.

Bought about a month ago, absolutely love the picture and color. Volume is great! Only thing I would suggest to anyone is don’t use a roku on it, just use the smart tv capabilities or fire stick. For whatever reason the Roku makes the tv flash when watching hockey or basketball on espn.

Sometimes I hate this TV because Samsung has limited the certain feature that would make it a good quality. Also, the ram and memory is low quality. I can't even watch streaming videos in 1080p, only in 720p. So shame on you Samsung for asking me to give a review.

Samsung TVs Are Trash
The bottom, right hand corner of the screen went black after six months. It’s a horrible TV and I will never buy another Samsung again. The only way to get it repaired is to take a day off work and sit and wait all day for a repair man to come to my place. I’m not letting some third-party shady repair man into my house to fix the TV. They should have a van and be able to do it that way. Second why should I miss a full days pay to have a TV fixed under warranty? Any other company you drop it off at a repair station and pick it up when it’s fixed. But not Samsung. They only send a repair guy to the high desert twice a week. So I’d actually be paying $200 to have a TV fixed under warranty.

I purchased this TV to replace a 24” Vizio in my kitchen that was mounted to the wall in a corner, what an upgrade, it has a big, beautiful picture and this bigger TV didn’t take up any additional space where it is mounted. Makes cooking so much more enjoyable.

Worst UI from a TV I've ever experienced.
I received it as a holiday gift to replace my glitchy TV. I spent hours trying to set up the TV to my specifications. The interface on this was maddening, there was a lag in the remote control use, and setting it up via phone was not any easier. It was so genuinely awful that I had to return it for a different TV. I had an older Samsung that I loved, but this new UI is quite awful.

A Word of Advice.
I was given this television as a gift. The performance sees good but as an older, retired, person it took some time to find my way around and I am still learning. I do think it would enhance your product if you produced a clear instruction booklet. Several people I have spoken to have expressed their frustration and disappointment in trying to familiarize themselves with smart TV's. As older citizens we are used to receiving good instruction booklets with our products. It doesn't seem to be important to manufactures nowadays but let me remind you that we are a large group of the spending public. and it would be very helpful.

Motherboard went bad after 7 months
I bought 7 months ago and the cpu board broke down. I contacted Samsung support and told me it was out of warranty (same period of 30 days Amazon gave me) I told them it can’t be because Samsung policy warranty is one year. After proving invoice date they agreed to send a tech to replace bad cpu board at not cost

Seriously lacking in features at this price point. I cannot recommend this TV. I had a Hisense TV that I paid $100 less for but it died shortly after the warranty expired and so I bought a Samsung thinking it would be better. I can't speak about the life of the Samsung but I can tell you features wise it sucks compared to to the Hisense. The remote is so small it must have been built for a toddler, not enough short cut keys, not Bluetooth, no voice search or activation, and the TV's operating system is so bad it's comical. The TV housing is quite thick and not as stylish as the Hisense. I can't encourage you enough to look elsewhere. The picture is comparable to the Hisense and that's about the only good thing I can say about this TV. I'm extremely disappointed with this TV.

Tv great BUT THE sound ????
It’s an ok tv. At first I purchase a LG and the quality was good and the sound was amazing. But unfortunately with LG you can’t download certain apps. So I returned the LG and got the Samsung. The Samsung had great quality but the sound is sooo low this is a bedroom tv but I would like the sound to be a little bit better quality .

TV & Remote are unnecessarily complicated
Remote is ridiculously small and difficult to use. Directions are pretty much non existent and includes keys with no purpose at all. Other keys operate counter intitutive. There is NO cancel/EXIT key to stop a streaming app. Found out by accident hold down return key. To fast forward you hit right inside of directional circle, then outside right to fast forward or outside left to rewind, then hold down inside to actually move, and hit a different key (stop/pause) to stop moving. How stupid is that? On Screen menus are cluttered and unnecessarily loaded with shows/Apps most people (at least me) will NEVER use. This tv replaces a UN40NU7100 which was intuitive, clean and easy to use/navigate; everything this model IS NOT

Perfect replacement
This our second Samsung TV. We also have the 55” version and have been so pleased with it that when the time came to replace an older smaller tv we didn’t hesitate to purchase the 43”. Price, ease of setup and great quality all factored into our decision. We have not been disappointed.

Terrible wifi streaming.
This TV will not allow wifi streaming from Xfinity (Comcast). we tried over a week to work on it to hook it up. Finally found out from Xfinity tech specialist that it is not allowed. We returned the TV to costco this week and it was the 3rd return this week for the same reason. We dont want Samsung streaming we want our own wifi service. Very decieving.

Beware of the Remote!
The TV itself works good enough, but if you have any dexterity issues the remote is very difficult to use. small buttons, poorly labeled, that you have to tilt to adjust. It's very easy to overshoot the channel or volume. If you have large hands, are aged, or have motor skill issues it will be very difficult to use. The company does not offer an alternative for people with disabilities.

I like the picture, but if you enjoy full screen viewing on movies. The feature just isn’t available when using the tv’s Netflix app. Same on Apple TV. You’re stuck with cropped videos, giving up 4-5 inches on top and bottom. Talked with Samsung and verified that their tv apps don’t support it. This should be standard on all tvs.

This product is easy to work
I love the clear picture it has. It fits perfectly in my bedroom. I love the features and apps it has. Very easy to control. Going between apps is a breeze. Learning how to use it was easy also. Great color and hd. The apps are easy to work and find. Setting were also easy. Connecting to wifi or phone wasn't a problem either

In conditions where there is natural light, the television appears lacking in brightness. And the dynamic mode is better for playing than the game mode that is included automatically. I think it going to be great e better game mode.

The picture is good, but at the same time it has the feel of a really cheap product. I’m really not satisfied with it, but we just went through our entire town of Lahaina and I really don’t have the energy to take it back to the store. Besides the quality of the picture it doesn’t have a timer. I didn’t even think they made TV’s without timers anymore.

Very clear picture (4K) & great Smart TV features
Easily programmed to stream all app services and quick navigation. The sound is incredible out of the box. No need for a sound bar.
Able to jump from app to app to watch the services and programs I'm looking for . Connection by Ethernet or Wifi is excellent!
Media on Flash drives allows me to view photos and movies I have saved for years!

Best TV on the market for price/size
Samsung makes the best TVs out there, especially at the price point for this particular model. Obviously, the picture is fantastic, but what REALLY makes these TVs stand out from their direct competition (LG/Vizio/ETC...) is the connection the smart tv makes to wireless, and how well it sustains that connection. I previously have a comparable Vizio model and we had to get rid of it because the wifi connection was so unstable, and the time it took to buffer on the main screen and the apps was abysmal. That issue is non-existent with Samsung TVs. Really glad we made the switch.

We enjoy our Samsung Crystal
We enjoy streaming, and watching sports and movies.
The only issue when watching sports it takes about several seconds for the picture to clear., especially streaming services.
We also enjoy the quality of our Samsung TV. Great sound, and overall system colors. The Crystal set 43" is perfect for a man's cave room 12×12,

We love our TV
We are very satisfied with our TV. This is our third Samsung TV with one other remaining serviceable. The last 43 inch we had provided more than a decade of daily enjoyment.
There are three observations I would like to offer about our TV:
1. It sometimes does not stay turned off. When we turn it off it will sometimes turn itself back on.
2. The menu settings are not as user friendly as our previous two TVs. And as part of that, my Sennhieser adaptive hearing device was not able to be plugged into the TV. I am unable to find an adaptive hearing device as of yet.
3. The TV speakers are fair to poor. The sound has to be cranked up to 40 or 50 to make the sound audible across the room. My family who does not have my hearing deficiency report the same sound quality. It’s almost like an inducement to purchase a sound bar.
I’m spite of my issues, we are pleased with Samsung TV and would not consider another brand.

Like the TV but not the programming. Automatically drops my live air channels when antennae reception may not be good, so I have to scan channels again. Some of my apps were not available so I had to purchase a Roku stick. Pluto TV app freezes up with Samsung, but does not when I use my Roku stick, however Amazon Prime works better through Samsung than Roku stick.

Unfortunate remote control
The remote control is user unfriendly. Often used features such as sound and program searches should be straight forward and not guesswork - even the instructions are confusing. Like the TV but struggling with the remote control takes away from the pleasure of a new TV.

I have used it in the living room and bedroom and I have only replaced the video board for another good run. It is not a Roku ready so I had to purchase a Roku adapter. Great TV. SAMSUNG is a great brand and reliable. Needing to replace with a larger TV in my Den Area.

I have always been a LG TV guy. I bought my dad a bigger Samsung TV and ever since I saw the picture it put out. It had me sold. 20 years of LG TVs and now I'm a Samsung TV guy. I bought my son one for his room and he loves it. I almost wish he would let me put the LG in his room and I put the smaller Samsung out in the living room. I really want to get a curved TV. Recently bought my Samsung TV love that I can stream all my favorite shows the quality is amazing I especially love that I can connect my phone to it as well. Setup was easy just plugged it in and that was it I'm never switching from Samsung!!!
