Missing optical audio output connector
I had to take it back. 1 it was a pain to setup, but I finally got it setup and went to start hooking it up to my surround system... that's problem #2 WHERE IS THE OPTICAL AUDIO OUPT!?! Always wanted a Samsung
I watch a lot of tv!! I have been extremely disappointed in the brightness of the tv. It seems all of the programs are darker than my old set. I am also not extremely happy with the tiny device to turn it on and change the channels I admit I am older, and computer illiterate,but Not everyone who buys your tv'

Connecting an older sound system is challenging
This TV lacks standard audio input ports, do if you have a sound system with standard audio jack or even optical input, you will be in no luck.

I enjoy my new Samsung TV, with a clear picture.
I use my Samsung TV mostly for watching sports and movies. I like how the remote has separate buttons for Netflix and Prime. These are very helpful.

Worth the money
I recently purchased this TV as a replacement TV however I am amazed with the picture and at the features on this TV, it is awesome it makes streaming a breeze and enjoyable. I only have to use one remote when using my fire stick, the TV remote controls both without having to set it up. It simple to navigate

This tv is sleek, colorful and sharp. The remote + app features are super convenient as well. Makes it really easy to set up and enjoy within a few minutes. Definitely glad I made this purchase.

The picture quality is okay with the peak brightness and off-angle viewing falling slightly behind. It comes with features that I really like, such as the customizable backgrounds that I can use for standby mode. Another thing I like is the minimalistic remote and the added AI button that can analyze the content displayed on the screen. The analysis can be a hit-or-miss with some shows not displaying the information that I need. Overall, this is good QLED TV to consider and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for their first QLED TV.

Apparently I’m not in a service area so I’m waiting on complete replacement or refund. Can’t get to a live CM. Always deferred to text. I have a ticket number at least. Horrible customer service. First contact with CM on 7/10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, but doesn’t really support HDR Overall, the TV is good. The picture is sharp, the colors are vibrant, and content looks great in 4K. However, this TV struggles with HDR content. Nearly all HDR sources look to dark. Watching content in SDR looks great. If you are looking for a TV that can play HDR content I would not buy this TV. If you were just looking for a good TV that has a clear picture and you don’t care about HDR content this TV will work fine.

Was able to get rid of cable that saved us $200.00 per month. I already subscribe to Net Flix and Amazon Prime so I get all the TV I need. I was able to add these and You Tube easily. Just had to sign in. The remote is the only feature I didn't like so I purchased another Samsung remote that has channel numbers. Picture quality is great. I highly recommend a Samsung over other brands.

It's fast with internet, look very good in the room and have a lot of functional settings. Besides all this my new younger kids throwed something to the TV and the screen didn't break like it happened with my other last TV. I'm very satisfied and it seems to have a lot of life.

The Storage Share feature is brilliant; being able to access my devices from the TV with the remote is wonderful. And the Game mode for my PS5 is so fun to use.

After waiting several days, finally get the tv out of the box and the screen is cracked. Proceeded to contact customer service 3 times after losing connection twice, and was told that I would just have to return the tv and purchase a new one. Samsung definitely doesn't stand behind their products. Was accused of cracking the screen on purpose, I guess because wasting my time unpacking and repacking the television and cleaning up afterward seems like a thing customers typically do?

It looked like I was looking at a older model TV, so I went to best, buy and upgrade it to the Qled65 and the teacher i'm gonna live in the sound is outstanding, exceeds my expectations

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid Samsung Delivery Partner RXO Ordered TV through Samsung. Scheduled a delivery date 1.5 weeks out on Wednesday. On the delivery day, their delivery partner RXO calls that they won’t deliver because they don’t have space. They will call back in 3 days to reschedule delivery. Now the crazy part happens, they just cancelled my order and refunded me the money. So i could have just bought the TV from Amazon and delivered next day. Avoid Samsung at all cost.

The best picture along with easy access to multiple input devices and great features make it the number one (and only) choice in our house. Love to no use it as a wireless display, to control smarthings devices, and TV from the cable company and Samsung TV Plus! A great variety of apps are available and it works well with airplay and other mirroring platforms. I am in love with this company and this TV!

I can access my You Tube, Netflix and Hulu with ease. Has many other options for other services. Easy to add additional Apps so I can get other channels. The picture is great and the setup was easy. Very light weight. I do recommend this porduct.

I paid it with my Samsung phone and love to use the Dex feature to view my phone on the TV to due my workout or my morning yoga. I like simple and this TV has definitely made my life easier. It'll even let you know when the washer and dryer is done. Very beneficial when you can't here it from your laundry room.
