Samsung no longer means quality
I bought this model in 2020. It worked well for 3 years despite major usability issues for running a slideshow of personal pictures. A few months after the 3-year mark it started rebooting itself. The first few times a week while running in the art mode. Later it rebooted a few times an hour. Eventually, it would not turn on. I tried to schedule service through Samsung support. I was quoted $250 just for a service tech to come out and diagnose the issue. With only 90 warranty on repair, I don't think it is worth risking additional investment.
I guess, now similar to Malevich's famous Red Square painting, I have Samsung's shameful Black Rectangle decoration on my wall.
Now I get some stamped response from Samsung about how sorry they are about my experience. Stop being apologetic, fix your product, or return my money.

No glare easy to stare.......at
I bought the Frame TV to put in the Wine/Whiskey/Cigar lounge in our house. We had a regular Samsung QLED TV in there but we noticed the glare when trying to watch it. Upon doing some research we mad the with to the Frame TV. Picture is great and the no glare thing is a blessing.

TV good, "professional" mounting terrible
The TV has been good so far (5 months in), however do not use the "professional" tv mounting services provided by Samsung. The TV was installed in the wrong place (much higher than I asked for) and the installers used a pen on the wall and did not cover up the mark. I ended up paying someone else to come and fix it and when they took the mount off, they realized the installers used the wrong type of anchor (concrete instead of drywall) and the mount wasn't secured properly and could have easily fallen. Highly recommend installing it yourself or paying someone on Taskrabbit for much cheaper and a much better job.

Excellent picture with some flaws
First off the picture on this is incredible. It has a beautiful matte finish and is extremely impressive when in art mode. There are two issues I have with this display, the backlight is blotchy. It isn’t really noticeable until the display is all black. The second issue I have is the Tizen OS. It has limited apps and gets clunky when running the apps. Better off using an external media player.

Amazing TV with awesome features!
Absolutely love this TV. It has so many features that are great, including the ability to swap from vertical to horizontal with the rotating wall mount. I also enjoyed the picture quality. The smart home features using Smart Things keeps me constantly connected to my home.Remote desktop feature that it offers connectivity is to work and do not forget the ability to video chat with additional camera purchased. Smooth gaming hub features so you can play games without console!

We were doing a renovation and needed a very flat screen TV to go above the new fireplace mantle. I’m not much of a TV watcher but my husband and kids are. I really enjoy choosing the pictures for the art to be displayed on it! Brings me joy to have beautiful art displayed all the time!

It's not a TV. It's Art
I've had frame TV since 2020. We bought one for our living room. The picture & the idea of turning into art is just so amazing. We liked it so much that we ended up buying another one for our bedroom. Which is a 2022 model & it's even better. No more glare on the screen! The picture clarity & sound is better than the TV bigger TV We have in our movie room!

Perfect brightness for everyone.
This product can get very bright, but it can also get very dim. I love watching movies at night with it, and I also have no problem watching TV during the day with the bright sun coming through my windows.

Better hope it doesn't break; Samsung no help
After waiting a week for our repair appointment, it was cancelled that morning. A repair person finally showed up after about two weeks from when the tv broke. They could not fix the tv and could not reschedule another appointment to repair it. We called Samsung, and after spending an hour on the phone and speaking with four different people, there was no resolution but were issued a ticket number. We called back the next day, and after speaking with multiple people and being on the phone for over an hour and a half, there is still no resolution. We just get passed from person to person at Samsung and no one apparently has any ability to do anything. So despite our multiple attempts and several hours of effort, the tv still doesn't work and Samsung has literately done absolutely nothing to help. Be prepared to have your time and money wasted by Samsung.

So much nicer to have a beautifully framed picture hanging on the wall all day than a black rectangle. Love the way I can customize a photo and make it looked like a hand painted picture. Yes, the TV part is great too, but this is more than a TV.

My daughter bought The Frame and I was so impressed that I bought mine a few months later. The picture quality is great. It looks beautiful on the wall. The sound is great. Probably the best TV I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned quite a few! And to be able to turn it into a personalized picture and be able to change it at will is genius. Thank you, Samsung.

Perfect fit above the fireplace, doesn't take up alot of space. Great picture quality and features. Good sound without soundbar. Husband and teenager really enjoy the gaming hub. Only downside is subscription needed to access certain pictures on the frame feature, but can upload your own free.

Love this TV
This is a great TV. The picture is excellent. I have it wall mounted and it was fairly easy to do. I like how close it is to the wall. I also like that the TV can be a good distance from where all of the connections are. It makes connecting things much easier. Given the opportunity, if I needed another TV, I'd buy it again.

The Only TV I'll Own For My Home Design Style
It's obvious how wonderful this TV looks flush against the wall, not to mention the art feature when not in use. But one of the best features in my opinion is the separate box housing all the plugs and components for the TV, making it so easy to deal with all your hookups away from where the TV itself is mounted. Absolutely love the design and performance.

The prettiest TV I've ever owned
I absolutely adore the screen on this TV. The matte finish of it, the way it looks in contrast to the white frame I chose for it. I love the minimalist look of it when it's off, even though I'm not a minimalist person at all. Crisp picture and the art display are probably my favorite features on this TV. I've also used the embedded Xbox streaming app for the TV, and can report that the games stream mostly as well as on any other devices meant specifically for that.
I honestly don't have much negative to say about this TV. It's just one of those products where everything truly delights me, down to the solar-charging remote.

Classy Bedroom Upgrade
Our family's playroom tv broke, so we took the opportunity to move our bedroom tv over and upgrade to The Frame! We already have a 75" Frame in our living room and knew we wanted the similar slim look and art this TV provides.
The mount install is different than normal wall mounts if you arent familiar with this style, yet easy - you do have to run the wire through the wall to get the frame look, but the wire is super thin. The homescreen layout is a little different than our older model. The remote controller has a USB C charging capability as well as solar, but beware the controller is very lightweight so we found a great glow in the dark case to help add some weight to it so it doesn't get lost in our bed at night. Sound through the unit is great. We also added the teak bezel to match decor in the room.
People are always shocked to learn that it's our television and not just art. Looking forward to upgrading the playroom to The Frame in the future as well. So classy and a must buy for all rooms in your home!

My 2nd Frame TV
This is my second The Frame TV. It is a QN55LS03BDFXZA, apparently a 2022 model although that wasn’t made clear at the time I purchased it.
My first, the UN65LS003FXZA was purchased in August 2017. In March 2024 a large area of the screen darkened and eventually went dark.
One of my first disappointments was the complete change in hardware for the new model. Wiring for the original was difficult enough, but I had to run all new wiring again.
While I enjoy the picture quality, there are serious issues with the software. I have had to reinstall Netflix almost every day. This is a default app on the TV and it constantly fails.
The system doesn’t recognize my DirecTV so I have to use both remotes to use it. I have an NVR for my security cameras and I had to set it up as a PC to get it to be recognized.
A big complaint I had about the older version was the lack of a screen saver when using one of the streaming apps. They still haven’t fixed it so I constantly have to remind my wife that the screen will burn in when she leaves it stopped in the middle of a program for hours. The screen saver kicks in only on the main menu before you make a selection as to input.
While I was able to purchase the new 2022 model for an excellent price and it came with a 5 year warranty, the Art Store subscription that was a promotion for free for 2 years actually required me to pay up front.
In summary, I hope this one lasts longer than the first and I hope the software improves.

The Samsung Frame TV literally SAVED my marriage!
I will be brutally honest. I think TVs are abominable. I always have. I hate them hanging on the wall. I loathe them on a console or a side table. No matter where they are placed, they are intrusive. They demand their right to be THERE and take center stage.
My husband, however, disagrees. He worships TVs. I can’t count how many quarrels we have had regarding the ugly black shrine.
Recently, we moved to a new house with an open concept. Open the front door and guess what you will see? Will your discerning gaze appreciate the 100-year-old wooden carousel horse gracefully prancing in the foyer? Not a chance. Your first glimpse into our home will light upon an ugly black box staring obstinately at you, not backing down. But that is now all in the past.
My daughter convinced us to purchase a Samsung Frame TV. Yes, my eyes have been opened. The Samsung Frame TV fits sleekly against the living room wall, greeting all who enter with beautiful artwork I curate myself, rotating at my selected speed. The images appear as if on canvas and the matte frame provides the perfect accent.
I appreciate the quality of the TV, the clarity of the images and the intensity and range of color that the TV provides.
What used to be an eyesore has garnered more compliments from our friends and colleagues and questions about where they might purchase one.
So, I never thought I would say this, but Samsung, I love your Frame TV and want to thank you for saving my marriage!

Horrible remote
The only thing worse than the “solar” remote that comes with this tv is the poor customer service you’ll receive when it won’t charge. It doesn’t charge in the sun, under a lamp or when plugged in. There is absolutely nothing Samsung will do to help bc the one yr warranty just expired.

I use my frame tv in the living room as an art piece . I'll have live wallpaper playing when guests come over and the first thing they say "is that a TV , no way". I feel the living looks sloppy with a monster size appliance with wires hanging on the wall. The frame is so elegant and being able to have just one thin fiber cable that can be hidden in the wall or blend in as it's clear is awesome.

For months I and many, many others have been suffering through an issue where a several-iterations-ago firmware update bug causes the TV to randomly turn itself on from art mode to TV, so you'll be startled from time to time when it suddenly blares the Hallmark Family Channel or something. I've given up hope waiting for a fix and only console myself with the fact that I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. Don't buy this TV.

We were going to print one of my photos to have above our fireplace, but instead opted to do the frame so I could update the photos and it looks the same as though we had framed a photo... not to mention cheaper than framing multiple photos!
Because of the TV option it made it multi functional to use as a TV as well. We really enjoy this TV

Remote sucks.
I am so annoyed with this tv. Not even a month and already having issues with volume, the remote, and connection to mirror phone. I had to keep unplugging the TV. Having ti reconnect the remote. And guess what, after a few months, the remote no longer works. Have to wait 10 to 20 days for a new one. With little kids, and it being summer vacation, this is going to be so fun! My $300 TV before this worked better and never gave me issues. The only reason I had to replace it was due to my toddler breaking the screen by throwing something at it. I hate this tv!!!!! If only. So much for 1.2k. Do not I warn you, do not buy it. It is nice looking but a pain in the you know what.

Does not function as advertised. Would not buy.
My Frame worked fine for about 9 months. Then it decided to switch from Art mode to TV on its own. Numerous discussion boards document the same issue for what appears to be hundreds (thousands?) of other people. And nobody has a fix. Appears maybe it was a software update that ruin this product. Pointless having a Frame if you cannot trust it to display art without switching to TV randomly, like at 2:00 AM! Until Samsung fixes this for all their customers I would not buy a Frame! Unless you want a black screen hanging on your wall. I guess the black screen compliments my space.

Extraordinary and intuitive
I find new features every time I turn my TV set on. It reminds me of channels I have visited. The apps feature is so great. I am so impressed with how it keeps me informed of the latest shows. The picture quality is just astounding. I am still learning how to use some features, but I am not frustrated. I truly enjoy my TV and it is by far the most amazing and greatest TV I have ever owned.

A Beautiful TV/Art Frame
We use our 55 inch Samsung Frame TV for streaming shows in the evening, for exercise videos in the morning, and for displaying beautiful art work during the day.
The streaming performance of the TV is outstanding and provides high quality video and superb audio. We were especially attracted to this TV because of its ability to display art work without reflection. The art work is displayed exceptionally well. We have had much enjoyment having various art works on display for closer examination over a longer period of time and at life-size dimensions. The TV was easy to setup and modify to our tastes. We look forward to continued enjoyment of this product.

Amazing tv
Both of my brothers can’t believe it’s a tv. Imo you aren’t really fooling anyone, but still 1000% times better than a big black box over my mantle. Matte screen is huge plus. My biggest complaint is that my family keeps changing the picture after I get it perfect! We ordered frame from Etsy that makes remote a little trick but we haven’t tried to figure that out yet. Overall very happ.

Great features. Easy to follow directions.
I use my TV for watching everything on satellite service via DirecTV, from sports to movies. I also use it to game on. I wouldn't trade it for anything. My Playstation 5 is definitely happy with this TV. It has been a great TV and I wouldn't think of getting anything else ever again.

I've had this product for a little over a year. The OS is very slow and frustrating, it's better to use an external device to run streaming shows but that could impact viewing quality.
Over the course of the year Samsung has been slowly taking away the Complimentary art that came with the TV after each update.

The television has an extremely sensitive sensor no matter the settings you adjust it to. Frequently the tv has turned on in the middle of the night at full volume. Be confident before you purchase and buy the extended warranty to cover the frequent required repairs as returning the tv is not allowed.

Just what we wanted!
My wife has always hated the TV being a distracting focal point in our family room. The Frame solves the problem by "hiding" on a wall with a photo or painting on display. Picture is excellent and having one wire to the TV allowed me to easily go through the wall into a closet behind, where we have "the box" that connects to power, internet, CD player, etc. All is hidden away so we don't have to look at the usual entertainment center mess.

My wife both this as a bday and Christmas gift, we absolutely love it. We are going to buy a 43 inch here soon. The only things I would change is that you need better instructions for installation and you also need to make the borders for the tv cheaper

Outstanding Images, Color, and Sound
This is the third Samsung model television set that I’ve purchased. The picture quality is outstanding. The colors are vibrant and easy to adjust if necessary and the sound is awesome. I especially like that it has a Bluetooth connection capability, and I can listen to it through my speakers of my stereo without having to buy an added sound bar. I’d recommend this model to anyone.

Great overall TV software could be improved
The Matt Screen coating is incredible! Not only makes the "canvas mode" look more realistic but really cuts back on any sunlight glare from the windows. Looks incredible and love the 120hz refresh rate when gaming. The Software and OS leaves something to be desired. Switching between apps seems unnecessarily difficult and slow. The amazon Alexa integration is very unreliable. Gaming mode seems to be very finicky when connected to my computer whether or not it will correctly detect the device, refresh rate, resolution etc.

It is great for watching pictures in Netflix Hulu and peacock movies. The images are very clear and the colors are superior in quality. I also have art picture in the screen when the tv is off. It is removable that they are so well define that it looks that I have the original art work.

Pros: The picture is just amazing as well as the aesthetics of the display. Love the matte finish of the screen. Easy to install bezel.
Cons: Slow and clunky interface, Tizen app store has much less than the Samsung store. Quality is okay, had to return my first one because of white balance issues.

Exceptional! The matte screen was perfect for my sunny TV room; the colors are amazing and doesn't look washed like some mate PC monitors; the art mode looks real!
The bad side is that must paid for most of art and is not easy to configure a slide show. Also, custom pictures is limited to 50 pics and there is no slide show mode, afaik.

Bought this on Black Friday 2022, so have a few months behind us now for a fair review. Only 3 stars for a few reasons.
- Non-existent in wall rated cord - The cord that comes with the TV is not rated for in wall (code compliance). When we purchased the TV there was a cord on the market, but we didn't buy it straight away. Went to buy it last week and it has disappeared from the market. Now there is no compliant way to run the cord in the wall which must explain why they only show it with the cord on their website. This is a HUGE issue. If you are reading this and planning on running the cable in a wall, even in one of the low voltage tube solutions out there, think again, it's not compliant. Samsung really botched this. Minus 1 star
- Backlight issues - Google this, it's real. I've done everything including updating the firmware, repositioning the TV in hopes whatever stress/strain on the side that has backlight issues makes it better. Nothing works. On black screens, it's obvious. Minus a second star
- Samsung TV - The stupid OS on this always defaults to the stupid Samsung TV app and auto plays every time you turn it back on. Even if you adjust the settings to auto-run the last app, in the home screen it auto runs a stupid channel from this stupid app. It's my TV, not yours Samsung. If I want it to auto-run this I would, but I don't. I want it to just open the home page with no auto play. Yes i know there are workarounds to trick it, but you literally have to delete every "channel" on it. May get to that some day, but minus another star for thinking I want their app to auto-run and not giving me a way to turn it off or delete it. Minus a third star
When the scene is bright, the picture is really good. Sound is decent for how thin this is (would still recommend connecting to a system though). Picture + Sound = 2 stars.

Very quality product
Samsung does it again. Television is host ready great for parties I absolutely love it just in the sleep mode. Nice to have the television on just to read a book crazy right.

Wonderful Choice for the living Room
The Frame is a great TV to have as the focal point of the living room. The way it fits against the wall combined with the ability to portray art work as a 'screensaver' creates a piece in the living room that doesn't stick out but blends right in. On top of that, the quality and colors are great so when you do begin watching something, it really does feel prestigious.

Thin bezels and clear video make it great for most viewings. Sports seam to have minimal tracers, good for video games.

Great TV with slim profile
Great picture. Love the matte finish to reduce glare. My wife loves the slim profile. Hanging the tv was a little more difficult than anticipated but still not bad.

Avoid! Very poor software and bugs
After delivery, mine would not work as advertised. The art mode is extremely limited, and requires a great deal of constant adjustment to adjust for different lighting throughout the day. It also had many bugs that made it impossible for me to display my photography properly.

Very happy with this TV
I purchased the Fram TV for 2 reasons. First that it was flat/flush against the wall. The second reason was the no glare screen. Both features have lived up to my expectations and are exactly what I wanted. We do have the tv hooked up to the Samsung HW-S800B 3.1.2ch Soundbar w/ Wireless Dolby Atmos. The combination of these 2 makes for an excellent tv viewing experience.

This product has changed the entire look of house
This product was selected to incorporate art into the media room, which is only used for TV viewing in the evenings. For the other 20 hours of the day the room provides the art laden look that was intended. Because of the beautiful art display, the furniture in the room has been rearanged to allow people to walk directly up to the Frame TV and inspect the art . As an extra experiment, I added colomum lights to each side of the display and the new game in town is to change the light colors and see how that affects the look of the art and the entire upper floor. To the left of the TV is an art wall which we use to contrast the different art from the Samsung subscription. We use all the features of the Frame TV but the origional purchase was to see how the much of the Frame TV would change the look and flow of the residence. It has surpassed all expectations.

This tv is absolutely incredible
This tv is a total game changer. Its picture is amazing and sound quality is excellent. It’s super intuitive - I taught my mom to use it in a half hour (which is good for her haha). Nobody ever realizes it’s a tv because the art mode is so awesome.
And the art store!! It’s like your own private museum! I couldn’t be more obsessed. I have bought two for myself and one for my mom!!

The picture quality when set to TV is so clear.
The TV is mainly used for movies and TV viewing. The Art Mode is set most often. The matte finish truly enhances the art feature. It’s the perfect addition to this room. I have received many compliments on the TV.

I generally use my Samsung Frame TV for streaming movies, shows, sports, and other current events.
I’m also checking out the latest apps available to me. The list seems endless. ??
There is quite a bit of exploring to do. I just found Samsung Health and I’m going to utilize it in my exercise routines. Very nice!

Easy to setup straight out of the box. Amazing picture and very easy to use. Also setup a Samsung speaker with it. Overall great experience so far in the few months we have had it. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing TV plus the option to use the art as the background.

Perfect Choice
We purchased "The Frame" 55 inch TV after our son had purchased one and we were impressed. It is/was a great move for us as we have a picture on the wall when the TV is not being used. We have currently ordered a bezel in Teak that will give the picture a more "framed" look. No regrets and we would do it again. It is a classy looking TV/Frame monitor. In the big scheme of things it was easy to put up.

A True Work of Art
We recently remodeled our living room and removed our older Samsung Flat Screen. We wanted a TV available for entertaining, but we had grown accustomed to our new clean walls and didn't want a TV literally hanging from our wall. The Frame is so thin and the art mode is what we really wanted. Rather than an ugly black screen staring back at us all day, we now enjoy fine art and enjoy discovering new pieces. Our favorite is the Van Gogh Collection as it REALLY shows off the Ultra High Definition available in this TV (can we still call it a TV? Should we?). We have found ourselves and visitors staring at the details and brush strokes. They literally look 3-dimensional! The auto on and off feature are also amazing enabling us to think of our Frame as a piece of artwork showcasing our new living room. Our neighbor was so impressed that they too are installing one in their living room.

Great TV I recommend it
The TV is perfect in our room, fits on the wall great and is very easy to use. It does not work well with Apple TV device, but you can get apple tv through the app. I would recommend this TV. Not much more to add other than the price point is about right.

Item was easy and quick to hang. The all and one remote allowed me to eliminate 2 other remotes and close the cabinet door. The TV slim connect to the central box eliminated long HDMI cables. The efficiency of the Frame TV is exceptional.

The Frame 55, nice TV looks great wall mounted
Was able to easily load images from art store, now the TV shows classic paintings when when not watching shows.
The motion sensor is a nice feature which turns on the art image when someone enters the room.

Frame TV is Awesome
We spend an equal amount of time scrolling through the many artwork options as we do actually watching tv. We love the way the matte frame looks in our living room. It is a focal point of the space.

Great Product but sometimes have latency issues between the remote control and the tv. I love Samsung TV and the many viewing options that are available. I love the ability to download artwork for the Frame but it would be cool to be able to have free access to older historic portraits.

The Frame won me over
Doing a refresh/remodel on our basement, and my son suggested The Frame as both a TV and a decorating touch. I was frankly skeptical, but The Frame surprised me, with both the picture quality and the built-in Frame artwork features. The magnetic picture-frame surrounds are easy to mount and change. We're already talking about adding additional Frame TVs in other parts of the house. It's a surprisingly good flat screen with unique capabilities I've not seen anywhere else. Thumbs way up.

We bought this TV in January and it does look great up on the wall, so I can give it that. However many times the voices and video are off sync which is really annoying. Also, just recently I was going to try to add more photos to the art mode but the app shows that I have no TV! I called technical service… What an ordeal! I was finally told that I would have to download the update from a laptop (I have no laptop). So here I am unable to even add photos.

We love the Frame TV. Have it above our gas fireplace and it looks absolutely beautiful!
We have a piece of art rather than a black rectangle. It’s looks much better and is visually soothing to look at. The tv picture has gorgeous color and depth. It’s also easy to manage. The menu is easily navigable and the ability to save favorites is helpful. I also love the Samsung TV app which eliminates the need for cable or satellite tv subscriptions. The remote is user friendly. Although I would’ve liked some type of direction on how to use the tv as I am a little more “old school”. But I did manage to figure it out. For the price…This is one of the best TVs on the market today. Buy one! You won’t regret it!

Sounds like most issues people have with these TVs are due to user error. The poor Samsung Ambassador constantly having to apologize for customer negligence. We are a custom installation firm and install these FRAME TV's all the time and have none of the problems others have mentioned. We love them!

Defective Television, Terrible Customer Service
Samsung sent me a defective television. Brand new television that will not turn on. Had to wait several days for a Samsung technician to come over just to arrive without anything to resolve the problem. Now I have to wait for him to come back in two days because he did not have the proper equipment.

There is no where when purchasing the television that it comes with a box (brain) in order to have the frame effect you will need to put a hole in your wall to hide such box. I am returning right away.

Installed our new 55” model with great care (not a one-person job) and went to turn it on. It would not turn on, which turned into hours with customer support to troubleshoot, but they require a serial number which means unmounting the TV. It’s been a full day since I started this process and still no working TV. Avoid this like the plague.

Remote stopped working, 3-5 weeks wait for new one
Who thought it was a good idea to design a TV that cannot work without the remote? The included remote supposedly charges via USB-C or solar panel but it stopped charging at all after less than 6 months. I tried to use the Smart Things mobile app to control the TV instead but I can’t connect because the remote is necessary to confirm a bluetooth connection. After a lot of back and forth with customer service, they finally agreed to send a new remote but it’s going to take 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS for them to do all the paper work and ship it out. So basically my $1800 TV is bricked for 3-5 weeks while I wait for a new remote.

Experience the Clarity
The best part of my Samsung TV is the picture. I love how clear the picture is, and I marvel at how much I can see the details of the programs cinematography. I enjoy using the energy saving features and always use the casting or mirroring feature that allows me to use my Samsung phone to mirror and cast movies and social media clips. The Samsung app features allow me to use my subscriptions to apps, but the VEVO channels and Samsung free movie content is always a welcome departure from live programming or other streaming services. I'm so satisfied with my Samsung TV that I thank heaven each time I power it on.

Good idea but has known issues
We were excited to purchase a Frame TV for our new home. Unfortunately as soon as we turned it on, we noticed substantial backlight bleeding. It was extremely distracting and disappointing for such an expensive TV. We contacted support and they sent a technician to assess and repair. He replaced the entire screen and said it should be resolved. As soon as I turned the TV on again, there was different but equally frustrating backlight bleeding. The technician hurried out the door so I was not able to let him know that the issue remained. I contacted support again, they instructed me to adjust several settings to essentially lower the brightness and make the bleeding less noticeable. They also told me I may have damaged it while snapping the frame (designed by Samsung for this TV) into place. After lots of back and forth, the conclusion is that it must have been damaged in shipping and nothing can be done. I had never heard of this issue, but a quick google search revealed to me that this is a common issue that may be related to the construction of the TV and seems to get worse over time. The idea of the Frame TV is great, but I would not recommend spending the money on something that has known issues with no way to fix or repair, especially when there are plenty of TVs on the market that look similar and are more affordable.

USB ports now working
I bought this a month ago. We waited until after the frame for the TV arrived to install. I installed it on 1/20/24. After setup it was clear that none of the USB ports were working after exhaustingly trying with several different systems and cables. I called Samsung support and they were not able to get them working after several attempts over the phone. They said they would have to schedule an appointment with a field tech. I was set up with service tech. When the technician arrived on 2/1/24 he had a new main board for the TV itself. After discussing the problem with the USB he said "not sure why they sent me a new main board for the TV, when the problem is clearly with the ONE Connect" He went ahead and swapped the main board and as predicted it did not fix the problem with the USB ports. He then said he would order the parts he believed would fix the problem and get back with me. I had to call back twice since then for updates. I was told today that they do have the parts but can't get back out until next Monday at 2/12/24. This is very frustrating that this is a brand new TV, it's been taken apart and put back together, and it's been over 3 weeks without a fully functional TV in our living room and I can't watch the Superbowl on this Sunday on our new TV. Samsung's response has been less than empathetic and basically told me it is what it is! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Missing Part - wont replace
It arrived missing one of the brackets that are quired to hang it on the wall and Samsung has refused or been unable to replace. I was told I could buy one on their parts store (after spending $1200 on the TV) but it's out of stock. I've spent multiple hours on the phone and online chat and gotten nowhere so I have TV that won't hang which defeats the purpose of a picture TV. The TV itself looks great, but the software is buggy and frustrating to use. Overall, one of the most frustrating purchases I've had. I'd recommend a different brand. I'll likely return mine.

I have had my 55 inch frame TV for 2 years and love it, color is great and I love the way it looks when it is off, my friends and family thought it was a picture on the wall and I love the remote, my advice is get a professional to install it, I bought mine at Best Buy and they installed it and did a great job, I am extremely happy with my TV.

When I first bought this TV I was so mad. The TV was very delayed beyond the promised delivery date. Samsung customer service helped me find a solution. They came through for that. It finally arrived & we were so excited to open the box. Fresh out of the box the tv remote would not work. I had to set up the TV with my phone & unpair a remote from my other frame to use this one. The remote was defective I made so many calls to customer service & had to hang up the phone because the calls were so unproductive and I was so frustrated. I was about to return the TV because I was frustrated to pay so much for a product and not even have a functional remote to come with the TV. Today, randomly, a new remote came in the mail. I pointed it at the TV, clicked and it paired immediately. The new remote works so flawlessly. My family is enjoying the TV & there are no longer complaints and frustration around the remote issue. The picture is beautiful and clear. The apps offered are great. The TV is easy to navigate and works seamlessly with other devices. We love this TV and are quite impressed with Samsung's customer service/quality assurance. I’m not sure if a call center leader pulled the call or forwarded it to management or what happened, but it restored my faith in Samsung. We have 3 frames in the house & love them all.

Good Luck Mounting It
I’m sure the TV is great, but unfortunately I can’t even get it mounted. I’ve mounted about 8-10 TV’s, and so far I’ve never had any problems with them. Unfortunately, this is not the case with The Frame. Every single piece of mounting hardware is garbage. I completely stripped the head of a screw the second it hit the stud (happened with every screw that went into the stud, the paper guide is a waste, the brackets are ridiculously difficult to level, the instructions are useless and hardly have any words, and all of this on top of it being for the most important TV to mount well. My wife and I started to consider returning it out of pure frustration. And again, I’d like to say, we’ve mounted plenty of TV’s before.
All of our friends were waiting to hear about the amazing Frame, but our recommendation is not to buy it unless you want to pay someone else to mount it. 0/10 on the mounting difficulties alone.

This is the worst tv I’ve ever had in my life. It’s blurry and I’ve been trying to work with Samsung for over a month trying to get it fixed. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone to come fix it and they cancelled when we finally found a time. I hate this tv and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Useless, won't keep wifi connection
Very disappointed in this tv. I've had this for almost a year and it's basically useless. I was so excited to buy this tv, i had my eye on it for a long time before I finally splurged on it. Worked fine for the first couple months and then it suddenly kept disconnecting from wifi. I got it to work again for a few months, now it's disconnecting again and won't connect at all. Sometimes it will connect for 2 seconds and then immediately disconnects. It's not my wifi, everything else connects fine. I've tried every troubleshooting option and nothing works. Huge waste of my money. My tv is basically USELESS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I wanted this TV since the first series came out and I finally got one. The picture quality is great and the artwork looks amazing. I find myself staring at it in disbelief on how the strokes on a painting seem to have texture.

My frame is mainly used in art mode, although through the winter I display a fireplace on on it quite often. I've also found that there are many live cams for animal nests. These are enjoyable to keep up on the frame. I also love how easily it syncs with my s22 ultra.

We've had this tv 1 week and the remote is dead every other day. The applications are very glitchy. One day it works and the next day we have to do a factory reset just to get the apps working again. I would not recommend this tv given the price. We've had many other tvs which were less expensive and we've never had issues with them. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because of the low profile and fact you can display art.... when it works. I wouldn't waste your money on this lemmon of a product. It's complete trash for the price.

Quality an expensive issue
I purchased a 2021 Frame TV during the pandemic from an Authorized Samsung Seller and installed by the same seller; it lasted for 1.5 years before the screen was no longer functional. Had to pay for a Samsung Tech to come out and determine that the frame (console) was broken and the repair cost more than half the price of the TV; considered it totaled at that point. Bought a new one, this time with extended warranty. Right out of the box, the Art Mode would not work; called Tech Support and they determined it should be returned since it was defective out of the box. Spent a good deal on having the frame professionally installed and mounted to match the aesthetic of the room; out $200 from 1st install, $175 from 2nd install, and $175 from a service provider visit. Called customer support and they said according to policy they would bear no liability in any of these issues because not installed by a registered Samsung installer. Terrible, expensive quality issues that should be reigned in. TV of course is a beauty; 2022 version software is worse than 2021. App for uploading purchased photos is very buggy. Samsung needs to majorly step up quality and software.

The picture is unsettling clear. Takes a little getting used to transitioning from a mushy cinematic feel to razor clarity that makes you feel like you are right in their face. And our frame came broken. Not a big problem, the frame separated from the picture. No issues, no fuss, had another on the truck and to us right away. Great service!

Expensive TV, Poor Samsung Carrle Service
I purchased my 55" Frame TV 3 months ago. However, 2 months into owning my TV half of the screen turned purple and Samsung Care hasn't provided help. I've been getting the run around on the service requests, had several cancellations from their outsourced service agency and no-shows for appointments.the cost of the TV and the quality of Samsung Care offering a solution is sub-par 1 month later.

Great TV. Installed myself. Installation was easy without any problems. Picture quality is great! As soon as I finish my basement I’ll buy 85” sizes. Would recommend frame TVs for anyone who looking for great quality and use it as a peace of art.

Technological frame for art lovers
Frame tv is great but tizen apps need to be developed especially for iptv players. All of the iptv apps need payment. Finding a free one is almost impossible. Beside this internal ram and rom values of frame tv must be increased in new models. Screen display, resolution and colors are great. Using your tv like a real frame is amazing.

Beware of the extras
TV is great but beware of the fine print. We purchased our Frame TV at the end of December 2022. By the middle of January 2024, so just over a year after we got it, our remote stopped working. I spent multiple hours on the phone with Samsung troubleshooting only to be told “your remote doesn’t work and you are outside your warranty.” The third party parts dealer said the replacement cost would be $102. When I pressed Samsung to replace the remote they essentially said I should have purchase the remote extended warranty.

Faulty Remote Control
Very disappointed. I purchased 2 TVs, 1x 55" and 1x 85" in Nov 2022. 15 months later, both remote controls are not functioning. I have attempted all known troubleshooting methods, yet none have been successful in resolving the issue. So frustrating, especially after considering how much I paid for these devices.

Only acts as a FRAME for 4 Hours
I recently purchased a Samsung TV only to find out that it comes with annoying energy-saving mandates. If you don't actively use the remote, the TV abruptly turns off after four hours and, frustratingly, turns back on whenever it pleases. As the owner, I believe I shouldn't be coerced into following the company's energy standards. If this TV is designed for a specific eco-friendly audience, Samsung should make it clear in their product description. Disappointing experience overall.

Stops reading hdmi input fast
TV works really well, for the most part. Decent picture, hangs on the wall nicely. However, the cable that connects the TV to the base where all the ports are located is incredibly fragile and will just stop working within the year. It can still pick up remote signals and show content from built-in apps but all the input ports stop picking up input (and it's just the input, because it can still detect device type and power)

Purchased this tv 18 months. One lines started to appear on the screen and now it does not come on at all. For the price of this tv it should last longer. Customer service tried trouble shoot and recommend to purchase a new TV.

TV came WITHOUT power + One Connect cable, remote
My 55" Frame was delivered on 11/26. It came WITHOUT the power cable, remote, One Connect cable, and I'm not sure what else I might be missing. It's now 12/20, and Samsung just sent me the power cable and remote. No One Connect cable. I'd give it a zero star if I could because the tv is non-functional. Multiple chats with Samsung. Terrible customer experience. Their issue, and I have to wait 10 - 20 days, and it's still not resolved.

App and Interface are terrible
We bought this TV about a year ago and, while it looks good, the app for this tv is TERRIBLE. It makes it very difficult to put your own art on there. I hardly ever leave bad reviews for anything but this one warrants it.

Do NOT buy directly from Samsung!
I have loved the TV so far; I just should not have bought it on Samsung website. I thought it would be better to order from them but I have been dealing with frustrating and apathetic customer service for over a month. I received a TV that didn't work when I ordered it over Black Friday, and in order to get one that worked they made me pay full price to have another one delivered. Now it has been two weeks since Samsung picked up the broken TV and they don't know where the broken TV is they picked up so can't credit me. I shouldn't be surprised, they haven't credited me the difference between the Black Friday price and the full price I paid for the replacement. Each time I call ( 5 times so far) and multiple emails Samsung says they are going to fix it and nothing happens. Like I said, buy the TV, but somewhere else.

Poor quality, two Frames have broke with no fix.
I first purchased the 55 inch frame in 2022, the TV went out after about 9 months. Samsung did replace it, and the new one arrived in January of 2023.
Last night I heard a pop sound and the TV is broken. Samsun is trying to tell me it is out of warranty and I would have to pay for parts and labor. They don't even know if they can fix it and I am out $1500 and on my second frame. No help and no offer to replace or fix after TWO frame TV's busted in two years.
Lifelong Samsung TV guy, no more for me! Lost a customer.

Purchased Tv online and had it delivered. The Tv arrived cracked and half of the screen does not work. Trying to reach someone to refund or replace the TV is a nightmare and overly complicated. I would avoid Samsung due to their poor customer service and delivery care.

I love the look of this TV with the deco frame I added. It looks like a piece of art when not using for a TV. I change the art every week. Also I love all the features or the TV. There are many built in apps that work very well. The remote is simple but very powerful. Each button has many uses. I plan to replace all my TVs with the Frame TV.

Flawless TV. Responsive, great picture. Mostly use to stream TV but works great for gaming and movies. We have it mounted on the wall with white borders and it blends in really well with the photos we have framed around it.

I wanted a TV for a more formal space than a typical family room and The Frame certainly fits the bill. I love that, when turned off, it looks like a framed piece of art. When watching TV, the picture quality is fantastic.

Love the Frame!
I have been wanting the Frame TV for some time now as I am an art buff. The picture and sound are great as well. The fact that I can change the art out as often as I like is my favorite feature! The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is very good.

Great picture and interconnectedness
The picture and clarity are wonderful. The clarity makes a huge difference in movies and sports events. I also am very happy with the ease of interaction with my other devices. I would definitely recommend. I have always been happy with my Samsung tvs.

Great picture
This is my 2nd Frame TV, and am loving the matte screen that prevents reflections. The picture just seems better quality, and though I can’t tell you the differences between the 2021 and 2022/3 models otherwise. It’s great to have the option to throw up some artwork or family photos. The art store subscription is too costly in my opinion. And I don’t like how some apps you can’t delete. If they want to put them on the Home Screen to start, but forcing it on there at all times with no way to remove is quite annoying.

Love The Frame TV
This tv has every feature we like, the picture is crisp and our extra equipment was simple to get up and running. I like that (even without installing the wires behind the wall) all peripheral equipment cables don't attach to the tv because they are connected to a unit separately so there is only one slim, clear wire hanging down the wall. The gaming console, our sound bar, the blu-ray are all contained on/in the media cabinet. The cables are neatly stowed away and are easily accessible. It's a clean look which is why we got The Frame TV.
The art mode is fantastic and has a very affordable art store subscription available. The art looks amazing with the color choices for mats and mat sizes if you want matting. I've saved my art to a "favorites " folder and it also saves the options I used to setup that particular piece.
If you want beautiful art hanging on your wall I recommend the Frame TV.

Love the novelty of The Frame
We love the novelty of The Frame TV and the life-like art it projects. Our family and guests thought it was a real painting hanging on our wall.
This is our first “non Sony” TV we have owned in over 20 years. It is taking some time to get used to the operation of the remote and on screen menu.
The install/mounting of the TV was slick and straightforward.
I haven’t been able to figure out how to add an app to those shown on the TV. I am able to find and download a new app, but it doesn’t show up on the main screen with the other apps. So, this is a little frustrating.

Best Minimalistic TV ever
this tv is so good, let’s start with the fact that there are not fat parts behind it, it’s literally attached to the wall, the bezels are super thin, amazing image quality and colors (i guess samsung is the best one in that area). I’m enjoying this a lot, specially while using it with my ps5

We mounted this in our master bedroom. We use for movies and tv watching. Looks great when using picture on screen. Took a little bit of time to get used to using remote but nothing major. Would definitely buy again.

The TV is beautiful
Buying The Frame for my living room - that everyone sees when they walk in - was such a smart move. The picture is crisp, the art is fun, and it's easy to use. The one thing that isn't my favorite is the screen for "media" always has ads/other channels on it, but that's a small deal. Overall, super happy.

The TV looks better than any TV i ever bought. the feature of turning into a frame is quiet beautiful.
The software is poor: poor syncrhonization with PC, delay response to remote commands, app needs a lot more development.

Awesome tv!
I use it for everything. Streaming, cable, and picture display. Favorite thing to do is watch movies, tv series, news in the morning, football games and basketball games.
When not using the tv we like to display painting Freon the gallery, specially from museums. We have the monthly membership to gain access to that.

The Frame is a good TV, and could be better if…
First, let me just say I love the concept — having a TV that doubles as a piece of artwork when it is not in use, looks phenomenal if you install it nicely without any of the wires. My set up also includes their slim soundbar and the auto rotate mount. I love to do home improvement and DIY projects so this, plus the Philips Hue and Lifx lights I already have installed in my apartment compliment it very well. The TV works just as you would expect. I also splurged on the Hue Sync app to sync the ambient lights in my place.
My main qualms are with the lack of support for portrait orientation. I’m subscribed to Samsung’s art subscription and there’s barely any vertically oriented art that suits my taste. Virtually zero 3rd-party app integration for portrait orientation. Even Samsung’s main menu is kind of clunky and when it resizes the thumbnails and text on the screen it becomes so small and illegible. Another minor annoyance is the inability to quickly turn on or off the Hue Sync app. I wish there was a programmable shortcut button to quickly access certain apps or settings, but instead I have these annoying sponsored streaming services buttons that always gets pressed accidentally and it’s like… I shouldn’t have to be subjected this level of intrusive advertising in my own home with a product I spent my hard earned money on.

TV is fine, but remote is total crap and Samsung won’t support it. Don’t waste your money with a company that won’t support their product. My remote has stopped working 3 times in 7 weeks. My third complaint is after the warranty expired so even though the first two were in the warranty period they won’t replace the remote. Complete nonsense.

A little disappointed
Picture is good, design is great and it blends in well with other framed paintings/photos.
There is a large oval that occupies the left side of the screen that when black, is lit slightly different. It is not noticeable when watching movies, only in all black or very dark scenes is it apparent.
The televisions volume fluctuates randomly. We have the auto volume feature turned off, but it still seems to randomly rise and lower from time to time.
The television also occasionally loses wifi signal for no apparent reason. The only way i've found to fix it is unplugging the power from the receiver and then plugging it back in.

Nearly perfect TV
This is probably the best TV on the market. Picture and sound quality are excellent and the quality is in every size. The biggest problem I have is that the screen turns black if I’m out of the room more than a few minutes, even though the setting is for being ‘on’ except during bedtime hours. The reason I got a Frame and pay for the subscription is to be able to display artwork on the wall when the TV isn’t on.

TV has not worked correctly since we have had it . It turns off every 10 mins when watching it . The art sensor does not work . Customer service with Samsung has been appalling and we can’t get these issues resolved .

Frustrating Issues
I have experienced two issues with this tv from=m the day it was installed. One, night mode does not work 95% of the time. The art stays on all night. Two, for no reason when watching tv it will revert to art mode every 13 minutes and you have to switch back to media and resume and it. Will do this again in another 13 minutes. After five calls to the service center and a home visit I still have these issues. I called the service center again and they were going to “escalate” and I would receive a call within 24 hours. 36 hours later I am still waiting.

Great job Samsung! you have really outdone yourself. the 55” the frame tv is masterfully art and a tv with great qualities. it displays art when turned off, and is a quality tv with great depth! i did not have to persuade my wife very much for her to agree to this purchase. she loved the idea from the beginning especially with family coming in town for x-mas. when our family arrived they complimented us on the great looking photo of a picture above the fireplace only later to show them it is also a great tv. again great job and we are extremely satisfied with this tv. would recommend it to anyone!

Frame TV is the best looking TV available
I have the TV mounted flush against the wall with a white frame. It looks great and doesn't stick out like any other TV would. The features are cool with slideshow automatically playing when there's motion in the room. Picture quality is great too.
There's room for improvement though as many times the slideshow settings are lost and I need to reset them the way I want frequently.
Also the picture quality is not as good as my LG OLED TV but it's close.

The Frame is a great choice
Great picture! The colors are amazing but in a realistic way. The blacks are black and make for a dramatic effect. You can enter into a subscription for art to be displayed or you can choose some of the free images available or you can upload your own photos. Good value for the money.

Why aren't all TVs this smart?
Love Samsung products and have always purchased their TVs--but The Frame is the best one by far. The design is so smart and set up was easy. I use mine primarily for streaming and the picture and sound quality are excellent. I really love the Art Gallery function. The TV hangs over my fireplace and I love being able to regularly change the art on the set--gives the whole room a different feel.

Love the art on my TV
We have put a lot of our travel photos that we feel are art worthy on the TV. So when we enter the room there are our pictures that remind us of the time we had there. And when we walk away the TV turns off.
Putting the pictures on the TV has been fairly easy and when our guest come over that marvel at how great the pictures look, they can't believe that its not a big piece of art on our wall. We are very happy with the TV and the how it works very well and the other options available like the prime TV and how easily it is to switch between art mode and TV mode.

We are constantly getting compliments
The Frame is so much more than a mere TV. The picture and sound quality are superb. We love watching sports, streaming movies, and occasionally gaming. But far beyond when it’s on, we love the ability to display art and have it blend seamlessly in to the wall among the other hanging pieces. We went 5 years without a TV on the wall because we hate the big black box hanging there, but not anymore! Visitors often will compliment us on the art on the wall and ask about it. They’re shocked when they find out it’s a TV! It’s easily the best tech purchase we’ve made in years.

Best TV to those who appreciate art!
We all know this TV has great tech and specs but what sets it apart to me is the art mode feature and frame customization where it can literally looks like a portrait or a painting anywhere at home. A while back I lost a couple of my favorite custom-made paintings that are special to me. But after getting The Frame it is as if those paintings came back to life. Even if it isn’t the actual paintings I am happy I can still appreciate the art at home like I used to.

This hangs on the wall in our family room and usually displays Art which we rotate regularly. As a TV, the picture is excellent and sound is surprisingly good. It’s a fixture in our most used room in the house.

Exceptional picture
This TV has an exceptional picture. I was not expecting it to be this great, honestly. I got this TV because my wife liked the standby mode where the TV looks exactly like a piece of artwork. It's remarkable how this TV doesn't even look like a TV when it's in art mode. I also love the connect one box, it limits the cables running down from the wall and looks aesthetically pleasing. The bezel and slim mount are also nice touches to make this TV not even appear as a TV when in art mode. My only complaint is the mount itself; requires me to put 8 holes in my wall compared to the typical 4 because of the two piece system. If there was a way to make this mount available in one peice, that would be more ideal.

I wanted a TV that would display ART and look like a picture when not in use. We just had a gas log fireplace installed and ordered the 55" Frame to go above the fireplace. I love how it is a TV but also ART.

Need a lot of improvements
1. Tv Is terrible slow.
2. Picture quality not as good as lig thinq or the other samsung flagships
3. Screen should be not reflective during picture mode.
4. Sensor sometimes looks completely off.
Like the idea what it can be, but for now it's just an average tv.

The Frame is a wonderful multifunctional product. When it is in Art mode, the art you select really creates a nice atmosphere. I sent a picture of the frame to some friends and the complimented me on my new painting! It’s works well for casual viewing of movies and shows. The matte finish is really great at essentially reducing glare. Note: really do not touch the screen.

I use my TV a lot actually. It pretty much stays on 24/7. I use it to watch Netflix, my local news, my soap opera's. I do use my TV a lot as background noise. It's the best TV I have ever owned.

Great Aesthetic & Picture, Tech Could Use Updated
Overall I'm not incredibly picky with my TVs and admit that I got this primarily for the aesthetic and how it fit in with my home decor.
I don't geek out on picture quality, but like high quality in general, and have been happy with that that aspect. I also love the idea of transforming my TV into art and I've been able to trick a lot of people! I love that I can use my own photos from travels to create large scale works of art on my walls. I also love how thin it is in general and that the hardware/wires and box are minimalist.
The only reason I removed a star is that the technology is a little hard to navigate. I wish it were more open sourced and that I could use airplay and not only the Samsung app. Also getting my own art and uploads purchased outside of the Samsung store is difficult, but doable. Lastly, I'd love an option to purchase individual pieces of art rather than just the subscription.

For the love of the Frame and Simplicity
From the packaging to the overall quality, I can not express enough how incredibly satisfied we are with our overall experience thus far.
Mounting - you'd think this would be the end of a marriage. However, the instructions combined with the hook movements allow for slight margins for error.
Remote - we were initially perplexed with the remote. Despite its appearance of simplicity, it's honestly our favorite part. So easy to switch between different streaming services and Live TV. In addition, no batteries. We absolutely love that it is solar charging. One of our favorite parts.
I've always had Samsung TVs and I am so glad to have upgraded to the Frame

Great TV, Amazing Wall Art
My wife and I love this TV, and have received multiple, multiple compliments from our family and friends on how sophisticated it looks as part of a picture. The video is crisp and the audio is surprisingly good for such a slim profile. (we also got a soundbar which helps)
It's easy to load in new apps, and quickly get to favorite programming. The media center grabs a wireless signal fast and gets us into viewing as soon as we sit down.
It's a very sophisticated piece on the wall.

The The Frame LS03B QLED 4K Smart TV (2022) is amazing! The thinness of the entire television is extremely frame like. It looks like an actual frame on the wall. Which leads me to discuss the frame feature of choosing artwork. I’m in love with being able to choose my own digital artwork for those times when the television is turned off. It’s simple to choose and select with the remote. And oh! My! Goodness! The remote control is battery free! You are able to charge it with light!! I was thinking that it would just stop working if it ever happened to die out. No need to worry! A message popped up in the television corner with the reminder to charge the remaining because it was fifty percent charged. Interesting, right? Just flip it over and solar charge. Another interesting feature about this television is that the size is just right! I’ve seen some screens in my day that were either just way too big or way too small for my needs. The fifty-five inch screen is exactly what fits in my lifestyle! Speaking of lifestyle, the way that the Samsung Company has included the foot frames with the television is a superior French Chef’s Kiss! I am not a handy dandy maintenance type of person so hanging this Frame TV by myself is a little cumbersome. How easy and stylish to just put the leg stands on and set it on top of a fireplace. Easy peasy! Another easy peasy way to receive the full benefit of this flat, frame television is to wait for my brother to help me attach it to the wall!

We love our frame!
Our family was looked for a television that would not be distracting due to a large blank screen when turned off and the frame was the perfect solution. I am really enjoying the different artwork that is displayed when the TV is off, the smart TV connected very quickly to the Internet, the TV was easy to set up and is very intuitive for adjustments and logging in to each subscription that we have. We purchased the brown frame that looks like mahogany wood, the installation could not have been easier, and the overall appearance is exactly what we expected from shopping online. We could not be happier.

It's an art piece
I love my The Frame TV. It is front and center in my living room and I am constantly changing the artwork on it to fit the season, or my mood. Everyone asks about it and finds it a great addition. I just wish mounting it was a bit easier and that the screen had a more matte finish with antireflection. Otherwise, it was a great purchase.

Great Look
Wanted to get rid of a large TV stand to open up the room. The Frame replaced an old picture above our fire place and fits in perfectly. The one connect cord made mounting and routing the wire through the wall super easy, looks clean and creates the illusion of a frame without the wires everywhere. Now if the kids can stop loosing the remote, but that's not Samsung's fault.

Love the picture. Love the matte finish. Love the internals - it’s fast and responsive.
Things I don’t like; the cable it ships with isn’t rated for in-wall, and the in-wall rated cable is on indefinite back order. I’m pretty sure every person who bought this TV wants to run the cable through the wall, right?

The perfect TV exists!
Didn’t know about The Frame until I started looking for a TV with shallow depth that would blend in with our home decor and artwork. I was very pleasantly surprised to find it, exactly what I was after. Even more pleases when it arrived and I got to see how beautiful the image quality is and how seamlessly it integrates all the smartTV functions. It was also relatively easy to install by myself and the frame itself is brilliantly designed, pops right on. The matte display is gorgeous and works perfectly in our bright living room with no glare whatsoever. Displaying artwork is easy and adds character to an otherwise black hole on your wall.

We purchased this tv to hang over our fireplace. It looks great on the brick. So slim and great picture. I love the one connect box that allows a wire free look and easy access to hdmi ports. The matte black screen really does reduce the glare and makes watching in the day no problem. 10/10 would recommend.

The TV looks incredible on the wall - it hangs so close that it really looks like a picture frame. The high frame rate and 4k has been great for gaming. My one wish was that it was a little easier to switch hdmi inputs with a dedicated button on the remote, rather than having to use the voice feature.

Seems to have a mondo of its own.
The picture is great however the gaming interface not so much. Many times I have to shut game mode off and on to get it to recognize my PS5. The tv also has a knack for kicking me from an app at the wrong time (as if there’s a right time). While watching Hulu it is not uncommon for Hulu to shut down and the Samsung tv app opens. Very annoying. I hope Samsung can remedy this.

I have an open concept living space and love the way this looks in the room. No more unsightly TV taking up space on my wall. No more giant black screen when I'm entertaining - just another piece of art. And, the picture and sound are great when it's time to watch movies. Had a professional install so they could run the cable connecting the Frame to the box with brains of the device down through the inside of the wall and hid that box behind a piece of furniture. Looks seamless. Totally worth professional install.

The TV looks great on the wall, but the OS is glitchy and leaves much to be desired. The game mode doesn't work and fails to launch with my PS4. The menu is sometimes unresponsive and the audio sometimes lag in the HBO Max app.

I am not a techie person. I like how it looks in my living room. It’s beautiful. The interface is kinda clunky but I don’t watch that much TV so I don’t care. My kids got the hang of it quickly, I’m an old so I fumble through it. But for me, it’s worth the price and works as well as any other TV in my low-tech opinion.

A true work of art
At the end of the day there's nothing more than I want then to get comfortable on the couch and stream a few shows to relax. Nothing has given me more pleasure than my Samsung Frame.
The endless features, the crisp colors the sharp sound make this the best TV I have ever owned.
I was surprised at all of the equipment that came with, a slim fit wall hanger and connecting cord made installation simple. It was like hanging a picture on a wall.
Now I could hardly wait for all of my friends to come by and watch football games.

I love my The Frame TV from Samsung. It's like buying a gang of priceless artwork. I love it so much I bought 2 The Frame TV. It's customizable where you can change the bezel around your TV to match your decor. The picture quality is awesome. And also the sound of the TV itself is awesome. Great TV and Talking Feature
Our Frame TV has replaced our main art in our living room. We bought the frame specifically for the functionality of having art displayed when not watching it. The use of being able to use the art through Samsung's app, or loading our own photos is amazing. I have had so many conversations with people that are blown away by our pictures being an art piece on our walls, that also change.
The actual picture quality of the screen is great, which was a nice benefit. I knew it would be good quality, but was stunned by the depth of color it displays.

Out of the box delivered from Samsung via UPS and there are WHITE CLOUDY SPOTS over any dark image. I've read other reviews from customers with similar problems. It's mind boggling that Samsung support suggests "adjusting brightness and contrast". No! This is a major defect for a 1,000.00 and up price tag.

We just purchased our Frame TV to replace the one over our fireplace and couldn’t be happier with the look. I can’t comment on the operation as it’s so new to us and we’re still learning the technicalities. I plan on having a gorgeous frame made for it but not sure about the sensors with that.

Good to pose as a painting but not a great TV
I’ve had this TV for less than a year and I’m already facing issues with the audio and video not being in sync. And on top of that, the software lags. Sometimes button clicks take forever to load. However, the audio and video quality is amazing. And the artwork really does look like art, especially with a bevel. It’s a shame that their software makes using it frustrating.

Our TV is in our living room at the front of our row home. It handles the ambient light well and has good resolution. The remote/interface isn't as easy as voice command but, with some patience, is adequate. Overall, I love that I can use it without renting another cable box. It's a great value.

Missing parts
the frame tv has a great asthetic unfortunately samsung shipped it missing a critical part to mounting. we are still missing the plate for step 2 of setup and samsung despite many efforts, will not send the part to us.
the tv is great as long as they send you all the requisite parts. mine is sitting in a box.

this is the worst e-commerce experience i've ever had.
the tv did not include the black bezel that comes standard with the order. i've spent hours talking to the support team, who told me the black bezel is not available anymore.
i recommend not buying the product if you want the black bezel and wait for them to solve the supply issues first.

I use the frame in my bedroom. Its a very low profile TV that stick to the wall. It has PIP type of mode where you can watch live tv and also another app together at same time or you can cast your phone screen and also watch TV at the same time while you work out.

I have the 55 inch frame tv and we use it in our front room. It looks incredible with the artwork I picked and seriously does look like actual artwork. It's so simple to use, the set up with Alexa took just a few minutes and I didn't need any help from my husband to lift it, attach it to the wall or get it linked to the satellite tv and apps for watching movies. I'm honestly not the most advanced with hooking up TVs but it was so lightweight and simple I did it all while he was napping. Beyond the setup, it's really a nice addition to our front room, it's the first room everyone walks through when they entire our house and it's not always obvious to guests it's a tv at first. I absolutely am pleased with my frame tv and would order it again, no complaints!

The picture quality is amazing whether we're watching streaming video or enjoying the art screen saver. The apps available on the television feature all of our favorite streaming apps. The user interface is easy to navigate when installing new features or modifying the configuration. It looks great on the wall especially when in art mode. Network configuration was easy and we've had no problems with latency or buffering.

The Art feature of this TV is really nice - I have tons of my own photos loaded into it. You can choose the backdrop color as well. I wish it had more storage though. The Samsung phone mirroring feature is great too - Chromecast picture quality is better but the Samsung one is good in a pinch. I also like the Ambient mode where you can make it look like a window or a frame around a section of the wall with shadows on it.

Bought a 65” and a 55” and was in love until….
we bought a 65” and a 55” and absolutely loved the sleekness, fit to the wall, and the new instructions of the wall mount made it easy to use as well. unfortunately within the 1st week our 55” has dimmed on the right side. we were sooo exited to show everyone at our house warming party but whem we turned on our work of “art” we were devastated that the tv was already defective. our 65” is perfect. its lretty far away from our router and still picks up the signal perfectly. hopefully samsung stands by its product and replaces this tv. i will update as we go through the warranty process.

Stunning!!
I use my frame for movies and streaming, the color and features are outstanding. The media aspects are absolutely gorgeous, I love I can pick and choose what picture I want to display. This gives the ability to pick depending on the mood I’m in or if I’m hosting a party. Thank you for such a magnificent TV!!

Giant Laptop Monitor
I stuck this right on the wall behind my desk and hooked up my MacBook pro to it. Best tech purchase of the last decade easily, it is completely amazing, more real estate for all my work then I could have ever imagined on any "PC" screen and the detail holds up really well for small graphic work.
Can also use it as a TV but I just keep my computer plugged in all the time. Totally amazing, already bought another one for my other workstation.
The frame / graphic / screensaver thing is kind of hard to configure but I got it to display some of my pics. The software part is way over my head but luckily found it very easy to connect to the laptop, which is all I ever wanted in my life.

TV seems fine but stand leg came broken out of box
the tv seems fine but first impressions are everything, and upon opening the box of my $1625 tv (retail plus tax) i can plainly see one of the legs is broken or incompletely put together. what a letdown. also samsung provides a remote that charges via usb but they don’t provide a cable (yes i am aware it also has solar charging capability, but still… c’mon, why not throw in a cable, too?!).

Amazing TV -- it is a work of art!
Samsung Art Frame is true to its name -- it is a work of art! The sleek edges make it look like an art frame, while giving all the features of a full-feature smart TV. I love the idea of the control box being separate from the TV panel, which makes it easy to mount and reduces the bulkiness quite a bit. The operating system is fast and easy to navigate. Art mode and ambient mode work amazing.

If it only it worked as intended
i had high hopes, but samsung really let me down. i'm happy with the look and picture quality of this tv, and i thought it was a good value for the price.
i've had constant problems using a sound bar via hdmi, which samsung hasn't been able to fix.
samsung misrepresented the dimensions of the one connect cable and that it's in-wall rated.
i received harassing texts from samsung sales staff in the middle of the night.
samsung's installation staff were unprofessional and installed the tv improperly.
samsung offered me a credit but paid less than promised, despite an employee telling me on a recorded line that she'd received approval for the credit.
i'd be happy if the audio worked properly, but samsung has disappointed me.

TV that’s a piece of art, ingenious!
First of all this TV has worked flawlessly for us. Installation went smoothly, plugged right into our existing home theatre equipment. Picture quality is awesome both with our blue-ray and streaming services. And secondly, when we’re not watching, the art work function looks great, and it’s customizable even to fit the prevailing mood.

This is one of the best TVs I've ever owned! We use a picture of us as teens, we're 58 and 55 now, as the screen wallpaper! I do need to get a great surround sound system for it. My bass went out.

For a piece of art it's a great tv
i love my new 55" samsung frame tv. the picture quality is amazing and the picture is still visible and clear when the room is filled with sunlight. it is so amazing to walk into the room and have artwork appearing instead of a black screen. in order for the art to appear on the screen when you are not watching tv, you can purchase a subscription, purchase a piece of art, or upload your own photographs or downloaded artwork. in order for the image to fill up the entire screen, it must be formatted to 3840x2160 pixels. you can also configure the tv so that the artwork does not appear on it until the tv detects motion in the room. this feature is great to protect your tv screen and the artwork appears in mere seconds.

My non TV television.
I love the art mode of my TV and how capable it is for gaming when I need it.
I am into photography and so are some of my friends and being able to use friends photos and my own photos in the art mode really it's the best part for me.
I also really love how surprised people are sometimes when they realized that wall art it's actually a TV. It's just makes me feel a bit special and it's exactly why we got this television.

the tv looks amazing on the wall, great picture, and love the sleek mounting design!
main reason this is not a 5 is:
if you put it on art mode, and then try to go back to watch tv, you start in the art mode menu, and have to exit the art mode menu, scroll to media, then it defaults to last watched, which really isnt last watched (it doesnt account for streaming apps), then find the app you were actually last on.... this transition should be much easier. its annoying, and hopefully something samsung can fix with a software update.
also why do personal pictures, uploaded through smart things app, have to have a matting? the matting is a little cheesy and would much prefer my pictures take up the whole screen... this also seems like it should be a no brainer fix that should be available.

Love this TV...and/but...
I am a professional landscape photographer. We can now run a slideshow round-the-clock displaying the awesome sights we've been able to photograph - with my pro camera and even excellent quality with our phones. I cannot determine how much space remains for my artwork, but so far I have 500 photos on display. The matte display is wonderful.
The art one uploads must be re-configured to fit on the Frame TV, but this is not difficult and there are tutorials on how to do it online.
No sacrifice in TV quality.
I have two criticisms/concerns. First, there are NOT ENOUGH SELECTIONS OR COLORS of the digital mats (not referring the external physical interchangeable frames) one can select to place around your own digital art or photograph. I would pay to have more mat choices. I hope Samsung will upgrade the software to bring us more mat colors or even textures.
Also - we have a stone faced gas fireplace - with a built-in hollow tube running inside - designed to hide wires - ending at a hidden plug and cabinet. Wires shouldn't have to hang down outside. HOWEVER - the wire attached to the Frame TV cannot be detached/reattached - and the other end holds an abnormally large device (also cannot be detached/reattached). The wire therefore will not fit through our tube behind the fireplace - so we must hang this wire outside along the stone and keep our cabinet open for the one-connect-box. Samsung says there is no alternative. (See photo - great image quality - but also wire.)

Quality picture, great add'l features
Have had the tv for several years with no complaints. While I don't love my television delivering me ads, it's very unobtrusive and hasn't really impacted my day to day experience with using the television. The art aspect is tremendous and it's a routine in our house to have new art all the time!
We've had only one issue with an App, but it was the AppleTV app and we know Apple doesn't like to play nice with any other tech company.
Really like the TV and look forward to using it for several more years!

The Frame TV even fooled Our Cable Provider Tech
We love our frame TV. We moved into a new home this past year and had a Frame TV installed. Our cable provider tech came over to assist us with other TVs and was fooled by our Frame TV. He actually thought it was a piece of art. He was very embarrassed when we told him it was a frame tv. He said he has seen many, but in our setting it really looked like a piece of art. GOTCHA!
(In addition, we love the TV, picture quality, options, etc.)

My family loves this TV! We are a streaming family that uses a few different apps and all are easily accessible. The parental controls are also very easy to use and not easy to Crack! Gaming is also great for the kids (and for the adults when the kids finally crash!)

Matte Screen worth the wait
We now have 2 Frame TV's in our home. 2021 model, and the new 2022 Model. The new matte screen takes it to a whole new level. We have the TV in our main living room, which had lots of lights and windows. It literally stops all the light reflections, and makes the art look amazing. We love it.

I love how The Frame TV is extremely narrow - it’s basically flush against the wall. Very easy to setup and the single cord is amazing - no clutter at all. Picture is great and very easy to navigate apps. The art it displays is not going to fool anybody - it’s obviously a TV, and that’s okay. Just don’t expect it to replace that nice little Renoir you have the wall. I also don’t appreciate how expensive it is to subscribe for more art options, and uploading a custom picture isn’t easy. The app is basically useless, but again, I don’t mind. Overall great TV.

Perfect Compromise
My wife and I were discussing what to place on top of the fireplace, she wanted a painting, I wanted a TV. We decided to give The Frame TV a try since it allows the display of pictures as well. This was a perfect compromise. We are both happy now. The TV is very slim and does resemble a picture frame. The installation was not too bad. I was able to do it myself. The pictures look very realistic with the matte display and have minimum glare/reflection. The quality of the TV image is really good and the sound is loud enough so I am currently not using a sound bar or amplifier. Finally, it comes loaded with a few apps like Netflix and you can load some of the other popular apps like GoogleTV. I would definitely recommend it.

Good for art, poor tv
the tv does not have local dimming, which every other led has at this price range has. you will notice a lot of blooming and cloudiness. even worse than the tv performance is the quality control of these sets. it took purchasing 4 tv's before i found one that was acceptable. the first tv had what looked like smeared oily finger prints on it. it was some sort of screen defect. the second had dead pixels on arrival. the third tv had such bad clouding you could see it on the blacks and whites. it was horrible. finally, tv 4 was decent.

So Much More Than a TV!
Recently, we purchased The Samsung Frame Smart TV for our newly renovated kitchen. In our original kitchen, the TV was hidden inside a cabinet, but the new kitchen design required that the TV be mounted directly onto the wall, and we were not at all excited about it. Once we discovered The Frame Smart TV, it was a complete game changer! Not only has it proven to be an outstanding, state-of-the-art smart TV, but it displays an endless array of gorgeous artwork, acts as an Alexa to play any music imaginable, serves as a showcase of family photos, and beautifully adds to the aesthetic of our new kitchen. It has upgraded every aspect of having a TV in the kitchen, and we can't believe what a difference it has made to our enjoyment of the new space. Everyone to a person who has seen the TV has been completely blown away by it. In short, The Samsung Frame Smart TV is incredible, worth every penny, and I can't recommend it more highly!

Warning!!! Dont try cleaning your screen!
i purchased the 2022 85” matte finish samsung frame tv and tried wiping a tiny fingerprint off of it and now that tiny fingerprint is a huge smudge that wont go away. i have read other forums and found that other people are having the same issue. apparently the new 2022 matte finish tvs cant be cleaned without taking the anti glare matte finish film off with it. i used a dry microfiber towel, then a damp one. my tv is ruined!!! this is unacceptable!!! i dont know what else to try. any solutions?

Great picture quality
Samsung is the best when it comes to digital experience and this TV hits a home run. Each TV we have seen and purchased gets better each time. The quality from the sound and crystal clear images as if you are sitting In a studio with the actors anchor whom ever is far better than any other product I have seen . Superb quality. HDTV , every purchased including this beauty is always beyond what you expect and future forward with built on apps. Customize options. Definitely a must have on your list. Quality Control Issues - Wait for V2
bought this tv early may, we did not get to set up 'til end of month. followed mounting instructions, no kinked cables, connections were good. we successfully mounted the tv only to have the one connect box break. we did not use a surge protector as instructed. we troubleshoot the issue -maybe it's the remote. charged the battery, nothing. no power being sent from the box to the tv. one connect box had a faint burnt plastic smell. contacted support about the issue, they sent a tech to diagnose, issue wasn't fixed as they didn't have a replacement. called support 4 times for alternate resolutions. in the process of getting an exchange unit after arguing that i won't take a refund only to buy the same tv at a higher price. don't buy this. wait for a newer version or buy the old one.

Beautiful, but insufferable
Looks great, good quality picture. But the software it runs is terrible. It's laggy and crash-prone despite a fast, wired internet connection. Even "hard resets" are a hit-and-miss solution. We never had these problems with our Roku and, if we wanted to go back, we'd always have to "select" it as an input rather than just controlling the TV directly from the roku remote like we used to. T_T

I rarely give 5 stars but this Samsung TV earned it. With this tv you definitely get your moneys worth. The picture quality is so rich in detail and full of color that watching a football game makes me feel like I'm in the stands watching it in person. No need for a sound system because it sounds like Samsung crammed a subwoofer in the TV. The sound quality is so good it feels like I'm in a movie theater. Samsung makes family movie nights unforgettable. As a child o noticed my Dad always bought Samsung TVs and you he told me no one does televisions better than Samsung. He's right. Thanks, Samsung, for all the good memories and many more.

Love Design - Perfect for bedroom
Overall it seems to be perfect for my space - low profile and blends well in bedroom space. I sound quality is decent and so is the picture quality (from practical stand point). As with mg other Samsung devices when a scene in a movie is really dark - black/brown - the image isn't great. Another issue I notice there appears to be something wrong with the lighting function of the TV because when the screen is completely black there are white lights imbalance that will cause a issue with tv picture down line. May need to replace this device, due to this defect but overall it's what I need and wanted for YEAR.

Delivery logistics are terrible, fire RXO!
bought the Frame TV during Black Friday deals. Delivery logistics was TERRIBLE!! They use a third party RXO who are just the worst. It is impossible to speak to a human who knows what is happening. All calls go to some call center who want to "open a ticket" or "send an email" when you just want to know if the delivery is coming hours after the appointed time.
I contacted Samsung and they just push you back to RXO's hopeless call center.
They finally delivered the TV, very late and did not install it as it was so late. But, they claimed they had installed it. So now Samsung and RXO thinks they have completed the order and won't let me access my order online. So, I have to call both of their call centers and spend hours on the phone as they both "send emails to verify it has not been installed". How are they going to do that unless they come to my home to see it? Now I am stuck in limbo. I am trying to get a refund of the installation charge and just hire some geek squad folks to come do it. UGHH. Not a good beginning to my Samsung experience.

An amazing product. The picture is so realistic. The art work looks like original pieces on canvas. The only catch was the One Connect Box. You have to plan for that. We were able to fish the cable from behind the TV to a hidden spot off to the side.

Remote Stopped Working
The remote control will not work via Bluetooth. One day it just disconnected. Only the IR works- which does me no good with a frame around it - the reason why I spent so much on this TV. Samsung refuses to send me a replacement remote and now wants to changes me $250 to inspect the TV, as the remote stopped working 2 weeks after the warranty ended - only 18 months after purchase. Poor customer service.

Great TV, great art mode, good for video games
It's a great TV the picture is Awesome as is the... well picture. The art setting is really cool and ties my whole living room together. Wish it had the glare resistant screen like the newer frame does though. Oh well. Overall it's an amazing TV.

Love it more everyday!!
Looks beautiful and picture is amazing. I wasn't sure about the matte screen but I love it. Makes pictures seem real but it fixed the glare problem that my my previous TV had in the location I had mounted it to. I am one that believes that you shouldn't arrange your space around the tv and now you don't because the TV can be almost anywhere.

I have never hated a TV more than this one. First of all, it took Samsung 3 visits over 2 months just to get it working out of the box. They had to replace the power supply, the motherboard, and the One Connect board.
But it still doesn't work right — the software on this TV is terrible. I don't know how anyone can tolerate it. It's bloated, it's buggy, and it doesn't make any sense. (And keep in mind, I'm not even trying to use the built-in software for anything other than settings—nevertheless, the software still gets in the way of this TV functioning like a TV.)
And the bugs are incessant. Here's one: When transitioning from art mode to TV mode, the brightness doesn't increase like it's supposed to, but it corrects itself the moment you navigate to the brightness setting. So every time I want to use this TV I have to turn it on and navigate to adjust the brightness. I've checked every setting and confirmed with others on the Samsung forums—this is definitely a bug, and one that has spanned more than one software release unfixed.
I will never buy a Samsung product again.

Beware the solar powered remote!!!!
I really like the TV but customers should understand what happens when you buy a pretty expensive TV ($1400) and they give you a solar powered remote that has no batteries and within 2.5 months does not work. Then you spend over 2 hours of your time with Samsung support only to be told that the replacement remote will be shipped out in 7-14 days + shipping time. Then you speak to a manager a they say sorry sir this is the policy. I'm pretty sure most people would agree that is a very bad experience and bad policy. Samsung should overnight replacement remotes if their customer loses functionality of their remote and TV within 2.5 mo. They should consider other quicker solutions for valued customers when their products and newest ones especially, fail. Stand behind your product. Make it right for your customers if you want to keep them buying Samsung products and telling their friends.

Quality and Customer Service was a Disaster.
We hired a 3rd party store to install this tv plus other audio features. They bought everything in late 2022 but because of construction delays did not install until April 2023, when I bought all the items installed. In March 2024 the pixels on 1/3 of the tv faded out completely. Samsung said I was out of warranty because I purchased the TV more than a year ago, in late 2022. I showed them my invoice of the purchase, but they said the date of purchase was late 2022. So five months got shaved off their 1-yr warranty, which made the TV out of warranty. I was stunned. I had proof of purchase, but they refused to acknowledge it. How can they do this to small stores or installers? You ruin their business as well as damage customer service. The cost of repair would equal about ½ the cost of the TV. This is a rip-off all around. A lemon of a tv, a lemon of a warranty, a lemon of a way to treat installers, and a lemon of a way to treat customers.

Did not last a year
Love the concept - not happy with Samsung. Bought from small business owner who installs media systems throughout home. Samsung denied our warranty claim because the small business owner bought it four months before we purchased from his company. We talked to Samsung they suggested a buy a new tv. We spent $1,500 on the Frame and it didn’t last a year. NOT HAPPY.

Art galore
We have two 55” Frame TVs, one in the kitchen & one over the fireplace, just for art. The entire family (including our 1 year old grandson) appreciates rotating art & artists across so many different genres. We mounted both TVs on motion frames to optimize viewing angle depending on our location in an open floor plan. The tilt & the matt finish eliminates glare despite being opposite a wall of windows & patio door. We appreciate sharing a single art subscription across multiple frame TVs. We will definitely buy more for art in every room. It lights up our home and creates an inspiring vibe.

Love to displace personal pictures
In addition to enjoying artwork instead of a blank, black TV screen on the wall, the option to download personal pictures is like having an Aura Frame on steroids. Love being able to enjoy personal pictures in the enlarged format when not watching TV.

Beautiful and reliable
I've had this TV for about two years and moved with it once. The most underrated feature is the matte coating on the screen which helps with glare so much compared to any other TV I've owned. The image is crisp and I have had folks confuse it with a painting at a glance. I love that the focal point of my living room is no longer a blank black screen. This was a worthwhile splurge for our studio apartment.

Picture frame and TV
This is a great idea. You can have it as a TV when you want it, and replace it with a frame when you don't want it. The first time I see a device that can blend in the the decor that easy.

DON'T BUY CAN'T ADJUST PICTURE SIZE / ASPECT RATIO
Do NOT buy this TV (or any other Samsung TV) because they now restrict your ability to control your own tv picture size. For example, if a movie you want to watch is shown with large black bars at the top and bottom (showing 1/3 less screen) you CANNOT change the aspect ratio or zoom to fill your screen. So you're stuck watching 2/3 of the screen pixels you paid for. Extremely annoying and frustrating. And I spend hours on the phone and on chat and YouTube trying to resolve this, only to learn that Samsung intentionally coded this restriction into their software. I've owned many Samsung tvs (including 2 other ones right now) that all allow me to adjust my picture size. ?? Shame on you Samsung.

Get it if you don't mind a TV on 80% of the time
We initially had the LS03B (2022) on the wall but then I heard the new 2023s have a Matte finish so we took this off the wall and use it as a normal TV. We have it in our bedroom. The brightness is very good. We'll watch shows on this one at the end of the night so if some media on the brighter side of the spectrum, it's time for us to go to sleep.
A small gripe I have with it is if you have a Chromecast, you have to wait 3 minutes for the Samsung UI to go away or use the Samsung remote control to get rid of its over-view. I didn't realize how annoying the glare was until after buying a newer model. We don't play games on it. Multiview is pretty cool but sloppy. I'd rather cast from my phone than mirror it. I don't cycle different photos on the Frame. I wish it connected to Cloud services like Google Photos or Onedrive.
If you are looking for something that is more than just a TV, the Frame is the way to go.

Love and live with art
Purchased The Frame a year ago as we moved back into our remodeled home. I'm an artist and museum director so art is front and center in our lives and The Frame creates such a seamless experience in our living room that first time guests are so surprised it turns out to be a tv. We have it paired with a Sonos Arc which makes watching movies, documentaries and sport amazing. Love it.

the matte screen is nice when it works...
this tv is eight months old. it was already serviced for a problem with the sound output. the problem was not solved after a visit from a service tech. i am disappointed. the art display requires a subscription and to make it display your own pictures is unnecessarily complicated. the matte screen is nice and reduces reflection and glare - but that's about it. streaming apps netflix/hulu/max/etc, all load slower than on my 7 year old $200 roku tv. remote control needs occasional re-syncing. this is pretty disappointing for a $1500 tv

Not really a smart TV
Great screen and image quality but the overall experience is pretty bad due mainly to the software. Home screen is cumbersome and too basic when it comes to the configuration, software store is missing key applications for new applications, the smart thing software (remote) does not work well and not reliable, the button on the TV for navigating without a remote is pretty limited (cannot access to the TV settings!?!). I will not recommend as it is not a real smart TV... just a TV.
