RedHat Enterprise is a very robust operating system; It is reliable by many organizations and application vendors. It is secured from malware and multiple threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redhat enterprise is a less user-friendly GUI. Sometimes getting support from the NOC team is a tidy task. Writing logs on Operating systems should be more friendly.

Its enterprise grade stability , long term lifecycle suppport

Requires paid subscription , accessing updates , slower adoption of new packages
