What do you like best about the product?
It's a staple in the IT world and just like offering Microsoft licensing to your clients, you have to offer RHEL as well. The support you get for Linux is crucial in the enterprise space.

Honestly there is nothing I dislike about Red Hat and they are much easier to deal with from a partner perspective than Microsoft.

RedHat Enterprise is a very robust operating system; It is reliable by many organizations and application vendors. It is secured from malware and multiple threats.

Redhat enterprise is a less user-friendly GUI. Sometimes getting support from the NOC team is a tidy task. Writing logs on Operating systems should be more friendly.
