Product not delivered!
I still have not received the products that I ordered. It has been almost 4 weeks. I contacted customer service and had to re-order the products a second time, even though I did receive a confirmation from the first order.
I have not received any thing to date. What's happening to my order(s)?

the most terrible marker kit ever
the markers look very fancy, but they are very poor quality. They smear on the new Quartet boards we just purchased. Expo wipes clean every time. The plastic accessory caddy is clearly disposable. It's the thinnest cheapest plastic ever. I don't think anyone would actually ever use it. We bought three of these and the boxes came in so beat up that two of the caddies were crushed and cracked. We'll definitely be sending these back and sticking with Expo.

I will never buy this again.
This is the cheapest piece of junk that I have ever seen sold to a university. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
