Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall great case It's slim with sort of rounded edges so it fits nicely in your hand and isn't super bulky. I've had it for maybe 2 months now and have dropped my phone a few times and it's been protective and done it's job. My only complaints would be when I first got it, the material felt a lot cheaper than other otterbox cases I've had which made me nervous. Also, the edges around the screen don't seem to come up very much, it's almost flush with the screen it seems so that worried me if I dropped my phone screen down but I have done that and had no issue and I trust otterbox so I'm sure it will be fine. And I do wish the case had a little more grip or was more rubberized because it can feel a little too smooth and slippery but I have a popsocket which helps with that and haven't had it slip yet. Although there are things I would like to see improved on; size, feel, and protection wise it's a great case and which is all you really need in a phone case

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought the case for Galaxy s21 ultra. I bought it thinking it was turquoise but when I got it it was bright blue. I bought it for my wife for our anniversary but I was disappointed in the color. The color on the preview was totally different from what was delivered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time with an OtterBox I have always went with a thin silicone case. I had never broken a phone, until my last one. It went through about 4 different cracking episodes, and still worked fine until the last one. With the cost of phones these days, I didn't want that to happen again. OtterBox has a reputation of being good, so I went with one this time. The Symmetry feels slippery, so I was a little worried, but it actually grips better than the silicone cases. The top and bottom edge keep the front off of surfaces if laid face down. The back edge keeps the camera off. I also like that the buttons are part of the case, not cut outs. Hopefully it will work, but I am not dropping it to find out :

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing purchase from my go-to brand Otterbox has been the staple, form me, whenever I changed phones. I've always considered it to be the best choice for a versatile case, that can protect my phone when I'm out and about for work, and that can also be comfortable to use all other times. However, I can't recommend this product. The rubber lip ends up relaxing and bulging around the cutouts. With time, this slacks the case, and stops it from being snug around the phone. It looks good, but ends up becoming useless after a few months.

I have not seen Otterbox make a case this color blue before and I think it is an outstanding color. This case has Microbial protection and great drop protection as well. Very Happy with it and I would definitely recommend it.

I just got the Galaxy S21 Ultra, so I had to get the best protection for it, I got the Symmetry case ad well as the Commuter case. There is none other that I trust more than Otterboxà

I received an email the same day the new phone was announced and ordered right away. The case arrived before the phone release day, so it was ready to go when I picked it up. These cases are sturdy and long lasting, as well as high quality. It is the reason I return to Otterbox year after year, as no other cases ive tried have held up as well. I like this year that theyve used recycled materials and applied an anti microbial coating, as this is just an added bonus! The cases hold up, protect my expensive phone, and the customer support is great!

I even have a hard time pulling the phone out of it which I appreciate because that means it'll be very protected if I drop it. The texture of it isn't rough but it's not so slick you'd lose your grip on it and drop it. The color is also very appealing. It's a good purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what I expected... Here's what makes this case a deal breaker. I've used Otterbox cases for years, so I jumped and paid the high price for my new S21 Ultra. Unfortunately, I immediately regretted it. 1 There are no raised edges, almost negating damage of your were to drop your phone straight down. 2) The case is SLICK. And I don't mean in a good looking way. It's actually Shock and can easily slip right out of your hands when holding the phone. There are no textured sides or rubberized grips on the case, anywhere. I've NEVER had a case (even the cheap ones) feel SO slippery. 3) The car material is rigid with no signs of internal padding. I can't trust this case to really handle anything. Combine this with the fact that Otterbox seems to no longer have built in screens with their cases... I just can't justify $60/case anymore. Sorry Otterbox.

I had the defender case before this and it was a bit too thick for my pocket with my city phone in it as well. Also not having the rubber charging flap is a plus for me as I was afraid that would break off eventually.

Symmetry is my favorite line, it looks very elegant and don't make your phone too thick on it. An otterbox is a must if you want to guarantee that your phone won't break up if it falls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPER CUTE! Just not for me. Shipping was a little longer then I expected but I live in Hawaii so that seems average. As far as the case it is SUPER CUTE! I'm just not graceful enough for it. I bought a Samsung S21 ultra and that cost me a pretty penny and to have a case that doesn't rise above the cameras and doesn't protect the front well is pointless. I love otter box but their heavy duty cases are usually pretty plain but I will be returning this to get one more suited to me.

The material isn't grippy so getting it in and out of your pocket is a breeze. The raised edge around the cameras is enough to provide protection without being obstructive. Paired with a glass screen protector I'm confident this is 100% secure

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not enough protection This phone cover does not provide enough protection coverage for my S21 Ultra phone. There is not enough grip either. Easy to slip out of hands. I don't see how this case protects it if my phone falls. The screen and camera lenses are completely exposed that if it were to fall on the front or back, the screen would crack as well as the camera lenses. Another thing is if I were to drop it, I don't feel the case would protect it from the vibrational impact. I have been careful with my phone in this case and I do not trust it at all. I am definitely returning it. However, there's not a lot of options out there for this phone yet.

I later purchased two other cases from other manufacturers for roughly 1/4 the price that offer far superior protection. Very disappointing given Otterbox's past reputation.
