When I tried to get a refund, they needed a receipt, which I did not have because i thought maybe for $90 the phone case would actually fit together! Complete scam and waste of money.

But yesterday solidified my future in never using any other case but an otterbox. My phone fell out of my pocket while plowing snow and I lost it for more than 13 hours. For all that time this phone was in a parking lot sitting in 13 degree slush and snow, ran over by tri axle dump trucks loaded with salt and god knows whatever else couple happened to it. I finally track this phone down after work and find it literally under a sheet of ice with tire tracks on top of it. I had to chisel it out with a shovel. There’s not a scratch on this phone and the screen isn’t cracked. I can now confirm these things are worth every penny. Customer for life.

While I miss the little details that the older models had - like the window for the logo to show through - the current models are still very protective and stylish. The clip worked perfectly with my phone case and I’d forgotten how nice it was to have the phone at easy grab on the hip, or to the inside of a tote or briefcase. It seems like the sides around the screen have been more streamlined, making use of your phone super smooth and easy. I wish I’d gone for the MagSafe version but all in all, I’m very impressed and thrilled with my purchase.

It has multi layer defense and has been tested to military standards. The layer that touches your phone is hard plastic and that snaps on your phone. It then has another layer rubber like material which i love that you can hold onto your phone without worrying about it slipping from your hands. It also comes with a belt clip holster than you can use if you want to and you can take it off of it if you do not want to use or it can be used as a kickstand to hold up your phone. It works with your wireless charging pads. it has port protection. It is 5G compatible meaning it will not interfere with your signal. Otterbox is a great company and uses more than 50 % recycled plastic and there product works great. I highly recommend this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Phone Protection! OtterBox is one of the brands I really trust and with this case it’s no different. The case easily snaps onto your phone giving it good protection. It is a little bendy to help you get the case on, much easier than solid hard plastic cases you have to fight with. You can also then snap the case into the holder with clip. Once that is together you can then clip it to anything like your purse or pants. I have dropped my phone a number of times since having this case and thankfully no damage has be done! I personally don’t ever see me using the clip for anything but I know a lot of people that do like my dad. Overall, this is a good case for protection!

The phone is snugged in and very secure from drops. It also has the phone protected from dust. The port protector is amazing. My husband works where there’s many dust coming in and out, and this port protector has been a life saver. He us to go through phones because of the dust, but this helps so much to keep the dust out. Also the phone has fallen a few times and it has saved the phone many times from braking. It comes with a clip to hang it to your clothes. It’s optional because you can take that piece off. We love Otter box

I have two other wireless chargers (not Otterbox brand and when the case is on my phone it will not charge on them. When I take the case off of the phone, the phone charges on them. It might only be wireless charging compatible with Otterbox wireless chargers but that is not at all what the description of this case said. Not happy about this given the significant cost of the case but I do have to say the case sure does protect my phone well. I’ve had a number of pretty hard drops and my phone is fine. I likely would have purchased this case even if I had known it was not actually wireless charging compatible but stating that it’s wireless charging compatible- when it is clearly not- is not cool.

The top clip which holds the phone is much shorter than what I had before. It is not as secured as my older one. Company can make some improvement. I recommend the product!

You have to break it down to different parts before you can apply them back onto your phone, giving it layers of protection yet it’s surprisingly not bulky. It keeps a slim trim around your phone yet still being techy and stylish. Would recommend this over one you just snap onto with.

I have been using this model of protector for 10 years with different iPhone models, the side edges of the last layer of the defender protector for iPhone 13 are low and they are at the level of the phone screen.

I ordered the Otterbox Screen Protector at $40.00, which is not worth the money. The screen protector was difficult to install and couldn’t get the bubbles out. I removed the screen protector and threw it in the trash. I wasn’t my money and think your products are overpriced.

I am a contractor and brutal on my phones..I have always protected with OtterBox Defender…when I purchased a new IP 13 the first thing I did was get a new case. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t come with a screen protector but it was suggested to inta screen protector so I allowed Amplify glass…Best thing I ever did…it remains clear as can be ! About a week ago I dropped it flat on a concrete floor,facedown and hard. I was certain I shattered the screen and when I looked at it I did. It looked like a spider web..no phone insurance either…I peeled the screen protector off and it was shattered but the I phone screen was absolutely perfect! I got a new screen protector and I can’t thank the people at Otterbox enough for the great advice and customer service!!! Otterbox is the Only company I would go to for those type products. I have the cases and screen protectors on my pads/pods and phones and have never been disappointed!!!!!!

They’ve always been accurate in being waterproof, scratch proof, and drop proof. This case for my iPhone 13 is the worst. The protective screen scratches and smudges easily. I’ve only had it 4 months. I can’t take pictures as the protective screens are cloudy now . The front screen smudges and the facial recognition won’t work. You can see fingerprints on the screen even if you just washed your hands. If I take my phone out, everything works perfectly and clearly. Worst case ever. Maybe Otterbox should have left well enough alone! won’t be buying one ever again.

Those cases have been with me in all types of environments and I have never lost or damaged my phone. But this new holster has the cheapest locking system to hold the phone in the holster. 2 little nibs secure the phone and protective case to the holster and both have broken in less then a yr. Very poor design for what was a great product

No. I didn't see any notification as I shopped and Customer Service (very nice) didn't say a word about it. The glass phone screen is open to the elements so not only can it be scratched, but presumably dirt/water can get inside the case very easily as well. Disappointed.

My wife gave me her belt clip after mine failed to keep the phone in position. It wore our within 2 days and kept spinning freely. Two of them in 4 days, kaput! Total junk. My question, do I risk buying another after several guys gone by. Have they fixed this issue if they were aware of the problem?

I consider not getting an OtterBox because of that and then decided to just go ahead and get it. I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to remain a customer because you charge entirely too much for the products.

I like the case very much... always have purchased the Otterbox "Defender" series for every phone upgrade as I am rough with my gear, so this model of case is appropriate for my lifestyle. My only issue here is this: where is the screen protection? The point of a "DEFENDER" case is to defend the unit... and I would think that would include proper screen protection. Alas - it does not. Screen scratched already. The separate screen protector purchase is truly cost prohibitive on principle. Good case though.

Usually get a new one each time I upgrade my iPhone since Apple continues to change the camera configuration which means it’s time for a new Otterbox case with a new camera cutout shape. I’m in construction so I need a secure and tough case to handle the bumps and bruises that come with the work environment. The Otterbox belt clip is my preferred mode of carry as it’s quick to access and reholster even when on a ladder. Otterbox Defender series keeps evolving and getting better. This latest NEW design uses 5G compatible material with 50% recycled plastic to help the environment. I’ve generally abused Otterbox products over the years and have yet to have one fail. I always get my full trade in value for my iPhone when trading it in as it looks brand new thanks to the Otterbox Defender. Worth ever penny. I wouldn’t carry an iPhone without an Otterbox. and

I’ve tried other brand names and nothing ever comes closes to the protection that an Otterbox provides. Both my iPhone and iPad have an Otterbox case and they have survived many falls on tiled kitchen floors as well as asphalt, concrete and gravel driveways. Not o scratch on anything and when the case is removed your device still looks brand new. Love this brand, no need for me to ever shop for anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a sturdy case This iPhone 13 Defender Series Case is very sturdy and protected the phone when dropped. The clip on the back enabled me to stand my phone up with ease. Was so happy that with the case you can still hold the phone perfectly in your hand. The only complaints were the noise made when releasing the stand and how the clip on blocks the camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Otterbox yet I have used the Otterbox Defender in the past and have always liked the protection it provided but felt it was a bit thick and clunky. Not so with this version. This Otterbox is cleaner and sleeker. It slides in and out of my pocket easily yet stays in my hand when I am using it without feeling slippery. It was easy to install and fits the buttons perfectly. I use a wireless charging pad and sometimes, it can be a little finicky to get it lined up just right to accept the charge but if I use my cord to charge the phone, the case provides no interference at all. Also accepts my wired earbuds perfectly.

On the front it curves up on the top and bottom of the phone so you can lay it on its face without the surface touching the screen. The sides are fairly level with the screen, making swiping forward and back a breeze.

It’s not too bulky and fits the phone nicely, and still allows my phone to wirelessly charge. I’ve dropped my phone a few times since putting this case on and my screen is still perfect.

I love that it helps to ensure phone doesn't break when I accidentally drop it, or it slips off the counter. I appreciate that I got a chance to sample this case, because it was time for me to update my phone case.

He's not clumsy but is a real handyman around the house and sometimes gets a bit rough with his electronics. Case looks and feels nice so far in the packaging. All the Otter cases we owned in the past have worked out great for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very heavy duty. This otter box is well built. It is heavy duty and comes with a belt clip piece. Simply slip your phone into the case for added protection. Then you can put the phone and case into the other piece and attach it to your belt, pants, or anything else you want to clip it to. Once you insert it, it is very secure. You do not need to worry that it is going to fall out. If you drop it, your phone is protected. I have dropped it couple times already and it has been fine. I love this otter box.

Between the two layer crash protection, yes my phone crash lands, and the clip that doubles as a stand, it can’t be beat. My last phone lasted three and a half years without so much as a scratch, but I did go through three defenders. I’m a bit rough on phones. Oh, and the silicone grip helps immensely. If I’m going to buy an expensive phone I’m also going to protect it as best I can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Phone Protection I have bought Otter Box DEFENDER SERIES cases since I got my first iPhone (3gs…..I have had to buy others occasionally due to Otter Box not being readily available, but always went back to Otter Box as soon as possible. I was told another case was “just as good” at one point so bought it……NOT as good by any means. The clip didn’t hold on my belt, and the phone fell several times……I have had the Otter Box clip open up ONLY OCCASIONALLY when I’m wearing a seatbelt and go to get out of the car quickly, but only a handful of times over the years. And have only had the phone (and case) fall to the ground twice (again in all the years). I love the new blue one I got this time, I had preordered the iPhone 13, and as soon as I found Otter Box had other than black cases, put in my order for the blue for my phone. I believe in these cars so much, I spent the extra money for expedited shipping so I could have my new phone protected from day 1! I will NEVER buy other cthan OTEER BOX DEFENDER!

I found the phone on the road. No scratches, no cracks! So glad I listened to my husband and got an Otterbox instead of a flimsy case!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You, too, can protect your phone from a moving car I am a chronic phone dropper, so I knew that I would need a case that can stand up to me dropping my phone from 5 feet multiple times a day. What I didn’t know was that I would need my phone case to protect my phone from falling off of a moving car. I left my phone on top of my car a few days ago and then drove around the corner to my in-law’s house going about 30 miles an hour when I heard a thunk outside the car and realize that I had left my phone on top of the car. Panicking, I threw my car in reverse to see my phone laying face down on the road. I figured that this was it, and that my poor iPhone screen had to be shattered. However, when I picked my phone up, it still worked perfectly fine and the screen was still in pristine condition. I will never buy another phone case again.

The back of my iPhone 13 is shattered and the point where the spiderweb of cracks originates is under where the case covers. This case didn’t nothing to protect my brand new phone.

You can't go wrong with any protective iPhone case from Otterbox. 10 years ago my first Defender case survived me landing on it when I got thrown from my Clydesdale horse. It incurred a slight crack and my iPhone was completely undamaged. Yes - actually landed on it. Broke my tailbone, but not my Otterbox. I continue to purchase my Otterbox Defender Series Cases for my iPhone 11 & 13. I like the real tree camo design. I like it best with the bright orange stripe around it. It's kinda cool sometimes I get an 'otter' sticker when they send my product.

I never worry about dropping my phone because I know the OtterBox Case,has and will, protect it. Con: The clip not so friendly. It seems to break quickly. If you catch it on anything it’s gonna break. Either on the corner, back clip or my resent break, the little tit on the inside which holds the phone in. So overall I would give it 4 1/2 Stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Disappointed On April 22, 2022, I ordered the iPhone 13 (ONLY) Case, OtterBox, Defender Series, rugged & durable, with port protection, includes holster clip kickstand - HAPPY PURPLE for my new phone. I also ordered screen and camera lens protectors. The first time I walked with the phone in my pocket, the phone fell, broke the protective camera lens cover and the camera lens. In the past few months the phone as dropped (while inside the case) and nearly every time, the camera lens protector breaks. This case does not protect the camera lens at all.

Have always used a black colour case but this time got a green & a blue colour defender. As always the case is very sturdy & provides a nice grip. Otter got away with front screen cover a few years ago because of which the weight of the case has decreased. Although I miss the full cover version this one is as good as the old design.

I purchased a new defender case because it is advertised as wireless compatible. I have tried my wireless charger as well as all of the ones on display at the local cellular store and I can't charge through this case.

I have had this for 3 months and just noticed that my screen has a hairline crack. You can only see if it hits the light just right. I am so disappointed. I dropped my last phone from a tree stand and it did not fail.
