I purchased my Otterbox case and it arrived within a week. There were no issues from purchase to delivery of product. My only gripe would be that there were only two colors to choose from: Black and Light Blue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay compared to previous cover I loved the cover i had for my Google Pixel phone, so I bought another Otter Box cover for my Galaxy A10e. I was disappointed that this one did not come with its own built-in screen protector like my other one did. Even though they look similar, and color is the same, the new one is more slippery - my old case had more grip/wasn't as slick. Overall, it's okay, and I will keep it. But, for the price, I wouldn't recommend it, and I will also consider other options for future purchases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Only one problem. I received my A10e case last week. It was a very tight fit. While "adjusting" the plastic case it broke. The problem being the micro USB port would not align with the USB cable. I have ordered a replacement and look forward to having things line up correctly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best of limited choices If you own the Galaxy a10e phone you have very limited options for cases and no rugged option. The commuter case does not cover the ports which makes it rather limited for protection. There is also no glass covering and what is available separately are all subpar. They do not stay in place which makes the touch screen less responsive. The case does protect the back and sides but not the ports and not the glass which makes this an okay option but not the great option I'm used to getting from OtterBox

The access holes in the case are exactly where they need to be and sized to accept any cord body I have. Otterbox is my only phone case source now.

It was time for an updated phone and I got another otterbox, but I know for a fact that my old phone would have never last 5 years without me breaking it. Otterbox is the real deal and worth every penny. My only disappointment is that no screen protector came with the case this time, so I will need to buy those separately I guess. I love the color too.

I work in fine saw dust every day. Purchased a temporary case while waiting for the Otter Box one. It was identical except it was only 11 dollars and the logo. Over the years I have had 4 Otter box cases and they were good. How did the quality get so bad? They did offer a partial refund.

I ordered my otter box and since I received it I now feel like I can take my phone anywhere and not have to handle it with kid gloves. As usual, Otter box has created a solid and strong product. It's a simple and sleek design combined with the Otter box reputation. I love it.

I have owned this Otterbox Galaxy A10e phone case for over 2 years now, I can confidently say that this is possibly one of the best phone cases that I've ever used. Over the 2 years that I've owned this case, not a single dent, crack, paint scratch, bend, or chip has formed on my phone. At all. Not only that- the case itself is in near perfect condition as well. Zero chips, dents, or scratches of any kind on the inside or outside of the case, and I have dropped this phone from some pretty serious heights. If you're looking for a phone case that will last both you and your phone a very long time, then I highly recommend Otterbox. The sheer quality of their phone cases has genuinely shocked me, and I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts me another 2 years or more. Here's to many un-broken phones ahead!

It consists of an inner soft spongy wrap and an outer hard plastic case. Once encased the phone seems very well protected. The only downside is the case adds significantly to the phone's weight.

The cases do a good job of protecting the phones and the shock absorbing material is awesome for my 7 y.o. 's phone. I always thought that OtterBox products were super expensive, but found the latter to be true. Great purchase for the price.. I will definitely will be buying my cases from OtterBox from now on.
