Our house is about 1600sf, plus an attached garage and full basement, with the wireless router in a corner of the house. We used to lose signal at the other end of the house, out in the garage, and it was kinda weak in the basement. Now, not only has it extended the range, but it somehow seems to have strengthened the power of the original area, and not just in the overlap area. I can't explain it, but I like it... especially for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to activate; but no perceived enhanced signal strength.This product is very disappointing especially since it is somewhat pricey. It arrived in tact when expected. Was easy to connect to our wifi but did not add value in terms of signal strength. Indicator lamps on the unit suggest it is functioning optimally but it did not improve our internet access perceptibly.
