I like the soft surface
I charge a Samsung Note 20 Ultra w/ case on this. The charger is fairly picky about where I place the phone before the charging commences. And it isn't as fast as I was hoping. This might have something to do with the case that I have on my phone. I really like the soft charging surface, but it does have a plastic "lip" around the soft fabric surface, which seems keeps the phone lifted off the actual charging surface. I wonder if the fabric surface wrapped around the sides, instead of a plastic "frame," would yield a better connection??

Solid Charger Overall
I actually purchased 2 of these chargers. From a function and technical perspective, they work well and meet my expectations. However, they have different fabric colors, one is black and the other is more grey/charcoal, so the QC isn’t great unless this was an intentional change at one point and the 2 that I got were of different ages. Also one arrived without the plastic wrap around the charger puck itself and the box was a little beat up which indicated to me this was a returned item which I wasn’t happy about, but ZAGG return shipping falls to the consumer and the item seems like it wasn’t actually used so I decided to live with it rather than go through the customer service experience.

Power outlet
I bought another wireless charging pad because a friend "borrowed" mine and well...forgot to return it. With the new one, I was surprised that the power connector was a bit old-fashioned and clunky. I may be misremembering, but I thought the first one I bought about six months ago had a USB-C connection - but I may be wrong.

I love my charging pad. It takes a short time to fully charge my iPhone 13. I would have not gotten this if it weren’t for my local Verizon store where I purchased my iPhone 13 since the charging pad was included in the sale.

you just lay your phone and a little bit latter poof it's charged! no issues no fuss. I can't live w/out it, I ordered a few to keep around the house. If there was on product feedback I wish it was using a USB-C Cable for power, I am not a fan of the wall wart it comes with.

Too slow for what I need
I didn't expect this charger to be as fast as the 25W brick + wire you can get from Samsung, but I didn't think it would be this slow: put the phone on at 25% and 3 hours later still only 65% (phone is new). I am currently breastfeeding and need my phone to track baby stats, among other things, so I need fast charging capabilities. I like the convenience of just putting the phone down rather than fishing for wires to plug in, but the amount of time it takes to fully charge is enough for me to want to return this product for a refund. Alas, box is long gone...

Not experienced with using wireless chargers so I don't know if this comes with the territory, but: it gets my phone and headphones awfully hot, and charges them at a slowish rate. It stops charging when it gets too hot I think; that's a good safety feature if it was intended that way. Just thought these things would work as well as a cable or better.

Works well, smaller in size than what I expected based on limited photos (not a bad thing!), have older version of it that puts out 1/2 of what this one does, can see the all improvements! I like it a lot! *FYI the part that plugs into the wall is larger (twice as long as the original).

I had a charger but you had to be very careful to position it exactly right or it would not charge. With this one I just place the phone on it and not have to worry about that it may not charge. Glad I bought it.

Too hot to handle
Returned this charger after one use because the temperature got too warm while charging. I charge my phone a the end of the day and this charger stayed powered up after the phone was 100% charged. In the morning my phone, charger and nightstand were way too warm to the touch. It may be a good to use when you need a quick charge, perhaps that's how it was designed. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
