This sounds like a good product but because it wirelessly charges the phone, it cause the phone to be very hot and it keeps overheating the phone. So much so that I just had to remove the case and not use it. Wish it still plugged in to the the regular port because then it didn’t overheat.

I’ve owned Mophie cases before this one & just fell in love with their products! The #1 thing I love about the Mophie Juice Pack Access Case, is that it can be turned on & off! Since I own a iPhone my only other option for a charging case is the one that Apple makes, & that one stays on all the time. So this was a perfect find & solution to my problem!
I’m in love with the new design of the Juice Pack Access Case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max, it is beautiful!! With this redesign they have left the lightning port open, so you can be listening to music with your headphones plugged into the phone’s port or you can use the lighting port for something else, while you are charging your phone/case at the same time! That’s extremely helpful, especially if you have only wired headphones!
The way I understand how the new design works, is that it’s like a wireless charging pad, so your phone is “laying” in/on the case. Meaning that it’s not “plugged in” into the case now. So no more worries about something breaking off in the port!
I bought the Product(Red) colored Juice Pack Access Case. When I first saw the case color online I thought it was just a beautiful red from the photo, when I saw it in person it’s just as beautiful! I love the smooth satin texture it has & my PopSocket actually stays put on the satin smooth surface!
Bonus- If you own a iPhone this case won’t void your warranty. They have been approved by Apple, as a certified third party product!

I’ve had mophies for years and they’re great. But this blush pink one is the slipperiest case I’ve ever had. I wish I’d gotten the red one (my last red one wasn’t slippery at all). I had to put grip vinyl on the case just to stop dropping it.

Very happy with the Mophie purchase and having a spare battery back-up at hand If needed for protection. Case is nice and well made, I just wish it wasn’t quite so slippery! You have to be careful as it’s a very smooth case so you can lose your grip easily if not careful. Other than that it’s a great case and I’m glad I made the purchase

I brought the juice pack with the intention of being able to be at work and not needing my charger any more... after leaving the juice pack on the charger all night and leaving my phone off the charger it only brought my phone up to 40 percent I’ve tried it time and time again and haven’t been able to get more use out of it.

Nice concept. The product is well mad and sturdy. That being said it is not really effective its charging. I turned on the charging when my iPhone 11 pro max was at 25% and the juice pack just barely got it up to above 52% and was empty and stopped charging.

I always knew this as Mophie. I wish it would not have changed. The case absolutely works and protects the corners of your phone. However it only charges halfway on a charging pad/station. If you want the case to fully charge you will need to plug it in overnight.

Appreciate the weight it adds to my phone, but charging is mediocre in my opinion. Only adds about 20-25% of battery. Gets quite warm while charging my phone as well. Overall a bit indifferent about this juice pack.

Nice concept. The product is well mad and sturdy. That being said it is not really effective its charging. I turned on the charging when my iPhone 11 pro max was at 25% and the juice pack just barely got it up to above 52% and was empty and stopped charging.

I’ve bought from mophie plenty of times & was always satisfied with my purchases. This time is not the same. Fully charged battery & charged my phone from 60% to 80%. Not once but twice.
I’m not over charging it & I let it die & fully charge again. Not sure the issue

I finally got the battery pack to supposedly charge my phone, after a few tries. It appeared to be charging. However, when I came back to the phone to check it, both the phone and the battery pack were totally discharged. I’m not sure what caused this, but I wasn’t happy with it, to say the least. I took the battery back off my phone, as I feared it would damage my phone battery.

Really love the aesthetics of the case, however, I’m a touch disappointed with 1) how long it takes to charge the case, and 2) how much juice you actually get when charging your phone from it. It, so far, has only given me about 30 or so (sometimes 40) charge points. That being said, it has come through in a crunch when I couldn’t get to a wall charger, and it’s Product Red, so I’d have bought it on that basis alone; the charging capability is just an extra.

I have had Mophie battery cases for my last several iphones. I have always loved them, however, this model doesn't make the battery last as long, and often when I put it on the charging base it does not charge the case. I am disappointed.

This battery is heavy on the phone and doesn't hold a significantly adequate charge except for emergency. I have a small mophie external charger that holds significant charging power for multi-uses. So I was surprised and disappointed that Juice Pack doesn't store enough power to fully recharge the iPhone 11. I'll keep it, but will continue to carry my external Mophie when I want to make sure I have power when I need it.

A tough Beauty
I swear I have 2 left thumbs when it comes to phones, this a pretty tough case, if you drop it. It doesn’t give a full charge, but I personally think quite a bit of juice to keep your phone from going dead until you reach your destination or for those important calls, so I ALWAYS still try to keep a regular charging cord to plug into my battery pack, just in case there’s no outlets. I like it a whole lot, just make to have a very good screen protector as well, these phones are too dang expensive not to have it unprotected. Overall tough case for drops, holds a good charge so far.

Juice pack excellent addition to my IPhone...
I dropped my new IPhone 11 Pro and for the very first time in many, many years, cracked the screen. I always used a Juice pack, which I swear was the reason why I never cracked an IPhone screen. This time, I dropped it without a Juice pack, and the screen cracked. I immediately ordered a Juice pack to use with the repaired IPhone. I did make a mistake and ordered a Juice pack for an Iphone 11 Pro Max, which I just returned for a refund. Hopefully getting a refund will not be a problem. I did order the correct Juice pack for the IPhone 11 Pro.

Mistake and replacement
I purchased the wrong juice pack as I have an iPhone 11 Pro and not the Max. My Bad. The first customer service person I spoke with is great, extremely helpful and we exchanged the MAX juice pack for the correct one for the 11 Pro. When the 11 Pro arrived I attempted to charge the pack with the charging cord that is included in the package. The male charging end of the cord does not fit properly into the female receptacle on the juice pack. Have been frustrated trying to get the point across to the service person that this has nothing to do with what iOS update on my phone that is simply a hardware issue. After a few attempts to try and describe the problem I figured the best thing to do is to simply purchase another juice pack. The customer service rep provided a discount code that did not work so am paying the current sales price. Have been using your products for years and up until this issue have been completely satisfied but this go round has been a rodeo and the bucking bull has won.

I usually have good history with mophie but not this time. I got the rose gold battery case, its advertised as high impact protection. thats false advertising and a scam. I dropped my phone (which I understand is my fault) but what I did not expect is my case to break in two spots and the entire back of my phone to shatter.. with the case on?! how does that happen. If I could give it zero stars I would. now I am out over $500 to get my phone fixed and still have this useless case. zags needs to change their description of this case so no one else gets scammed by it.

This thing makes my phone so heavy… you would think it would at least charge my phone 100%, but it charges my phone via charge pad and only gets close to 50% power… then charger totally dies.
It like “break glass in emergency” but only last long enough to prevent your phone from dying.. don’t rely on this charging your phone…

This charging case was supposed to give my phone a 60% boost once activated. It maxed at 27% after being fully charged. This is a let down from previous versions of mophies.
What's worse is that the process of returning is a nightmare. Customer service either disconnects you, keeps you on hold forever, or sends stock language via email that doesn't address the question.
I'll never order from this company again and don't recommend it.

The product looks very good! Love the appearance. After a full charge, when the use of the product is needed, the battery life is very minimal. After several attempts, the juice pack has continuously increased battery life only by 3-5 percent before the pack dies.
Very unfortunate for a product at this price.

I’ve had mophie charging cases for iPhones in the past and all have performed better in my opinion than one of the Apple charging cases. So I ordered two of the mophie cases for two iPhone 11 Pro Max’s and after a longer than normal processing time (I get the time we live in right now wit COVID-19) they finally shipped a week later. I had paid for rush delivery (2 days) as I just paid for two $1,250 phones and wanted solid protection on them so they remain in working condition.... well I receive the cases and they don’t work good at all I’ve charged them up and when I’ve wanted to use mine it barely charges the phone, my phone will get very ver hot almos skin burning hot as when it comes to charging it’s so so slow I can even get a full charge on either case over nice and a full battery on my phone unless I take the phone out of the case a charge them separately which I could accomplish those results trough using a regular phone case and a battery pack. If my phone fried after using a mophie case I doubt it would be replaced with a different unsed

I love the Juice Pack. It’s exactly what I ordered. I’ve had a few Mophie cases over the years but I haven’t had one in the last 5 years. I love the new design! On previous designs the battery cases for iPhones when your phone would go in the case the case would actually plug into the iPhones charging port so you couldn’t charge the case and phone at the same time or plug your headphones into the charging port. The new designs don’t plug into the iPhones charging port so you can charge the phone and the case at the same time with separate chargers and when you’re on the go and you need to charge, the case acts as the wireless charger so just turn it on and you’re all set.

The case claims it will charge and your phone will charge when it is left on the charging pad, so far it’s been my phone fully charged and not the case. So I switched to using the two cables, one for the phone and one for the case - but the case does not hold the charge long and when my phone battery went out and I tried to engage the case I managed only 35% before the case was out of power. My point is, if you want to have the case fully charged take your phone out and charge them separately, then don’t expect the case to hold power long.

Doesn't stay charged for so long after charging it all night. I really wish I could get a refund

Slightly disappointing
WIsh the capacity were higher - other cases have 5,000 MAH and are only slightly heavier - this has less than 3,000 MAH. Also wish the case was textured - it is just too slippery. The fit and finish and quality are what make it worth it - as all Mophie are of high quality - just wish these two things were different.

Didn’t like it to much
Didn’t like it to much the texture it is very slippery and heavy. Gets tiring to hold it to long then slipping out of your hand too. Then they sent me wrong color then want me to go out of my way to go through a process to get right color. Why couldn’t your customer service make it simple.

I Love Mophie Juice Packs!
These are terrific devices. They protect the phone and give you extended battery life without being too bulky. I've purchased one of these for all the iPhones that I've had because I've been so pleased.
The only criticism that I have, and it has nothing to do with the Mophie device, is it took forever for the item to ship from ZAGG. I could have simply driven the my phone providers location and picked this up at the same price. That was quite disappointing.

You have to charge separately which is a pain. Unless you have wireless charging. The bottom is exposed. When you do charge with the case it’s doesn’t even goto half. And charges extremely slow. Not worth the money honestly

I love these cases. Ever since they were invented it’s all I have ever used. I’ve dropped my phone hundreds of times, ran over it once in the car, and never cracked my screen. I never run out of battery and warranty replacement on case is super easy.

I like the battery pack and the color as well as the texture of the case. However, the material that is used to make the case is cheap.

Road rash
I’ve use these cases for years now. They have protected my phone’s from many drops and provided power when needed.
It even protected my phone when I dropped my phone on the road and a car ran over it. The case only had scuff marks on the front and the only damage to the phone was a cracked screen protector.

Not as good as I thought
Case arrived fast. Case are not holding as much charge as previous models and not offering as much protection. Next week it went on sale, contacted customer service for $10 credit.

We tried and tried to charge it, different outlet, different plug, still never charges. waited on hold for ever when rep answered she stated I needed to speak with Mophie, which is the prompts that I pressed, no one ever anaswered from Mophie, so I went online had to pay extra 5.99 for replacement shipping. Now all I HAVE IS TIME TO WAIT ON THE NEW ONE. JUST SAD AFTER THE LONG HOLD THE REP JUST PUT ME BACK INTO THE SAME CUE. I CALLED BACK AND MADE SURE I PRESSED THE RIGHT BUTTONS AGIAN AND NO BODY EVER ANSWERED JUST A RECORDED LINE. Thank you for even being at work I’m not that ungrateful.

Does it do the job?
I expected a thicker case, but this was slightly bigger than what I had in mind. Yes, it is for the 11Pro Max, but still. The aesthetics other than that is okay, the case itself seems durable. As far as the batter, for me just doesn’t quite cut it...maybe in a pinch and you need your phone to last a few more hours this can work, but I guess for what I do on my phone...I don’t get “that much” extra battery life.

When the case is fully charged I don’t even get an hour of charging time with it, it runs out of charge after 30-45 minutes of being used

Product does not perform as instructed and contacting Customer Service by phone is impossible and frustrating. I explained my frustrations with my product and no one have reached out by phone and no one has provided me a phone number to speak with customer service

I quickly received my order- tried to charge it with the cord- nothing. Used a charging plate- nothing. Glorified phone case . Finally started to charge and it was great. Then it doesn’t hold charge and officially won’t charge anymore.

Does not work consistently
The case claims it will charge and your phone will charge when it is left on the charging pad, so far it’s been my phone fully charged and not the case. So I switched to using the two cables, one for the phone and one for the case - but the case does not hold the charge long and when my phone battery went out and I tried to engage the case I managed only 35% before the case was out of power. My point is, if you want to have the case fully charged take your phone out and charge them separately, then don’t expect the case to hold power long.

holds no real power
I charged it one full day before ever using it...I'd purchased one before. I had a "red" one for my previous iphone. I charged all day. This is out of power after about 3 hours . It SUCKS!

Hard to Clean
Back gets dirty almost instantly and will not clean! Not sure what to do so I got another case and just carry this one in case I need extra battery Not sure why it won't clean and stuff be wiped off with a sanitizing wipe
