What do you like best about the product?
I like Microsoft 365's ability to integrate into several programs and to be able to schedule Zoom meetings, work seamlessly with my ACT! program and have other programs be able to export to Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better instructions when you have to figure out how to merge columns or figure out an unusual process in a program.
What do you like best about the product?
I have a very favorable opinion of the benefits and capabilities offered by Microsoft 365 work applications, as an active user of its services, I have seen how my work is much easier to complete, with better results and greater security to protect my digital data, it facilitates collaboration with my work team and the rapid implementation of new projects for my business. Microsoft 365 is simply great for all types of work environments.

I can't think of anything negative about the features of this wonderful system, it is useful, effective and very profitable for me.

Options to create a variety of documents, scpredsheets, etc. It's easy to sign into from any device (computer, phone, laptop).

I have not found anything that I do not like about Microsoft 365.

It is very useful for everyday business tasks from time tracking and accounting to prepping for insurance audits. There are many built-in templates and formulas that make it easy to customize spreadsheets for almost any workflow.

Excel interface can be overwhelming for a beginner but there are many tutorials available through Microsoft online

Features and Functions are well thought out. Everything works seamlessly.

The login process is all the time. This can be time-consuming.

It keeps all my tools in one spot—Teams, Excel, Word—no hopping between platforms. Work feels more streamlined. It's very, very easy to use, and implementation too is a piece of cake- just log in to your Microsoft account and you are good to go. The customer support is helpful. I use it on a daily basis to access the Microsoft applications.

Microsoft 365 offers an incredibly integrated suite of tools that streamline collaboration, especially across remote or hybrid teams. Features like real-time co-authoring in Word and Excel, seamless syncing via OneDrive, and built-in Teams integration make it easy to stay productive across devices. The web and desktop versions of apps are consistent and reliable, and regular updates continue to improve the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin interface can be overwhelming and unintuitive for first-time users, especially when managing licenses, permissions, or configuring advanced security settings. Additionally, occasional syncing issues with OneDrive—particularly when handling large files or switching between personal and business accounts—can disrupt workflows.
