We recently transitioned from G Suite to the Microsoft 365 environment. As a key member of the process, I found that although the transition took some time due to the large amount of data involved, it ultimately went smoothly. Some of the benefits we've experienced include having greater control over documents, improved formatting options, enhanced functions, and a more user-friendly interface. We no longer need to open everything in a browser, which is convenient. Team collaboration and notifications have also improved thanks to MS Teams and Outlook. Additionally, OneDrive's cloud storage has been helpful for storing important files and backing up data to prevent loss from device failure. Integrating multiple users within our organization has also become much easier.
