What do you like best about the product?
Dynamics 365 Sales is highly customizable, letting businesses tailor it to their specific needs without requiring heavy coding. By using of dashboards help me to decisions quickly. The customer support is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little bit complex, and navigation is not always intuitive which slow down daily operations. In small corporation it difficult to integrate due to pricing.

I have been using dynamics 365 for our 10 years, I love the fact on how the product has evolved over the years, and how easy it is to use within a sales team, easy to use for sales pipeline and lead management, also clients progress

I don't dislike the product at all, I prefer it over sales force

CRM gave you freedom in some ways to customize but the new 365 integrates greater changes and expands capabilites.

The slowness of the operation. It runs great until it updates and then needs to be restarted.

It's easy to use & customized. You can track everything with D365 like mails, conversation, calls etc.

when you make changes in D365 on global level it's gives your few issues.

We've been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid choice for managing our sales processes. It offers a good range of features that help our team stay organized and focused, and we’ve seen improvements in how we track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for those not used to CRM systems. Some parts of the setup and customization felt a bit technical, and we needed some outside help to get everything the way we wanted. Also, the licensing costs can add up if you're adding advanced features.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 It integrates with other Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook. Automates routine tasks like lead tracking and reporting and more over save time.

wide range of features and tools might overwhelm new users and require extensive training to fully utilize and cost is high compare to zoho crm.

Great way to track opps. Decent UI/UX. Intigrates into copilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is hard to learn and navigate. It's like they try to make you think it has a simple UI. At first glance it's simple design seams like it will be easy to navigate but really they just hide buttons within other buttons making it even harder to navigate. At least saleforce doesn't hide buttons. It may be huge and overwhelming but you know where every field is and can search for them.
