Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lose bluetooth connection multiple times a day The mouse is well made. I gave up on it after two days since it lose connection multiple times a day. Each time the connection is lost, I have to manually remove it from the Bluetooth settings and connect again. I followed a forum and installed the drivers I downloaded from Microsoft. And it still had the connection lost on the second day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Win 7 users beware The BAD news is that despite what CDW's website/Ariba catalog say, this device is NOT compatible with Windows 7. It requires Windows 10. The GOOD news is that CDW took it back no questions asked and gave me credit toward the different-brand replacement suggested by my CDW rep - which works fine. If this product HAD worked with Win 7 it would have been 5's across the board. It's a good size and weight with a good feature set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looses connection CONSTANTLY I would have loved this mouse because of how it feels, weight, etc. however this mouse loosed connection to Bluetooth CONSTANTLY. Sometimes after a few seconds and sometimes after a few minutes. I have to remove it from the Bluetooth pairing, shut down Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth and the re-pair. Sometimes I have to do that more than once. I've updated drivers, etc. I can't use this mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product, Works as Expected Mouse works well. I mostly ordered it for rougher surfaces, and on most of them, it works fine. There's a few where it still doesn't quite have the smoothest tracking, but it it certainly an improvement over my old mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with Linux I wanted a bluetooth mouse to use with my Dell XPS 15" 7590, as I didn't want to take up one of the USB ports with a dongle for a mouse. However, I have Linux installed on my XPS 15. So, it is important that the hardware work with Linux. I purchased this mouse to fulfill those requirements. I'm happy to report that the Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 worked right out of the box with my Arch Linux installation, and it performs the functions of a mouse very well.

No big deal for me but it's not mentioned anywhere. It's about time that a mouse is connected via Bluetooth though, love not loosing a USB.
