McAfee's anti-spam module is completely integrated with McAfee SIG and is available via an optional license. The anti-spam module uses multiple highly sophisticated techniques to detect and block spam and phishing attacks: integrity analysis, heuristic detection, content filtering, blacklist and whitelist support, DNS blocklist support, and Bayesian filtering. Streaming updates ensure your protection is always up-to-date. Users can obtain daily digests of the messages that have been blocked as spam, and they also can administer their spam quarantine and manage their own blacklists and whitelists.
