Not for noise cancellation
The main issue is that the noise cancellation feature is sub-par. Bigger ear muffs would have been better too.

Logitech H570e Stereo Headset
This USB wired headset is very sturdy. I love the aluminum support. It is very easy plug and play setup. The sound quality is surprisingly better than my previous $100 Microsoft headset, which broke due to it being all plastic. It’s great for my daily Zoom meetings. I would definitely buy this headset again.

Logitech USB Headset
Not sure if it was damaged, the quality of sound is very bad I can hear a feedback when ever I talk. Had tried all the troubleshooting still the same trouble.

A good headset for the price. The volume control on the cord controls the Windows volume level--it should be its' own volume level.

Muffled sound. Ok, but not great.
Headset sounded muffled. I was used to a Plantronics headset that sounded much better. I ended up returning the Logiech.

Don't Buy this Product.
I'm an IT support in a company and I bought this product for our users to use and for myself to test when we have Skype meetings or conferences. Do not buy this product. Skype will always say "Mic isn't working" and it is very unreliable. The mic will always cut off and pretty much unusable.

Broken cable by volume controller.
We use these and other brands in our call center. I have 8 (so far) of this headset that the cables break by the volume adjusting switch on the cord. . The cables need to be beefed up . .

Great but heavy
The sound is clear and sharp so that is good. I find them a bit heavy and they tend to slip off the top of my head. I love the control box on the wire. Very helpful. the heaviness is the only reason they don't get a 5.

I have been using the Logitech USB Headset H390 for a couple years and love it. Since it was a personal purchase that I needed at home, I asked for another headset for use at work and was given the H570e. Wow, just awful. Sound quality isn't nearly as good as the H390 and I felt like there was a lag in sound between the headphone and the ear. Neither headset was really comfortable, but I felt the H390 fit better and was more comfortable than the H570e. Will be buying another H390.

Excellent Skype for Business Headset
Our Company rolled out Skype for Business calling and this headset is plug and play, very comfortable. Another Department uses In Contact calling and this device works for them as well. This headset works directly plugged into the computer, a Docking station and the Polycom USB port. I recommend this device to someone looking for a reasonable cost headset that is easy to use and comfortable. Sound quality is great as well.
