I have dozens of these in production..
These work great for controlling video displays (ie TV's) for digital signage. I am using them for several makes/models of TV's without issue. Doesn't work with most storage appliances
I couldn't get it to work with netapp, emc or IBM SAN storage appliances. Their documentation is lacking. I couldn't get it send a break on the IBM SAN.
