I really appreciate it when a company shares the same mindset and objectives as ours.

There isn’t much to dislike overall, though I do find that managing RBAC controls through the IDP can occasionally be complicated.

Jamf Pro makes managing our Mac fleet efficient and reliably. We really like the support provided by Jamf and also the support availability for new major os.

One limitation I encountered is that I am unable to view membership of Azure groups when submitting a deployment.

I love the technology that Jamf provides. Over the years it has only improved and they are constantly pushing out new tools that are amazing!

Learning curve, only in the portal once in awhile so takes some time to get back up and running

The software provides a dependable way to manage both Macs and iPhones, making it easier to oversee and control these devices effectively.

There are times when commands don't execute as expected.

The fact that it keeps me learning something new everyday. The amount ways I can managed Apple devices with Jamf.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the great support from the Jamf success team, which made the learning curve manageable through coordinated workshops. The system ensures device compliance and management, securing our environment without compromising usability. The integration with Okta and Jamf Trust works well overall, enhancing our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with Okta and Entra to be challenging and, while we had great support, there was a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup. Additionally, I need to tweak the Jamf Trust settings to sync faster with Okta to remove the tokens efficiently.
