What do you like best about the product?

It’s reliable for managing multiple devices remotely without needing to physically touch them, the dashboard is fairly straightforward once you get used to it, making it easy to track devices, push updates, and enforce security policies. The remote wipe and lock feature gives peace of mind for data security in case a device is lost or stolen, works well across different operating systems like Android, iOS, and Windows, so you don’t need different tools for each platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface feels a bit outdated and clunky compared to modern tools. Some configurations take more steps than necessary, which slows down quick changes, the reporting section could be more customizable and visually appealing. It can be a little resource-heavy on older device.

What do you like best about the product?

We implemented IBM MaaS360 for managing corporate and BYOD devices across our organization. The ease of integration and setup process was simple and straightforward, and the platform offers strong policy enforcement and compliance tools. I especially liked the ability to push security updates remotely and manage apps across different OS types. Policy enforcement is straightforward and the compliance check are quick to run.

What do you dislike about the product?

On the downside, the UI can feel dated in certain areas and initial device enrollment sometimes require extra steps for non-technical users. Reporting is functional but could offer more customizable templates.

IBM MaaS360's robust endpoint management capabilities have significantly streamlined our device management processes. The intuitive dashboard and automation features save us a lot of time and effort. The security features are also top-notch, giving us peace of mind knowing our devices are protected.

What do you dislike about the product?

While IBM MaaS360 is powerful, the user interface can be clunky at times, and some features feel outdated. The reporting capabilities could also be more comprehensive. Additionally, the support team can be slow to respond on occasion, which can be frustrating when issues arise.
