Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the service you expect from a company like HP. First of all, I purchased an HP EliteDisplay E243 23.8 inch Monitor. Secondly, I received a monitor that displayed only a black screen. Thirdly, the customer service was a 1 out of 10. It is three weeks from the time I received the monitor and I am still waiting for my replacement. All the printers, laptops and computers I own are HP and I think I may have to find another company to purchase any future computers. Sorry HP, you have disappointed me greatly.

The adjustable stand is very helpful. Also I was able to set up a custom screen resolution that suits me. Highly increases productivity. Also HP is providing good customer support.

Built in cord management by running cords through gap in stand. As the new guy in the office I was first to get this new line. The great looking monitors turned a lot of heads. Ergonomic note: I read somewhere monitors should be adjusted to height where your eyes, looking straight ahead, are at the top level of monitor.

I already reached out to HP but never heard back. I would definitely recommend the monitor, but not sure I would order online from HP again given the fact that their display came with a scratch and they never responded to my concern.

I don't notice eye strain with these monitors at all. The resolution is very nice the display feels crisp and bright. I have no complaints.

Screen Slides smoothly up and down, screen also rotates just about all the way around. Enough so that the inputs I can see. Great work....HP!.... A recommendation of this product to all!...from me

I have only had this a week, but I have 2 of them at work and that is why I purchased it - It has great clarity; I love the rotating feature, it is remarkably easy to hook up to my laptop. I would purchase it again - and may just have to have a second one!

Tiny bumps to any part of the screen and it goes poof. Seriously considering returning it, as I'm concerned it will only get worse with time.

Perfect for use in the office. Installation is easy as the screen snaps onto the stand easily. The stand itself allows for many options of orientation for the screen, allowing the user to position it easily by simply turning the screen, even sideways to provide a portrait display. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you that CDW was very helpful and corrected the problem they paid UPS for the mailing label. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great External Monitor Option! I've only had my monitor under a week and it works great as an addition to my Spectre 360 laptop for working remotely. Very easy to connect, just plugged it in (HDMI option) and it was ready to go. Screen resolution/color is very good and functionality is good and it's a quality build. I even figured out (through HP User group) how to use my keyboard laptop in tablet mode and keep my laptop screen out of view/out of the way (had to disable an Intel function). Had I not been able to do that my rating would be lower since I have a small home work space. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars (Overall and Performance) instead of 5 is because I've used it just under a week. A big thank you to the HP online chat rep who helped me find this as a very compatible monitor for my needs! I even received the monitor much sooner than quoted, got it in three business days.

I spoke with the sales team to ensure I had the appropriate monitor to ensure it is compatible with my computer. Very helpful and arrived faster than the expected timeframe. Screen quality is great and easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value Display Our organization has been deploying the HP EliteDisplay monitor since 2017. It's a workhorse - incredibly reliable and great value for your money. We started deploying dual HP monitors with our thin client technology. I don't recall having to deal with a faulty display. They arrived in working order. The clarity and quality of these displays are awesome. I only have two gripes with these displays. The styrofoam packaging is an environmental concern. If something could be done to improve packaging that would be brilliant. Secondly, accessing the ports on the back of the monitor can be challenging.

I got the HDMI connection to work but I had an issue getting the USB connection to work with a different laptop (and still can't get it to work). Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trying to get it right I previously owned one of HP's rotating monitors. It was much easier to use, I just rotated it and it immediately adjusted. This monitor seems to need to be set up through the Display Settings every time I want to change rotation. I had trouble setting the monitor up since so many cords came with it. Some of the cord setups failed and I thought the monitor was broken. I was about to send the whole thing back. The screen would go blank if I so much as touched a cord, and forget rotating the whole screen. I finally got one of the cords to work but the whole process has been tedious. Still no auto rotate. I'm not sure if this is the way they are now or if I don't have it properly configured. Next step is the hassle of contacting tech support to get help and see if this is it or can it be made to work better. the picture looks good. I haven't used the monitor for long enough or through very many programs because I am still trying to get things working right. I am fond of the HP brand but this monitor has not yet met my expectations.
