Chromebooks are trash from
Hate everything about this lapto
The only thing I can say about this laptop is it has a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, biggest piece of crap I’ve ever tried to use. Do not buy a Chromebook if you are needing a serious laptop for writing papers and such for school.

DO NOT BUY. Bought one last April and crashed after a month. Took it back and got another one in June to have it crashed 5 months later. The operating system does not last! I have always believed in HP and have had a few laptops but after spending 2 hours on the phone and told I guess you need to buy a USB drive and have a laptop computer is the only way we might be able to fix. Really!

Unhappy with Product.
Unfortunately, the HP Chromebook -14a-na001nr had to be returned. The camera and video feature was so bad it was unusable for zoom. Before returning it, I did try tech support to correct the issue without success. My 5 year old HP Chromebook was far better than the 3 newer HP Chromebook's I recently tried. After 3 failed attempts to replace my older chromebook with a decent current HP Chromebook, I decided to try a different brand and not HP for Chromebook.

I just needed a chromebook for school
I bought this a month ago to prepare for college and I regret not getting a better quality one. The graphics are not clear and there's really nothing you can do on it that's not school-related because nothing is compatible with Chromebooks. At least its durable and simple to use.
