Not HP branded
Receive it in a brown box with no HP brand. Manual and instructions are not original, the fuser has cracked plastic chip and dust. It is obviously a used/refurbished. Put it into my 9040DN printer, start a test page, it started to jammed at the fuser. Replace my old fuser, it prints fine.

Great Maintenance Kit
Easy to install Maintenance kit. Works as expected.
NOT HP Branded Product
The product description showed a box with Hewlett Packard logos and the sales agent said this was genuine HP product. However, the product I received was in a plain brown box that was both smaller that an HP branded maintenance kit and which weighed less (by 2.5 pounds) than genuine HP product.
