What do you like best about the product?
Mainly that it's free and open-source, making it easy to add/customize features if needed. Saves alot of my screen time later on in the process of image editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the prettiest of all nor as fast to use as i would like it to be. Sometimes has problems with opening newer raw images. Could have been an .exe installer, and easier to find - doesnt even have a webpage.

Shopify has been very helpful and it's tutorials

Customer service - when asked for help there was little interest from the other end they just wanted to close the request

Scoring for the analytic trends is the best with this software.
