It pretty good...
I like this workstation, but it seems to break the same way, so I'm guessing they designed that in to keep the sales up... just good enough, but not too good. For the price, it's an average value.

Lifesaver for my back
This adjustable work station moves up an down smoothly, with one hand and very little force. It is a piece of cake to go from sitting to standing and has has been a critical component in lowering the pain in my back, which was in terrible shape due sitting all day.
Great Stand Up Desk
This is a really great stand up desk! It is very easy to change from a sitting position to a standing position. My only complaint is that I wish I there was more space between the middle ledge and where the screen attaches, that way I could use both my laptop and the screen.

most monitors too light
We bought several of these units for our office and had to adapt some to hold 2 monitors and returned the rest because in order for these units to work properly they need an older heavy monitor. Most today are 12 to 15lb. The adjustments on the units are not great.
