Very difficult to assemble
Disappointed; assembly instructions are unclear, and I talked with customer service several times trying to get certified installers, but reached a dead end each time.

Bad customer service
Got overcharged. Was 150$ less on the Ergotron Amazon store. Tried to work with CS, seems you dont price match your own store? Didn't have time to return, otherwise would have just bought another and sent it right back.
