We're happy TRIPP LITE owners!
Since 1986 we've used a competitor's products, but they fail after a few years, and I don't mean just the battery pack… the entire unit goes pffft. So we switched! We've had one commercial power failure thus far, and the TRIPP LITE picked up the load while we were using the computer, modem, and Wi-Fi, instantly and silently without a flicker. Not until we looked at an (unprotected) clock did we realize there had been an outage. (The failure occurred during the day.) Thank you, TRIPP LITE! S.C., Tehachapi, CA

Reliable
I have actually ordered one for every person in my department. We are a multimedia specialist office so we rely on the energy saving features and surge protection features on a daily basis. Have not experienced any problems with it and i have had mine for a year now. Also, it reduces noise! That is such a great feature to have. Thanks!

Life saver!
This has saved my electronics more than once! I live in a high wind area with lots of wildlife so power outages are fairly common. It's so nice to be able to take care if things safely !

I have 2 of these, and I love them. I live in an area where we get a lot of power blips, usually 2 or 3 a week. It's great not having everything reboot while I'm in the middle of something.

Nice UPS and great tech support
Nice simple unit and one of the very few that still has an RJ11 port. Protected my modem but the RJ11 port was dead. They replaced it with no argument.

This is a keeper
I really like that I can easily plug in devices with ease from the top instead of in the back of typical UPSs; UPSs are typically placed in out-of-the-way areas (behind desks, on floors, etc.)
I would've given a five-star review if it weren't for the software to download from Tripp Lite's site--better-written instructions would've surely been helpful.

I bought it again... Way too soon.
Bought this to replace one that was just a year old, a few days out of warranty. Thought it was different it happened to be the same one I had. I really hope it lasts longer than a year this time. Thought about changing the battery in my old one.

The idea of keeping my appliances on for 30 min. is very good.. longer would be better

Quick, easy setup. Comes with USB cable so you can use the easy to use software that is a free download. Plenty of outlets With some having wide spacing for the big plugs. This device also has line conditioning which is a must have in Florida.
