The U460-003-3A1GB USB 3.1 Gen 1 USB-C Portable Hub/Adapter expands the potential of your tablet, laptop, Chromebook, MacBook, smartphone or PC's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. It's ideal for adding a thumb drive and other USB peripherals, charging a mobile device, and connecting to a Gigabit Ethernet network - all at the same time.

The plug-and-play U460-003-3A1GB requires no software, drivers or external power. Connect the reversible USB-C plug to your source device's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. The fumble-free USB-C plug connects in either direction to ensure fast, easy connection every time.

Three USB-A ports accept USB peripherals, such as a flash drive, mouse, keyboard or printer. Each port supports USB Battery Charging (BC) specification v1.2, which indicates they provide up to 1.5A for fast charging of mobile devices. All ports support fast USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and are backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can continue using older peripherals while getting high-speed performance from new devices.

The RJ45 port offers access to a Gigabit Ethernet network when no Wi-Fi is available or when a wired connection offers faster speeds. Connect using a UTP cable (sold separately), and enjoy true 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet speeds for fast data transfers.

Overall good product
I like the design, compact and light. Made of plastic but doesn't feel cheap at all. The cable is a good length and is flexible. I did a speed test and it's slightly faster than my other hubs. Overall I'm very satisfied with that product.

Simple plug and play
Plugged it in, added my eternity cable, and was immediately connected and running. Added a USB camera/mic, and after a short install of the hardware, was good to go.

I eliminated 2 adapters & freed up a USB port to use for something else plus increased connection speed.

My Hub is easy to use and it is exactly what I needed.
I use my "3-Port USB-C Hub with LAN Port, USB-C to 3x USB-A Ports and Gbe, USB 3.0" every single day. My new DELL XPS 17 9700 only comes with 4 Thunderbolt ports. There is no way to directly access my older USB accessories. My TRIPP LITE Hub is so easy to use and it is exactly what I needed in order to compleme

Unit is compact and does the job
I use it to connect to remote Ethernet devices and to use cabled peripherals, i.e. chargers, portable drives, etc. It seems to work well, however make sure the correct drivers are installed for your particular machine.
