Longer Life Unplugged
Easy to install and works perfectly. The replacement is twice the size of the original and lasting a long time before having to plug back in. One day I forgot it wasn't plugged in and was pleased with how much battery life was still left.

Battery didn't fit my laptop.
The battery mount does not fit my computer. The holes for the screws don't line up with the way my laptop has them configured to be accepted. Not going to return the battery though because we have other laptops in our organization that we think this will work for.

Dell is great... As long as there’s no issues.
This product was defective. Shuts off machine randomly. Dell customer service was horrific on doing a return. Bought a different one from a 3rd party supplier.

Poor Quality.
These batteries didn't even last the life of the warranty or the lease agreement of the laptops. I would have given it 0 stars but that is not an option sadly.

Bad Warranty service
I had this battery replaced under warranty on a laptop. Less than 10 months later, it swelled up and was bending open the chassis of the laptop (you could see inside the machine).
As the warranty of the laptop had just expired, Dell would not honour the part warranty of the replacement battery.
I have been forced to buy a new battery.
Time will tell how long this one lasts...

New life to an old laptop
New life!! My old Latitude would not work for 5 minutes without being plugged in. Everything else still works great. New batteey popped in and voila, this laptop is a laptop again!!

Its a battery
Its a battery for a laptop I have had for three years and it fits. It seems that it was manufactured at the same time as my laptop as it does not hold a charge for very long, but at least it has not swelled to double its normal height like the one it replaced.
