Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased, but pricey....Ordered this to facilitate addt'l display and peripheral connectivity for a Dell Precision 7730. I am pleased with the unit, it was easy to unbox and setup; is a bit large and boxy for constrained desktop space on a height adjustable standing desktop station, but it does the job. Is a bit pricey but a necessity for multiple displays.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dock is no good.We've bought a lot of the TB18DC Docking stations along with the Dell Precision 7730 laptops. Our company has been seeing lots of problems with these docking stations. 1) USB devices will randomly disconnect, Plantronic Headset's disappear and can't be used until reboot. Monitors will disconnect or flash. We're hoping Dell comes up with a solution but the user's that have these at my company are very upset with these.

Everything came up without a hitch.Wish they could have made this in a format that the PC could sit on top of, rather than a bulky block that just hangs out on the desk.Also, would be great to have three HDMI ports, rather than one each of several different video ports (HDMI, VGA, DP, Mini DP)
