What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I am able to do a lot of the work needed but there are a few areas which need improved. I am not able to go fully away from LogmeIn.com because there is still one thing it does which dameware doesn't. Otherwise its a near perfect product.

The ease of use and number of features. Always working great!

It does not look that great, but it's OK.

Relatively lightweight, easy to maintain, and versatile, as it has different modules.

Licensing is a bit pricy, but it is worth it.

Dameware has been around a long time and works well for remote support

The downside I had intermittent issues with control

DameWare is really easy to setup and use for remote assist when it comes to helping out members of my team.

The only thing I would like to see, is it remembers my last selection when it comes to login/password options.

The central server mode was easy for admin of the system. Users could be quickly added by Active Directory group or by single users. The service could be installed remotely without any presence directly at the machine. As long as the PC name was know and an admin account was used, a connection was made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PCs that could be connected MUST be on the same LAN. We needed to support machines at a subcontractor but could not utilize DMRC for the remote connection. File transfer with DMRC is not a simple task either.
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing I like most is we can remote into any devices like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops Easy to connect and communicate with people with the Dameware Remote and Chat option

I had a few issues times with the Cursor, When I click on one point it just shows in a different area Sometimes it doesn't reconnect after the system reboot
