Check that the cable connector is the correct one for your setup
Doesn't have the right aux connector for my laptop, so it's useless to me.

Got this particular headset for online business. The mic is very clear, providing excellent noise reduction and the speakers are as good or better than the mic in their performance and delivery of crisp, clear sound. I'm very impressed with the quality of this product, as I was originally only attracted to it for its price. However, after having sampled what CA brings to the audio field of technology and my business, I'll likely be looking for more products from this company, as well as recommending it to others. Works as advertised except for a problem with the boom mic becoming loose with no obvious way to fix it. Any suggestions appreciated.

Microphone breaks fast!!! DON'T buy
These headphones worked good at first but after just a few students using in a class that is online the microphone stopped working. Now 15 out of 20 do not work, and they are less than 8 months old.

Great Headset
Very good mic and speaker quality. The pads were a little small for my big ears, but that is likely due to my choice, not the product itself. This is a very good quality headset.
