Cisco Webex Codec Plus - Video Conferencing Device

The Cisco® Webex® Codec Plus and its quad camera works with flat panel displays to enhance usability and collaboration experience in large-sized board rooms. It provides control via the Cisco Touch 10™ unit for an upgraded user experience. Through an automatic wake-up system, the device turns on when it detects someone walking into the room by sensing their mobile device. It supports dual screens, convenient for a wide display area and video sharing. This unit accommodates wireless and wired connections through Bluetooth®, HDMI®, USB and audio-output ports to integrate with other teleconferencing devices. Its noise-suppression technology subdues sounds from the boardroom to help provide clarity between meeting participants. A Quality of Service (QoS) feature activates the resource control mechanism to prioritize resources such as data flow to applications with strict performance requirements.

Using a metric AI, the Cisco video conferencing device automatically counts people in the boardroom, to produce analytics that allow effective resource allocation. Administrators can use the network protection settings to restrict unauthorized access. Wall-mountable to help save on countertop space, this tool comes with a security lock to prevent vandalism.
