What do you like best about the product?
It is a flexible and powerful tool for email protection, we use it throughout the organization and have had no problems since. The performance of this tool is high and it has advanced security features that ensure the protection of internal and cloud-based emails from any external cyber threats. Another amazing quality is the ease with which it integrates with Office 365, such integration has been helpful in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's main and perhaps only contra is its cost, it is high compared to other tools that fulfill the same purpose, although not with the same effectiveness.
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco is our trust if we talk about email security, it protects our inbox form spam and also scans our sent email before being sent. It can be used anywhere on premise, or cloud, That's an additional feature. The user interface is just simple and smooth. Customer support is very responsive and polite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to do dislike about the product, just the pricing could be little lesser. Apart from this everything is working fine and we are completely enjoying the cisco support.

Cisco Email Security is available for all kind if infrastructure like On Premise (Hardware/Virtual) and cloud. The biggest advantage of ESA is integration with AMP. Effective appliance performance when use in enterprise environment.

Frequent firmware patches releases increase administrator tasks. Reports are limited in terms of customization. False positive detection should reduce.

i like how secured cisco email security is by protecting our emails from phishing and spamming before they are sent or received. it is a reliable tool

there is nothing to dislike about cisco email security as it offers a well unique feature to my organisation

Having used Cisco Email Security for many years now, I can say it is the best when it comes to email security. It protects emails against spamming and unauthorized access. We no longer have to worry about viruses and malware sent in form of emails. It works perfectly.

I have not experienced negative issues with v. It has been all positive all throughout for as long as I can remember

It protects me files and general system emails, very simple and easy to use. I am comfortable and protected at all times, eliminates spam, malware and viruses received in corporate mail. It has simple and smart features for efficient management.

It would be ideal if the software could notify more detailed balances of viruses that are exposed or are arriving in the inbox of the mails.

The granularity of controls for setting up actions to take with incoming emails.

The interface is a bit of a learning curve due to the amount of controls and menus.
