Keyboard drop-shipped from supplier.
German design. matches look of aluminum iMac. My order arrived broken. CDW backed out the purchase price, but forgot to back out the shipping cost. Charged me purchase price and shipping on replacement item. In other words, I was charged twice for shipping. I had to call to get reimbursed on that.
