Is is an exact replacement to my original that came with the camera. Works great excellent compared to off brand batteries which I learned came sometimes burn out your original Canon battery charger.

Pricey, but it charges with the same charger and gives me peace of mind when using it in my camera. I find it mandatory to have a spare battery with me at all times, because I never can be sure of when I'll run out of power, particularly on vacation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LP-E17I bought this as my backup for my camera. When you spend a lot of money on a great camera, it doesn’t make sense to by a cheap battery for it. Keep your camera working as it should with a factory battery
