No title, just a consumer
I removed the protective cap and ink dribbled out onto my carpet and had to clean it.

Disappointed that full sets of CLI-42 inks are not available
I was disappointed Canon does not have full sets of eight ink cartridges for my Pixma 100 printer. Having to buy individual CLI-42 in cartridges was both a waste of my time and of resources. Also I have not yet received the printer paper that was supposed to come with my purchase of several separate CLI-42 c

WET INK CARTONS
The package was delivered with one large smashed end. The exterior box was dry. There was ONLY a small bubble sheet on top of the 2 inks - NOT around them. Two of the ink packages were soaking wet. I don't need them yet but hope they work. This is the first problem I have ever had with ink shipments from you,

Pixma pro - special ink for photo printing
Its specialized ink for photo printing, not understanding why Canon needs a rating. third party inks may be cheaper but have lower quality or compatibility.

Fast Delivery, Pricey Cartridges
The ordering process and delivery are lightning quick. I feel the price is steep for the amount of printing I can do with the ink cartridges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink is great..., Paper - not so much Canon inks are always great, however, their photo paper Plus Semi-gloss - not so much. I find the results appear muddy compared to their Pro Luster paper which is currently my favorite 13X19 paper.

I bought this, and additional colors of Canon ink cartridges in the same order, because I do not feel it is worth the risk to buy "brand x" ink cartriges for my Canon printer at a slightly lower cost. Ultra-filtered ink is important to keep my printhead from clogging. Ghe most fade-resistant dyes are important for photo and document longevity. I trust Canon to provide both, and don't trust others.
