Quality product - User needs help ;-)
I have a long history with Brother products. I replace the drum shortly after the reminder pops up. I must have done something wrong this time, though. It has been installed less than a month and I am already getting reminders.

The worst I have used in a decade
Imbedded chip does not perform with the model I have and requires insane maneuvers to get brother printer to accept brother ink. Took 2 calls to customer service because “updates” have changed the process and my printer does not even have a button to press, so you have to press a random unmarked location to get
