What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can collaborate with others and make a document come to life but also save it for future years. I was able to create a very active to do list that I could use each year for a very large project.My department also used it to be able to track lots of incoming phone calls during a heavy traffic time when we did not have a customer service tracking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can be confusing to explain to novice users how to use more intricate parts of box.

Box is a very secure system , technically speaking it is better in business than consumers

Box has an interface that is not as easy to use between desktop and mobile

It provides me with enough storage space for my files. It is easy to use and connect to via my laptop or mobile phone.

easy to use, secure file sharing, and smooth access from anywhere. Works well with Google Drive & MS Office. Best for team collaboration.

Price is high for small businesses. Free storage is very limited. Upload speed can be slow sometimes.

Our sales processes and collaboration between teams have greatly improved as a result, there has been a considerable improvement in the management and accessibility of our information. We have been able to streamline our process significantly due to the ability to consolidate all of our sales documentation, including contracts and offers, into one secure place. We were able to upload, organize and exchange files quickly and easily thanks to the incredibly easy-to-use user interface. Our team members can now collaborate on the same document in real time, which has greatly increased project productivity and quality. The collaboration features are also fantastic, when we collaborate with clients and other external parties, it greatly reduces our anxiety about file sharing.

It took some time to figure out how to operate it properly, but after that, it was a breeze. We double-checked that the tool was easy to use for everyone.
