Great Product, but the Web Page Needs Work.
The battery did what it was supposed to do, restore backup capability to my UPS, but there was a slight hiccup between placing the order and delivery. When the order was received and processed, there was a link to track the shipment that failed to work and I couldn't track the package because the web page wouldn't accept my login, and had no record that I had placed an order! Before I could call Customer Service to inquire about the issue, the battery was delivered to my door, so it's all good, but the web issues with order tracking need to be fixed.

OEM quality battery, however it took a almost 2 week to have them delivered. Nothing the complain and the new battery works like a champ!

Pricey but good battery
The original factory battery lasted for 4 years, hopefully the replacement battery will last the same or longer. I deducted one star because APC doesn't allow users to mute the UPS alarm permanently once the battery has died, so every 12 hours, the UPS will sound the alarm. You really have to buy a new replacement battery if you want to continue using the UPS, otherwise the alarm will trigger every 12 hours. This battery is often out of stock in APC Canada, I had to wait for couple of weeks before I can order one, as I don't want to pay shipping fees from APC US or their dealers, else I might as well buy a new UPS which is $50 more and comes with a 3-year warranty. For this replacement battery, APC provides a 2-year warranty.
I wish APC would take back & recycle the old battery.

Battery dead -rep says better to buy whole unit!
I can hardly evaluate the battery, one week after I received it. I can only say the unit was used for 1.5 years, then sat dormant unplugged for 2 years as I travelled, taking it past the warranty period. When I plugged it back in the battery would not recharge and so I had to order the new one. During the dreadful procedure, with contradictory info about the battery being stock from a rep and from the web site and emails from the company, I was told it would be better to buy a whole $300 unit rather than take the chance of paying $89 for the battery.... Can you imagine buying a new battery for your car and the car rep saying "Better to buy a new car rather than take the chance something won't work when you replace the battery"? Disgusting. I'm stuck with the unit but will never buy from Schneider again.

Have not had the need to replace the battery yet but this well be my goto source for getting a replacement battery very high quality and would recommend for anyone worried about the power going out

Long Wait time
Rating is one star because it has been two weeks and I have not received the replacement battery or even a notice of shipping or delay. Bad service in my opinion.

Excellent Product
Excellent product with timely delivery. The original battery lasted 7 or 8 years, so expect the replacement will live up to that expectation. The only concern is what do we do with the old battery, we don't want to send it to a land fill.
